Everything is clean and beautiful. There is a swimming pool, sauna, gym, breakfast (included in the price). There is a very large selection of food for breakfast

Facing the sun, you can see the scenery outside. The location is also very convenient. It is not far from the shopping mall. After dinner, you can take a walk back to the hotel to rest

Service: Overall it is good, but except for the front desk staff, they don’t speak English very well, and the attitude of some service staff is not very warm and friendly

If I have the opportunity to come again in the future, I will choose this place again

The location is very good, free parking, and the breakfast is very colorful. Every time I stay, I taste a different breakfast, which is much better than the Pujiang Hotel I stayed in before

Hygiene: Good Environment: The hotel is large, and the surrounding area is not a downtown area, but the distance is not far, so it is still very convenient if you drive

Great hotel with very polite and professional staff. Accommodation is very pleasant and new. Location is great as well. Breakfast is very rich and you have different opinions every day.

The Mona Suite is generally ok, but the sofa bed makes the suite seem cramped. There is a swimming pool, sauna, and children's playground. The breakfast space is large and the food is ok.

the food was delicious and varied, in case of bad weather they have an indoor pool and saunas (there is also a massage but it is better to sign up for it in advance), there is a large playroom for children

The location is very good, the room is also very large, I like this hotel very much, and the hotel's breakfast is more suitable for me. It's great, I will stay in this hotel next time I come to play, I like it very much.

There are delicious food in the alley behind. You can also go to the square to run in the morning. There are hotels on the hillside behind. There are many stray dogs nearby. This one is very friendly and jogs with me

Everything is great and not expensive

Nice, little hotel. Staff was great as well as rooms. Breakfast has good variety and location is perfect for getting in and out of the city without getting into traffic jams.

Nice staff, clean room, tasty breakfast. Comfort 10/10. SPA reservation is needed! We didn’t know so we missed it. But you can use the pool. Place suitable for both, family and couples.

Has a Spa, but everything bar the pool is pay per visit and very overbooked so we missed out. Overall would highly recommend if you are staying in Palić

Realy nice place to go for a relaxed family weekend. Once a year we like to come here and enjoy. Inside pool iz quite small but for kids it's perfect and fun. There's also a some kind of jacuzzi, real sauna, massage, gym

For the price it's okay I suppose, however if you're willing to spend a bit more then do so, this place is kinda dirty, broken doors that don't close, creaking floors, broken hair dryers etc are all common things here as I went with a larger group and got a couple of rooms

I just love to travel in Serbia. It's because of nice people, good food and nice places. Hotel persistent is one of the best. Enjoy the pool and walk to the lake. Eat fish gulas.

It is little bit old, but very clean place with pools and very kindle stuff. Price is very good😀 Go heree and enjoy👍🏻

What we liked: - the receptionists were always polite and helpful - breakfast was good/tasty - room size is decent - furniture looks ok (a bit retro, but still in good condition) - even though it's small, the indoor pool helped us unwind

I really loved it here. I read the negative reviews, and it's really mostly lies and spoiled people who expected to have royalty treatment. The staff are nice and polite.

There is a spa with a pool, and the sauna was OK but don't expect anything from the salt and steam room. There is also a restaurant with very bad service but solid food

They offer Chinees ,Italian,Mexican and Serbian kitchen. We have tried all cuisines and have been pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. Bar offers many cocktails too

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Rooms have air-condition and access to sport chanels with plenty of football. free Underground parking Restaurant-bar on the top is amazing

Pool is nice to use, and can be used 24 hours a day. Last time I was there I left my GoPro behind and they were very helpful in getting it returned to me in Germany

Very relaxing with the pool and sauna in the basement, wich you could use in the middle of the night if wanted. The hotel is not positioned in the main centre of Prishtina

Beatiful view from the room. Spa with pool, gym and sauna. A bit hard to find up in the hills, but worth the drive. Taxi to town is 3 EUR.

Very friendly staff! I had to chancel my reservation unfortunately, but after explaining them the reason for the cancellation they were very kind and understanding and confirmed me the cancellation without any problem

I found it very relaxing not hearing the noises of the cars. My overall experience was beyond great! Strongly recomended hotel where you get a lot more for the money compared to other hotels nearby

Yes, some fixtures and fittings in the bathroom need a little work, but that was a minor issue. Whenever I go to Kosovo now, I try to stay at the AFA Residence because of the service

Great.. Fantastic. Unique place in the world. Apartment willage in Serbian national style and beutiful nature around.. Ski center just a step ahead. 60 km of slopes and many sunny days on Kopaonik mountain.

