The cheapest room does not match the photos, Yugoslavian renovation. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. But overall the room is clean, bed linen and towels are clean, the air conditioner works, the refrigerator works. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It was quiet at night, I slept well. Suitable for undemanding guests.

It's just fine to spend a night or two here maximum. It's very dated, but clean. The location is not that convenient since the hotel is far from both city centre and Prokop train station. I didn't try the breakfast, so unable to evaluate it.

The environment is quite old, not worth the price. The service was also just so-so. The only consolation was that breakfast started quite early (most other hotels start at 8 am), allowing us to at least have breakfast before catching our flight. The Mona Plaza Belgrade is an excellent hotel — very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were friendly, professional, and truly know their job. I also loved the view from the room. Overall, a great experience — definitely recommend!

The location of the hotel is quite good...20 minutes walk to the popular places of the City. The audibility in the rooms of the "hotel for adults" should probably be improved. I asked to be placed in the quietest room, but as soon as I lay down to rest, the sounds of 18+ from the neighboring room were not long in coming. Not the hotel's fault, of course, I understand. The pools in the neighboring "Frushka Termy" are all the same with the same temperature, which makes it absolutely pointless...

The hotel has style, but some facilities are inexplicable and the service staff are quite smart. When cleaning the room, the teapot brought by the guest was taken away. The waiters at the restaurant and bar are tall and handsome, busy chatting by themselves, and the service is relatively poor.

The hotel is excellent, clean, freshly renovated. But! A couple of things slightly marred the stay. The hotel does not provide an iron, citing safety. At the same time, they offer ironing services for a lot of money. There is no shoehorn. We booked an executive twin room, but were given a classic room when we checked in.
