- I find my suitcase damaged after their porter took it to the room. I asked to check this situation and they promised to check the cctv and everything. Next day when I asked them about the suitcase they started bulling me that "I do not have any evidence that happened in their hotel". What a joke, I just wanted them to check their stuff or cctv, nothing more. Other things are average, the location is so so with some industrial area next by. The only good thing is the people in the cleaning service.

- Wi-Fi and breakfast. Coffee maker didn’t work sometimes and staff couldn’t help, also no one added up milk, spoons.

One of the best hotels in Kazan. Excellent staff, room (superior with Kremlin view), great location, bathroom and shower facilities. Two very good restaurants, Recommended!

Great rooms, good breakfast, excellent bed and clean. Overall a very good place to stay. Lacks a bit in lobby design, but that's not a big deal. Location is great too. Close to major landmarks and the Riverwalk.

A nice place! Pleasant staff. The rooms are clean, everything you need is convenient. 2 restaurants with different cuisines. Breakfast buffet. The food is tasty. The location of the hotel is good. I recommend!

Sometimes we stop here: a convenient location, near one of the main attractions - the Kazan Kremlin. Close to metro station, main streets and entertainment venues. For guests by car, there is a large guarded parking lot. The rooms are clean, the furniture is not shabby, the toilet and shower are treated with an antiseptic. Friendly front desk staff, quick check out. They try to give the best number available. Missing items are brought on the first call. The standard rooms here are all deluxe: large area, king size bed. For a similar price (4500 rubles for two), there is no hotel of this level in Kazan. Not unimportant is the fact that on the 1st floor there is a bar with its own brewery. Highly recommend
