I wish a staff sees my comment and responds with the brand name of the products so I could buy for myself :P Thank you for the relaxing stay. I will stay here again if I come back to Belgrade

The toiletries were a great surprise to me, the shampoo and conditioner that I used was surprisingly good for my hair and I keep wondering what brand it was

The hotel is very close to the airport, and it is very convenient to travel. It is very close to the People's Bank of China, Huawei, and the Chinese Cultural Center

Friendly and warm staff, extremely clean rooms, great location and connectivity with public transportation. The breakfast was really good compared to the lot of other hotels in similar luxury range in European countries

Not the best-tasting buffet breakfast, although has some variety, with some fresh vegetables and fruit. There is a good-sized swimming pool, open year-round, wet and dry saunas and a gym - free for the guests

The Mona Suite is generally ok, but the sofa bed makes the suite seem cramped. There is a swimming pool, sauna, and children's playground. The breakfast space is large and the food is ok.

Location is superb, the parking was not cleard of snow, water in the main pool was colder than expected, staff is great but one elevator was out of order for days in mid season, so it was hard geting in and out of the rooms

The pool water was quite cold, the steam room wasn’t working when we arrived (though they did turn it on later), and I think the saunas were a bit below the temperature they should have

There are delicious food in the alley behind. You can also go to the square to run in the morning. There are hotels on the hillside behind. There are many stray dogs nearby. This one is very friendly and jogs with me

Lovely hotel, staff where extremely friendly and very welcoming, the pool area was really well presented, my only down side is maybe the rooms could do with a little update bringing upto 2026 standard, but none the less was a very comfortable stay

I’m so impressed with my stay at the Garden Hotel in Kosovo. The hotel is very beautiful with lovely decor especially at Christmas time. It is good location near to the downtown centre, shops and Christmas markets

We also went nearby to a bear sanctuary. The staff were extremely helpful and the food in the hotels restaurant was so fresh and the pasta better than Italy! Really amazed by the restaurant and also the breakfast

Stayed here some days last year. They had fantastic breakfast and nice rooms! Very comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel is also not far away from the city center

Marijana (office manager) was the best in this hotel. She arrenge everything and really kind. Speaks english well. Foods, rooms, loby, pool everything was good and okey. Try here

The pool is quieter mid week, it's worth using the kids play room and though there are not very many tourist activities in Sabac it's a great place for a short trip

This is not really a hotel even, but right in the center of city life. Pool is good, massages are great, rooms are fresh. One minus: the food is tasteless in a local restaurant (which is for money).

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Wi-fi was great for online work. Location is perfect, because it’s in a quiet part of Zlatibor, and also near the center. Pool is for both sunny and rainy days

Great place, friendly staff, very clean. Good choice for family with kids. Due to heated water in pool and cover they had, we were able to use it when it was raining and below 20'C

They give you complimentary 1litre which is not enough for a two person stay Spa; - make sure you take rubber shoes as the tiles everywhere are very slippery - signage is not available in English so you are not aware of potential health issues from using the thermal water which is 50 degrees (cannot use it if you have heart problems, high blood pressure etc) - this is a safety issue - no life guard...

Contact via email and after that the call to the reception was always correct. The hotel is half an hour's walk from the center of Novi Pazar. Taxi recommendation from the bus station

We ended up sleeping with the balcony door open - shower leaked water all over the floor and completely saturated it - shower tiles were cracked all on the floor and in our opinion need to be replaced - bedside lamps did not work - walls are paper thin and the couple next door having “special time” could be heard through our room and actually made our bed shake - very very noisy you can hear every...

Many issues with the room; - air conditioning was broken and on 27 degrees which was super hot and when we asked reception to come and look at it we were told to wait it out to see if it would go down in temperature which it didn’t

- I had a one hour massage and it was fantastic although they should offer a change room as I had to undress in front of the massage lady and found it a bit uncomfortable as I wasn’t told what to do or where to put my things

The room was very bright and I am used to a dark room with candles so that was odd as well but the music was nice In summary I think they oversell the hotel on their website and social media

I just love to travel in Serbia. It's because of nice people, good food and nice places. Hotel persistent is one of the best. Enjoy the pool and walk to the lake. Eat fish gulas.

Everything about the hotel is good, but I just want to ask, it's a 5-star hotel, but they don't provide drinking water??? They said the hotel only provides 2 bottles, and I stayed for 4 days, which means if I check out and check in every day, can it be provided all the time??? Quite speechless!!! The restaurant and rooms are beautiful, and the front desk is also very good!!! Very patient!!!

You can also order champagne to be delivered. There is an extra charge for booking a massage. There is a charge for dinner and the presentation is good. There was no buffet when I went for breakfast

Definitely very good value for money. The parking is underground and accessible only by elevator and that slows the process of in and out of the parking in general. As well as the parking is not cheap

Stayed at Hotel M for 1 week during a conference. The facilities are nice and all area are clean. Guest rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff are pleasant and accommodating in most respects

It is plentiful enough that we really needed little lunch, other than the inevitable leftovers from the large dinners on earlier nights. The hotel is on major bus lines. So getting to the center of Belgrade is no problem

The only issue that we had was the inability to get two keys for the room. That was needed to allow me to have a key while attending the conference and my wife to have a key while doing other things

The return can be trickier as maps show many bus lines passing the hotel that are not actually running. If you want a taxi the hotel will provide a driver to your destination

You have to find an actual taxi or other preferred transport to return. Would happily return when in Belgrade again

The room I was assigned on the first night had a window facing a wall. Higher floors were given to European and American guests, while lower floors, such as the second floor, were given to Asian guests

Great hotel! I visit every year for over 15 years now. Friendly staff, excellent location in the centre of Belgrade, clean rooms, luxury breakfast, warm in the winter time. No swimming pool, sauna or jym.

The breakfasts are magnificent! The only downside is that it can be noisy if your windows face the pedestrian area, as there are restaurants right below. Also, the walls are thin, so you can hear everything through them

By chance there was a public pay parking nearby. This issue could be described better, maybe with an email from the hotel to the customer after booking. In any case we would go there again if we go to Fontainleau

Love our stay at Majestic Hotel, room was daily cleaned, warm and the location was super central allowing us to wander around on foot. Reception also arranged a taxi to take us to the airport, which was helpful

This Hotel is very conveniently located to visit the Fontainbleau castle. The hotel itself is as excellent as expected. We had some difficulties to go close to the hotel by car

It is an old hotel, the rooms are ok, there was a renovation when we stayed, it is good that it is close to the main street, you can walk in the evening, the breakfast is good, there is a pastry shop opposite, there is a wonderful smell in the morning, the cleaning is ok, it is suitable for 1 day stay, if you go on holiday, you don't stay for a long time, it is far from the center

Breakfast was very bad, almost everything was finished at the buffet, there was no tea bags or bread left, all tables were left with full of trash and dirty plates on rhe table, however this two guy were sitting at the restaurant kiosk

This hotel definitely doesnt deserve 4 star. Rooms were ok but bathroom had few mold spots. Overall rooms were acceptable. However restaurant service were the worst service i ever seen

There is a 18 m underground pool kept at 28 degrees and generally not crowded with a confortable relaxing area, free access for the hotel guest. The forniture in all hotel, expecially in the lobby is beautiful and unique

The room was very confortable in all aspects. In particular the shower was very pleasant and working perfecty. Bed linen were changed daily and were amazingly perfectly ironed and immaculate, a real pleasure