If you are up for a combination of luxury and nature, this is the right place for you. It has a concept of an urban village; you can find everything you need: groceries, pharmacies, souvenir shops etc

But always keep in mind that you mustn't litter, since this is a nature reserve

During the summer, not so fun. Place is not clean as it should be. Good to stay few days

I came here only hearing from others and their exciting explanations. This place is simply awesome! Nice and tidy, well thought though and clean, well organized with a lot to see

We came in the afternoon, weekday and the place was crowded, especially for the pool. Not possible to pay with card at the pool, only cash, only dinars

Restaurant is good, with excellent service and food on the same level. Close to the main road and easy to find. Just go and visit, you will not regret it!

Nice place, authentic facilities. Dinner was OK, staff was friendly. Wifi was working only in the restaurant, not in the room. Room was rather small for 3 people but clean, A/C functional

Very relaxing place with small paths for walking around the whole property. Restoraunt on my sight is so simple, domestic roasted meat with medium quality.

The location is excellent, very relaxing. We particularly liked the lake, the overall setup of the propriety, and the mini zoo.

It's a splendid, new hotel with relatively new equipment. Just be careful and it will hurt if you accidentally hit the corner of the bed. The sauna downstairs has wet and dry rooms and a swimming pool

Everything about the hotel is good, but I just want to ask, it's a 5-star hotel, but they don't provide drinking water??? They said the hotel only provides 2 bottles, and I stayed for 4 days, which means if I check out and check in every day, can it be provided all the time??? Quite speechless!!! The restaurant and rooms are beautiful, and the front desk is also very good!!! Very patient!!!

You can also order champagne to be delivered. There is an extra charge for booking a massage. There is a charge for dinner and the presentation is good. There was no buffet when I went for breakfast

I went there for my wedding anniversary and got the cake in the second picture as a gift ❤️ It’s very thoughtful. There are also welcome snacks in the room, macarons, which are also delicious 😋

During my trip in August 2024, the hotel gave me a perfect stay! The hotel is five-star and very satisfying! The hotel is exquisite in every way, and a five-star review is a must!

This is not really a hotel even, but right in the center of city life. Pool is good, massages are great, rooms are fresh. One minus: the food is tasteless in a local restaurant (which is for money).

The staff are attentive and helpful, the rooms lovely without being overly showy or shoddy in any way, and the best part is certainly the beautiful pool area. It was our second visit, and we would happily return

The pool is quieter mid week, it's worth using the kids play room and though there are not very many tourist activities in Sabac it's a great place for a short trip

Rooms are clean and spacious, SPA is huge and really nice,food is tasty and staff is amazing, the service and attitude that you can get in 5 star well know brands around world

The steam bath and the Hymalayan salt rooms are a very relaxing addition to many amenities - considered very luxurious for this region.

Just the position is a little bit far from the centre, but taxi costs only 2 €

I have just visited the pool. Olympic size and nice and cozy place in general. No crowd. Relaxing azmosphere, very cheap entrance. About less than 5 eur per person.

The price? It's expensive for a spa and resort hotel and the spa is nothing special. I see a spa for a place to relax and unwinding. How can I do that when you allow kids in the jacuzzi and the spa pool

The outdoor pool was not only for guest but for everyone, and you needed to go around the hotel to get there and stand in line with people from the street

The restaurant serves traditional Serbian food for breakfast and dinner, the choice is good. The staff is extremly welcoming, friendly and polite

Pool is charged extra, along with a shower. The shower is unfortunately in a messy and smelly storage room around the side of the hotel, hence the 4 stars, given that it costs an extra €1 per shower

They are friendly attentive and genuinely and rightly proud of their hotel. They were probably the main reason I returned and will return again. In addition the facilities are first rate

I have now stayed at the Hotel Gracanica on two occasions and I can honestly say it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It is an oasis of tranquility made more so by the staff

Bedrooms beautifully equipped and the food is excellent. I would recommend the mixed meze as a light lunch and a particular mention should be made of the breakfast

It was superb and made more so by fresh squeezed orange juice excellent coffee and wonderful homemade jams and preserves which are also available to buy

I cannot recommend the Hotel Gracanica highly enough and I look forward to my next visit
