Incredibly friendly amazing terrace overlooking river. Decided to go again this year but fully booked. There was torrential rain but it did not whet our appetite. The good was reasonably priced

Good location, good price, it seems to me that the hotel needs a little renovation, but it is clean and the stuff is very very friendly.

Good value for money and no faults with the room itself including the bathroom. Breakfast from 06:30 (weekdays, may be different for weekends) a reasonably good selection of cooked food, cold meats/cheeses, pastries etc

Coffee from a machine was good. The breakfast experience was really spoilt thanks to Serbia not having any smoking policies and subsequently people on adjacent tables smoking at breakfast time was not appreciated

The spa was also quite decent and generally the prices are very fair for what this place offers so I would totally recommend it! Parking is very good and vila is just a few minutes walk from the center of Zlatibor

Apartments are very clean, well equiped, staff is very polite, friendly, spa is also good. They have cot for babies as well. I recomand this place. It is very near from lake in center.

Great place, friendly staff, very clean. Good choice for family with kids. Due to heated water in pool and cover they had, we were able to use it when it was raining and below 20'C

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Wi-fi was great for online work. Location is perfect, because it’s in a quiet part of Zlatibor, and also near the center. Pool is for both sunny and rainy days

Staff is very kind and professional, interior felt really clean and comfortable and we even got the chance to use the pool while temperature was around 15-20 degrees outside

The room is clean and hygienic, and the sleep is very comfortable. The location is good, easy to get in and out, and parking is convenient and safe. The front desk service is pretty good.

Some of the hallways it smells like a nursing home. Otherwise probably the best place to stay in this town. The hostesses we interacted with were Great and very helpful. Buffet style breakfast is authentic and delicious

It's not that it's bad, it's that it's not good enough: e. , rooms looking kinda run down and not maintained properly. The whole place looks that way

The rooms are bright, clean, and spacious, and have all the amenities. You can even cook your own food; they have everything you need. There's a large parking lot on site, located just below the building

Maintenance of the rooms could be improved - really loud AC external unit, non-working light bulbs, dripping sink. nothing that couldn't be improved with a bit more enthusiasm

Especially Miona and Mina are to be mentioned here, in a positive way! Breakfast needs to be paid extra, but it is not expensive and not bad

Garni hotel EMA is very close to the centre of Kragujevac city. Rooms feature modern decor and are equipped with everything you need.

A decent small hotel not far from city centre. Pleasant staff and good, clean rooms. Sounds of nature, birdsong, wakes you, which is very refreshing

Two girls on a fun trip My cousin and I stayed at Golden Hotel with Kristi Sinatra for an entire week, and our experience was excellent

Not so refreshing is the proximity to a main route into town and near a hospital, so traffic and sirens audible

The receptionist seemed busy and didn't provide us with the Wi-Fi password or the safe code, nor did she mention anything about breakfast. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The Wi-Fi password is 'Goldenhotel'

The hotel is well-located and the breakfast is very extensive. While the service had a few minor shortcomings, it's still highly recommended

this is a feedback for hotel; please consider how to improve your coffee service in the breakfast. there is one filter coffee machine but lady wanted to add water to alredy used coffe instead of adding new fresh coffee

In a very quite place, outside Novi Sad, with lots of outside pools and also indoors. Very comfortable place to chill out during hot summer days

And just because we are traveling in summer and the temperature is high, another motivation that made us choose this hotel, is that there is one information written on the hotels website, and that is the swimming pool, but it is not working at all!! I think it would be practical and more honest for the customer, to delete this information from the website!!

the hotel is located next to the highway , in the rooms there is no one-time use for hygiene and the hotel does not have slippers for rooms

The boss is nice, he upgraded the room and the view is good. It would be even better if it wasn't a sand bed.

Good place, but little rusty and definitaly need some maintanance (for example at least SOME door to the shower), breakfast was cold and they dont have any kind of drinkable coffe

Spent 2 nights there, the location is really close to the historical center of Prishtina. Rooms are OK, functional, good beds. Nice breakfast and very good reception service but a very small and slow lift

The location is good. You can tell it's an old hotel, but it's mostly renovated. Rooms are well furnished, bathroom need upgrade, but it's still fine. Parking available. The bar is nice.

The hotel is quite recently renovated, my single room was clean and there was enough space for a one night stand. Of course a mini bar with reasonable prices. Haven't tried the SPA, maybe next time

The hotel staff are excellent and smiling, and their service is excellent. The breakfast is good and close to you are restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, and a supermarket, within walking distance

The guy and girl at the reception deserve all the praise, as well as the maids, employees of the breakfast restaurant, and employees of the Titanic restaurant on the 5th floor of the hotel

Contact via email and after that the call to the reception was always correct. The hotel is half an hour's walk from the center of Novi Pazar. Taxi recommendation from the bus station

They give you complimentary 1litre which is not enough for a two person stay Spa; - make sure you take rubber shoes as the tiles everywhere are very slippery - signage is not available in English so you are not aware of potential health issues from using the thermal water which is 50 degrees (cannot use it if you have heart problems, high blood pressure etc) - this is a safety issue - no life guard...

We ended up sleeping with the balcony door open - shower leaked water all over the floor and completely saturated it - shower tiles were cracked all on the floor and in our opinion need to be replaced - bedside lamps did not work - walls are paper thin and the couple next door having “special time” could be heard through our room and actually made our bed shake - very very noisy you can hear every...

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome

The location is perfect — close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the complimentary breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, and the cozy lounge area
