I wish a staff sees my comment and responds with the brand name of the products so I could buy for myself :P Thank you for the relaxing stay. I will stay here again if I come back to Belgrade

The toiletries were a great surprise to me, the shampoo and conditioner that I used was surprisingly good for my hair and I keep wondering what brand it was

The hotel is very close to the airport, and it is very convenient to travel. It is very close to the People's Bank of China, Huawei, and the Chinese Cultural Center

I stayed here when my flight was cancelled and Air Serbia arranged accommodation for me. Everything was great about the hotel

Friendly and warm staff, extremely clean rooms, great location and connectivity with public transportation. The breakfast was really good compared to the lot of other hotels in similar luxury range in European countries

Not the best-tasting buffet breakfast, although has some variety, with some fresh vegetables and fruit. There is a good-sized swimming pool, open year-round, wet and dry saunas and a gym - free for the guests

The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was simply luxurious. The overall comfort and quality of the room were top-level. Finally, the spa area was a real highlight

It has a spa, a gym that is better than average in hotels, a couple of restaurants and in there is even a beauty place. The location is very convenient and there is a mall by walking distance

In fact, all dining options - including room service and both restaurants - are consistently excellent. Finally, the spacious rooms with high ceilings make a real difference in comfort and overall experience

A beautiful and well-designed space with multiple saunas, a great pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxing fitness and wellness atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat after a long day

We were here for the first time and will come again! Excellent thermal pools. Large variety of baths and saunas. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Everything was delicious and plenty of it.

Breakfast and dinner have huge selection. The best part was the spa has several pools with different temperature. Our favorite was outside next to the heated pool

Pls add some other soft drinks for dinner 2)It would be nice to have a better service in restaurant, because we almost finished our dinner while we waited 15 mins to order drinks 3)Also it would be great to have some small pool with really hot water

Several nice heated pools (also great view outside) We stayed there for 5 nights and were very impressed and can only recommend it. I just found the evening buffet too expensive and not enough choice

Brilliant! The weather was not great, but pools and saunas were perfect. Wonderful stay.

Big rooms, good breakfast, pools

Stunning, they offered 3 types of saunas , robes , refreshments and fruit. My only gripe was the gps bought us to the front part of the hotel , where the was only foot access , so arrive from the back street of the hotel

I had a short but pleasant stay in the hotel. It is right in the middle of the pedestrian street, which means you need to go through some traffic to reach it, but then it's great for exploring the center area

Rooms are of a good size and heavily furnished. I didn't get a chance to use the spa, but the staff were very polite and also parked the car for me. I expected a bit more from such a place - overall great experience

Wow, this is swanky! The spa is amazing. Located right on the main strip. Had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the sushi was very good as well

The spa is AMAZING, with a heated pool, multiple saunas, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and a resting area, and everything is opened until 23:00 ! Special shoutout to manager Gili who was so kind

I also booked a massage with Julia that was just perfect :) The rooms are from ancient style (classical) but very comfortable and spacious, with ALL amenities and toiletries. Also the breakfast was huge and so delicious

However, the lovely lady receptionist booked me a wonderful massage off-site and Vukasin booked me a great manacure off-site also. The swimming pool is fantastic too. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Definitely very good value for money. The parking is underground and accessible only by elevator and that slows the process of in and out of the parking in general. As well as the parking is not cheap

He was extremely polite, respectful, and highly professional, and his attention to detail truly enhanced the dining experience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose this hotel again

It is good, but should be much lighter pool, and also there is no waiter by the pool all time. Dressing room is really bad. Poor most likely.

Excellent service, clean and spacious rooms,good food, nice and helpful employees... My vacation was very pleasant and fulfilled .

