Very comfortable hotel with an luxurious attitude. We stay just only for one night, but for that short time everything worth it

I stayed at Hyatt Belgrade for 2020-21 New Year. It has been a nice experience since the quality and standards are great. Spa Zone is relaxing and good; very well prepared. Rooms need to be more updated

The only drawback is that the water barrier in the shower room is not good, and the water will flood when taking a shower. Other aspects are very good, and I still recommend it

Solid hotel with a nice spa that’s free for guests. The spa included a spacious gym, steam room, dry sauna, jacuzzi and a large pool and lounging area

We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt

Everything is clean and beautiful. There is a swimming pool, sauna, gym, breakfast (included in the price). There is a very large selection of food for breakfast

Facing the sun, you can see the scenery outside. The location is also very convenient. It is not far from the shopping mall. After dinner, you can take a walk back to the hotel to rest

Service: Overall it is good, but except for the front desk staff, they don’t speak English very well, and the attitude of some service staff is not very warm and friendly

If I have the opportunity to come again in the future, I will choose this place again

The location is very good, free parking, and the breakfast is very colorful. Every time I stay, I taste a different breakfast, which is much better than the Pujiang Hotel I stayed in before

Hygiene: Good Environment: The hotel is large, and the surrounding area is not a downtown area, but the distance is not far, so it is still very convenient if you drive

The SPA and the restaurant of Fontana makes it a landmark point for this beautiful city. I highly recommend this hotel which is located few meters away from the Parc and the touristic attractions of the city

I went with my boyfriend and sister for a cup of coffee/nes coffee and it was good. The place is clean as well as toilets. The music is good as well, the terrace is spacious and it's very pleasant to sit in Fontana

Drink choices are also good, you even have cocktails🍹 beside good wines 🍷 to choose from. To finish up our meals, you can choose some of the fresh deserts🍮 that they offer

Good accomodation in every way. Great SPA with different types of sauna, tepidariums, smashed ice, indoor pool. Clean, modern ambient, comfort beds. Polite stuff.

The food 🧆 was absolutely delicious, considering that their prices were not that high, we expected smaller portions, but actually got pretty decent sized portions

Since it was Friday evening, there was a live band, singing and playing a guitar, some of ex-yu music hits. We had a great meal enjoying listening to them

It is good, but should be much lighter pool, and also there is no waiter by the pool all time. Dressing room is really bad. Poor most likely.

It advertises a pool and gym but what wasn't clear is there is a 900 dinar charge to use them per day (approx £7 at time of writing)

Good, good environment, traditional facilities

The Mona Suite is generally ok, but the sofa bed makes the suite seem cramped. There is a swimming pool, sauna, and children's playground. The breakfast space is large and the food is ok.

the food was delicious and varied, in case of bad weather they have an indoor pool and saunas (there is also a massage but it is better to sign up for it in advance), there is a large playroom for children

The location is very good, the room is also very large, I like this hotel very much, and the hotel's breakfast is more suitable for me. It's great, I will stay in this hotel next time I come to play, I like it very much.

There are delicious food in the alley behind. You can also go to the square to run in the morning. There are hotels on the hillside behind. There are many stray dogs nearby. This one is very friendly and jogs with me

But overall the room is clean, bed linen and towels are clean, the air conditioner works, the refrigerator works. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It was quiet at night, I slept well. Suitable for undemanding guests

The view from the window of our room was absolutely stunning! The room was clean, not a single mote even between the beds and the wall, NO bedbugs that someone wrote about! The sheets and towels were fresh, air conditioner worked well

There was enough soap and toilet paper (which I can't say about the other hotel in Belgrade we stayed in). Free bottled water in the room added to my good opinion, especially, given the weather

All in all, we really enjoyed our time in Hotel Srbija and recommend everyone to not put any judgements on it based on the negative comments

The furniture, though pretty old, was still in a very good condition, and the same can be said about the shower cabin

The food in the restaurant was delicious and quite diverse. The receptionists speak English more or less fluently

