- Suggestios for imporvement. You should train staff to be more welcoming and friendly than being on the computer screen all the time. Hospitality is key in a 5 star hotel. Upon arrival, offer the guests a leaflet or a website link (specifically created by the hotel) to guide the residents to explore every part of Kazan. Double Decker City tour would be a great addition on the first day. This will help residents plan all areas they can explore. Clear location to special places in Kazan. Staff must be trained to guide the residents and they should have a good knowledge of what is available in Kazan and where it can be found. The advert on Master class on pottery had closed down. Have some variety of tea and coffee in the room. Have a variety for breakfast as it was the same on all 4 days. Wishing you all the best and hope you will take these suggestions positively.
- I find my suitcase damaged after their porter took it to the room. I asked to check this situation and they promised to check the cctv and everything. Next day when I asked them about the suitcase they started bulling me that "I do not have any evidence that happened in their hotel". What a joke, I just wanted them to check their stuff or cctv, nothing more. Other things are average, the location is so so with some industrial area next by. The only good thing is the people in the cleaning service.
- Wi-Fi and breakfast. Coffee maker didn’t work sometimes and staff couldn’t help, also no one added up milk, spoons.
