The street is quiet, so the rooms are quiet. There is a lift. Convenient with strollers, although the stairs themselves are steep due to the location of the hotel. The room is clean, everything is there. Parking, WIFI, a full set for tea and coffee, robes, slippers, dental and sanitary accessories. The service and breakfast are excellent. We left two hours late, no one was particularly indignant. They ask for documents for everyone arriving.

High level of comfort in the rooms, as well as extremely pleasant and polite staff. in addition, the hotel is located right in the city center, which will be a definite plus for a person who arrives in the city with business intentions. a separate plus for the restaurant 👍🏻

It is located away from the noisy highway, which is an undeniable plus, while not far from the center and all the sights. Deserves its stars, the staff is friendly, helpful. The whole hotel is clean and has everything you need. Nearby cafes and a couple of restaurants, very convenient. Breakfast can be selected and ordered to the room.

Great place, I highly recommend staying here. Took an attic. In summer, only with air conditioning on. Hairdryer "Valera". The feeling of the room and the hotel is a good four. Breakfast in the room, often delayed. In general, the reception is excellent, not far from the hotel is the Lenin Museum.

Beautiful hotel, very quiet location (near the center). The rooms have everything you need (refrigerator, bathrobes, shower products, slippers). Friendly staff. Standard breakfasts for all tastes. Discomfort was caused only by not quite high-quality cleaning of the room (I hope that this was an exception, not the rule). I ask management to look into this. We will gladly stay at this hotel on our next visit to Kazan. Thanks a lot!!!!

The room is clean, quiet, large bed, large plasma, there are coffee and tea accessories. There is an ironing board and iron in the closet. A room with a shower, all hygiene items are there: cotton pads, ear sticks, toothbrush, toothpaste, gels, soap, shampoos. The hotel is very cozy. A separate topic is breakfast. To be honest, it got a little worse. Previously, there were more fresh fruits and vegetables, when something was over, they added it, but now we have to speak, as if it is not visible! Going down for breakfast, it's better to dress warmly, because the felts are not heated, the roofing felts are always so cold there, I often visit this hotel, because I like the silence, comfort and close to the center. There is parking.

There are more attractive options for such a price, I would not have settled a second time.
I booked a room with one large bed, in fact there were two of them.