There is a party place either in the hotel or very close nearby, the music is on until midnight and it is really loud, like you űare in the middle of the party, even if you close the windows

We spent 2 nights there (Friday & Saturday). The hotel itself is clean, the staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The furniture and the whole building needs a bit of refurbishment

WIFI works well, you need a code for the lobby area, but not in the room. The rooms are okay, however I could smell in my room if someone else smoked in the neighbouring rooms

However, housekeeping staff couldn't replenish tea bags and water; you had to ask. The outdoor pool was a unique feature, but unfortunately, it was closed for both nights I stayed. Parking costs 1000 dinars per day

A wonderful hotel with a HB meal plan. Located right on the slope, from the ski room directly to the skis, ski in ski out - it's super convenient! The hotel has a decent SPA with an outdoor heated pool

The hotel had its own sky rent, locker rooms for own ski equipment. The spa I think it's the best in Kopaonik, with big indoor and warm outdoor pools, ans saunas

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel management and especially to the manager Alexander, who speaks Russian, for the help provided! During my stay at the hotel, I fell ill, Alexander promptly organized medical care for me (a doctor's visit) and agreed to extend our room for another day, beyond our reservation, since I was not able to go on the road

Great stay! The half board was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options for everyone. The staff were wonderful—very polite, attentive, and always smiling

The location is great, the hotel is right next to the main ski slopes. The room that we got was spacious and comfortable. Spa was great after a ful day of skiing

The Mona Suite is generally ok, but the sofa bed makes the suite seem cramped. There is a swimming pool, sauna, and children's playground. The breakfast space is large and the food is ok.

Location is superb, the parking was not cleard of snow, water in the main pool was colder than expected, staff is great but one elevator was out of order for days in mid season, so it was hard geting in and out of the rooms

The pool water was quite cold, the steam room wasn’t working when we arrived (though they did turn it on later), and I think the saunas were a bit below the temperature they should have

There are delicious food in the alley behind. You can also go to the square to run in the morning. There are hotels on the hillside behind. There are many stray dogs nearby. This one is very friendly and jogs with me

This review is specifically for the spa, since we were not clients of the hotel: The service was excellent; the receptionist was very kind and accommodating to our needs

Good, good environment, traditional facilities

An expectation also 5 star experience just outside the city center. The nightlight of the stay was definitely the spa and pool facilities the indoor pool and saunas are world class and very well maintained.

However, on several occasions, the pool still had the cleaning snake operating and plugged in, and the sauna had not yet been turned on. In my opinion, the spa should be fully prepared before guests arrive

This seems like an easy fix—simply have someone come in a bit earlier to ensure the facilities are ready right at opening time. Ideally, preparations should begin around 07:00 so everything is ready for use by 08:00

My comment here is more of an observation than a complaint. Since the spa opens at 08:00, one would expect everything to be ready for use at that time, sauna warmed up, amenities prepared, and the area fully set

I have been staying at the Emerald Hotel on and off for at least seven to eight years, and I’ve never had an issue with the property. I continue to rate my overall experience as excellent

One of the best hotels in Pristina. Even though it has been a while as a facility, still has the same high standard. Everything is perfect here. Highly recommended!

For rest and health improvement this is what you need. We ate in a cafe in the center, the view is good, nothing more to say. It is better to buy in a supermarket and have a snack of dry food or fast food

The room is big and clean, the staff is friendly and can speak English, but the water is not very hot and the bathtub faucet needs to be left on for a long time before there is clean water.

We liked the hotel, the price-quality ratio is excellent, 5+. The breakfast is quite decent. Zlatibor is a good place in the mountains in a pine forest, a healthy place in all respects

Excellent hotel in an incredibly beautiful area. The staff is excellent, friendly and very Kind! Very nice, clean and organized Spa especially in the sister hotel Mövenpick

The pools in the neighboring "Frushka Termy" are all the same with the same temperature, which makes it absolutely pointless to walk 25 minutes up the mountain to swim in the same pool as in the Premiere

We booked only 2 nights (BB),which includes use of all pools and spa facilities all day. And not only in this hotel where we booked,but as well in a sister hotel Movenpick,which is only 20min walk

Even though hotel is a bit retro style I found a comfortable bed, fast WiFi, minibar, lovely view to busy stations and met very friendly and professional people who love their job and offer a warm welcome

The reason I am giving only 4 stars is that the pool was out of service for our entire weekend and we were looking forward to that as well. Location is not bad, shops and restaurants are in walkable distance

The hotel is one of the best in Novi Sad. We had a spa apartment with jacuzzi and baldahin bed. The room is new, furniture and room design fantastic and modern. Mosaic on the wall is beautiful
