The environment is quite old, not worth the price. The service was also just so-so. The only consolation was that breakfast started quite early (most other hotels start at 8 am), allowing us to at least have breakfast before catching our flight. After a great first impression and otherwise great room accomodation, a big disappointment followed when we realized that the heating was not working in the "king room" in the middle of November! Our group of 39 young people (post-university) spent four nights here for our first visit to Kosovo in March 2026. It was a welcoming, gentle experience.