Mr Miroslav really helped a lot with the local food and directions to the nearest mall. Remember to speak with him when you get here. Overall the staff and the hotel amenities are top notch

This was our third visit to the Radisson Collection, Old Mill, Belgrade. We had a lovely room: clean, nice view. The breakfast buffet was bountiful. We'd like to mention one of the bartenders: Nicola Cuetkovic

Very nice and high class hotel at the center of Belgrade. Food at the restaurant is also good quality but little over priced. I’ve been staying at this hotel since 3-4 years already

It’s my regular stop over spot in Serbia. However, this year they charge for parking!?. Which is 25€ fixed price, without any exception. Like a soft rubbery to be frank

I pay less in Amsterdam or Paris for parking which is a big deal in those cities. I hope the management understands that this is a decision changing fact for most of the customers

This is the best hotel in Belgrade. The staff is professional, kind and helpful. They make you feel like home. Also, they have the best coffee!! Looking forward to visiting again.

We really enjoyed our stay here as Americans. Good locations with lots to walk to. Room was clean and everyone spoke English here. To say the breakfast buffet was amazing is an understatement

The hotel is located in Novi Beograd, so the historical center can only be reached by public transport. Close to Novi Beograd station, from which you can go to Novi Sad

The room itself is standard - without any differences from other hotels. Overall, I recommend it if you are in Belgrade for work purposes

OK hotel for its money. Rooms are clean and fairly comfortable. Service is good, and breakfasts are great.

We didn't try any treatments, but there are several saunas, a hammam, hot tub and a lovely pool

Rooms are not massive, but the bed was comfortable, shower spacious and if you are lucky, you can get a balcony. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and service great all around. Gym not that large, but well equipped

We had the pleasure of getting the whole area to ourselves twice, early morning and late afternoon, but it can get busy there. All in all, a great experience. No wonder this seems to be THE hotel in Prishtina!

I highly recommend staying at Grand Hotel if you're looking for a comfortable and modern accommodation. The rooms are spacious and nicely done, with a great view on the mountains

Breakfast is good with good variety but it is difficult to guess what is the food in the buffet as they don’t write the food name in english. Very polite team in the reception and restaurant trying to help in everything

The hotel is the oldest in Zlatibor with Great location 3 min distance from the lake and it is renovated with very good taste. Bathroom very modern rooms are specious

After a long time, we got an excellent hotel in the center of Kopaonik, and it is pet-friendly for all those like me who rarely leave behind our pet! Apart from the phenomenal location and view, you have the spa and pools as well as the excellent Pique bar! This time we were visiting during the summer months, but we can't wait for the winter to try the snow spells offered by the Viceroy Kopaonik Hotel

There is a 18 m underground pool kept at 28 degrees and generally not crowded with a confortable relaxing area, free access for the hotel guest. The forniture in all hotel, expecially in the lobby is beautiful and unique

Service is perfect, a special mention to the very good concierge service: the 2 employees are both very knowledgeable and willing to help and were a precious source of advice on what to do and where to eat during all our stay

Unusual for such a high level hotel, probably due to the relatively small number of rooms. But no problem once you get used to it, and good quality. Location is very central and almost everything is at walking distance

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection for the buffet breakfast. Opposite bus station, though taxis were cheap enough to get about... 5 mins to centre, 10 mins to EXIT. Comfortable beds.

The only weird thing is that dogs are allowed provided that you will carry them in the corridors of the hotel. So this is not convenient for guests who have a medium size dog like me

Room was nice with modern bathroom but friends had a room with an old bathroom which was awful. I was at the front of the hotel and the road noise was very loud. Beds extremely hard and pillows were awful

It's ok, depends what are you here for. I preferred cause it's new, and you can find parking still free. I had to go in center every day, I just took the bus, 29. Someone I walked part of the distance

It was ok the day park is 20 euro, I spent 2 euro on bus. The hotel is shiny, big rooms, all supply you need. The spa is ok, bus the sauna not. I recommend especially if you came by car
