The room was nice, but the location was a bit out of the way, far from the main attractions. After a long day of sightseeing, it could be tiring. Also, the breakfast was just average.

Stayed for a week and spent more than 2000 euros. When I checked out, they didn't even help me put my luggage in the taxi. They didn't even look at me. This hotel has nothing to do with the gold paint everywhere. The staff don't seem to have been trained. The service awareness is very poor. The room is also average. It's just some superficial decorations. It's very average.

Good day. The hotel is beautiful, but the design is certainly not for everyone. The service is up to standard, the breakfast is good, there are many snacks, but there is not much food. We cannot rate the spa and pool, as we did not use them.

New, clean hotel. Everything is in gold But for example, the bar on the 10th floor is closed at 8 pm on Saturday... well, so-so... I would like to separately note the friendliness of the staff and the ability to resolve visitors' requests.

It's not a bad hotel, but the price/performance ratio is too low. At 1800 per night, it's not a five-star hotel.

We spent New Year’s here for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a place we’d happily return to.

The location of the hotel is average, very noisy. The hotel itself is not bad. I can't compare with others in this city. But it doesn't reach 5 stars (if compared with other European cities)

The hotel has style, but some facilities are inexplicable and the service staff are quite smart. When cleaning the room, the teapot brought by the guest was taken away. The waiters at the restaurant and bar are tall and handsome, busy chatting by themselves, and the service is relatively poor.

The hotel is excellent, clean, freshly renovated. But! A couple of things slightly marred the stay. The hotel does not provide an iron, citing safety. At the same time, they offer ironing services for a lot of money. There is no shoehorn. The waiters at breakfast are friendly, but they categorically do not remove the dishes from the table until you leave.

We booked an executive twin room, but were given a classic room when we checked in. When my friend found out, he went to the hotel front desk and told us that the room was no longer available that day and could only be adjusted for tomorrow. After half a day of communication, they agreed to provide two breakfasts. The front desk staff showed no apology throughout the whole process.

The apartment is very cozy and stylish. There's a Lidl nearby, though it's a bit far from the city center, but there are basketball arenas nearby, so the location was convenient for us. The staff is friendly.

The room was very clean overall, the only downside being some stains on the walls, but it wasn't a big deal, and the overall stay was good. The tall, strong male staff member at the night front desk was very helpful and patient. We got off at the wrong stop, and he helped us call a taxi to the hotel. After check-in, he even recommended some local restaurants; he was very hospitable.

The property is very luxurious, the staff are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there. I'll recommend it anytime.

Loved our stay here. The staff are the best from the front desk to room service to the cafe - they were all very warm and friendly with genuine interest to look after their guests making sure you’re comfortable and all your queries are answered. The location is super convenient, really close to the bus terminal for bus route 72. The room is spacious and fully equipped, with a complete set of kitchen utensils. There's also a large balcony with a nice view. I stayed in room 414.

This hotel is very close to the city center, within walking distance, which is very convenient. The facilities are complete, and check-in and check-out are very easy. The only downside is that the hot water sometimes seems to be unavailable. The rooms are quite large, with two bedrooms, two toilets, and a kitchen where you can enjoy a few drinks in the evening, which is very comfortable.

The hotel is located in the city center, with new facilities. There are supermarkets and open-air markets within 200 meters. For a large group of us staying, we can cook our own Chinese food. Highly recommended

It's really nice! It's like a high-end B&B. Enjoying a cup of coffee while basking in the sun on the balcony is a delightful experience! It also has a kitchen and dining table, a dedicated parking lot downstairs, and a gym. It's a great place! The only downside is the lack of breakfast, but there are several bakeries and cafes nearby. So, it's a good option!

The location is unbeatable! We were waiting for our friends in the bar and later due to rainy weather we decided to stay there for a coffee. The cozy atmosphere and service was simply amazing! Staff is very attentive and always smiling.

Hotel is modern and feels luxury. Spacious rooms, staff are very supportive during morning and afternoon shifts. This was our second time in this amazing hotel and I can’t recommend it enough. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is certainly one of the best hotel experiences one can have in the region. The location itself is amazing, a dining terrace overlooks the main square and the lake And most of the attractions are within walking distance. Best hotel in Zlatibor. We had a great time and will come back again. Beautifull spa, polite staff, best location, parking... We were so happy, especially our daughter, they have a huge playground with friendly staff. A large selection of food. The rooms are very comfortable and warm. Hotel have premium location in center of Zlatibor. Rooms are spacious, clean, elegant with mix of modern and mountain house architecture. Cosmetic ion bathrooms are great, Italian brand, with pine smell. Food is prefect with huge variety of choice. SPA center is amazing, many facilities for kids and adults as well. Located in the city center, it is very convenient to arrive at the airport bus or go to landmark buildings. In a residential building, the garden is very beautiful, the staff are warm and friendly, and it can be seen that they are run with care. Very nice rooms with nice bathrooms and the shower - super! It is all in not well renovated house, so please be not afraid when walking up the first floor. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The televison was not working for several days at all. Unfortunately, also the breakfast comes with additional costs when requesting a simple Capuccino. This must be paid: 2,50 Euro.

When you get to building it is a bit strange, building smell very much . rooms at inside that building with safety door. Rooms Are nice but at night time you can hear a music from down stairs ( a irish pub ) workers are very friendly.

Excellent hotel, good rooms, delicious breakfasts. Located in the historical center, nearby there are attractions, cafes, souvenirs, shops. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. One minus: in the evening it is sometimes noisy (just a little bit), since there is a busy pedestrian street under the windows. But after 22-23 you can't hear anything. Very thin walls - you can hear literally everything that happens in the next room! It's especially bad when you're still asleep in the morning and your neighbors turn on the TV! They forgot to give me my passport upon check-in and didn't remind me about it during my two-day stay! They also didn't remind me about it upon check-out and as a result I ended up at the airport without my passport!!!

Very beautiful and spacious room with good facility and in a busy part of the city. In 350m there is a private parking costing around 0.7 USD/hour. They offer tea/coffee in the room, bathrobe and slippers. In 3 minutes walk one can reach the Nikola Tesla Museum. There are also many shops around and arm's available.

On the main street, cozy rooms, kind and friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, good for short and long stays. Sure not 5 stars hotel services but more than enough for normal tourist like we are. The owner is very nice. It seems like he tries to keep the rooms clean. The courtyard is well maintained and beautiful. The 20€ one way airport shuttle seems expensive considering the distance. There was murky water in the kettle. It felt like it had been a while since a guest had stayed in that room. Our room was on the second floor in the back building, but the wifi didn't work. We had to go down...

It was a decent stay but I guess I was expecting more. The room itself is clean and the location is excellent, near everything. The building where the rooms are located is old. The elevator is pretty old and a few times didn’t work. We didn’t see a person on the front desk most of time, except when someone checked out. I believe, not sure, there are six or seven rooms so it’s not a hotel ( my mistake...

Apartment is located inside an old residential building, on 2nd floor with elevator. Our room is quite clean and has a lot of space but really hate those curtains for the bathroom, also the shower handle is broken. Amazing Location, location, location... Restaurants, groceries, market, pharmacy and everything else is just around the corner. Since apartments are in a pedestrian zone, parking is located 50 yards from the apartment building and we never had a hard time finding a spot. We found everything that we needed for our 2 night stay, except shampoo and conditioner. We did not use kitchen as the Zlatibor...

Perfect apartment in the center of Zlatibor. Small but nicely organized, sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids great. Clean and warm. Some noise from the outside but that is to be expected. Grocery store, restaurants, bank atm by apartment building. Two TVs with with over 50 cable channels.
