Amazing breakfast. Great location. Definitely very good value for money. The parking is underground and accessible only by elevator and that slows the process of in and out of the parking in general. The environment is quite old, not worth the price. The service was also just so-so. The only consolation was that breakfast started quite early (most other hotels start at 8 am), allowing us to at least have breakfast before catching our flight. There's a shopping mall nearby within walking distance, which is quite convenient for shopping.

After a great first impression and otherwise great room accomodation, a big disappointment followed when we realized that the heating was not working in the "king room" in the middle of November! The hotel has style, but some facilities are inexplicable and the service staff are quite smart. When cleaning the room, the teapot brought by the guest was taken away. The waiters at the restaurant and bar are tall and handsome, busy chatting by themselves, and the service is relatively poor.

The hotel is excellent, clean, freshly renovated. But! A couple of things slightly marred the stay. The hotel does not provide an iron, citing safety. At the same time, they offer ironing services for a lot of money. There is no shoehorn. The waiters at breakfast are friendly, but they categorically do not remove the dishes from the table until you leave.

We booked an executive twin room, but were given a classic room when we checked in. The location of the hotel is quite good...20 minutes walk to the popular places of the City. On the other hand, the hotel is comfortable and clean...the staff is kind, so the room prices are reasonable. And Ms. Stojana, 9th floor is incredibly clean. Noone can say the opposite of this. Beautiful hotel in a convenient location near the pedestrian street in the center. It has a lovely restaurant on the top floor. It's located inside a shopping mall, so you only need to go down a floor or two to find everything you need. The breakfast room service is okay, although sometimes the staff aren't very welcoming for a hotel of this category.

The hotel facilities were good and convenient, and the service was standard and reassuring.

The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was quite good for a hotel of this level. However, the bathroom door in room 509 opened in the wrong direction, blocking the sink when open. Room 613 did not have this problem. Other unoccupied rooms on the 5th floor with their doors open were also fine.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, it is clean and breakfast is good with a variety of choices. There is a gym you can use anytime, you just need to ask for the key at the reception. Rooms are small (economy in the adjacent building) but comfortable, I would only suggest they add a kettle for tea/coffee.

There are many Chinese tour groups. Go out and walk to the right, then turn right and walk straight for three minutes, there is a 24-hour bread shop. Opposite the bread shop, take the 9A free bus to the New Belgrade Bus Station, half an hour. Navigate to the Impression Lanzhou Gate, walk for 8 minutes, take the 72 free bus to the airport, 45 minutes.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean room. We booked a room with a view of the river and bridge. The view is stunning. The hotel is located close to popular attractions for visitors to the city. Nearby is a riverside promenade with its own restaurants offering panoramic views and a climb up to the fortress grounds.

The hotel is located right on the Sava River, making transportation very convenient. It's a 10-minute walk from the airport bus terminal, and it's also not far from the city center, so you can choose to walk or take a taxi.

It is similar to a domestic guesthouse. There is a bar downstairs and a hospital across the street. The facilities are old and there are no slippers. It is the worst hotel we stayed in Belgrade. It is difficult to walk with luggage in the middle of the slope.

Located right in the downtown which is very convenient. Breakfast was good and included a wide range of fresh products.  The personnel was friendly.  It would be good to have at least a small gym studio.  The linen has not been changed for more than 4 days until I asked for the change. A duvet cover was torn.

I stayed many times in this hotel. Breakfast is very simple compare to other 4 stars hotel. it's still ok for me. . This time feels not good. which made me unhappy is that I asked the hotel to call a taxi for me. and it called an expensive one (named hotel taxi and not a regular taxi), which is more than 30% higher than you call a taxi on the taxi parking area on the road by urself. I will never try...

Stains on the bedsheets and bathrobes. No water in the toilet for most of the time.

The location is fine. The hotel is clean. The people are nice. But it needs to have some maintenance (but they will fix it on the spot), the breakfast isnt worth it and should be skipped.

The room wasn't large, but it had a separate shower and toilet area. The century-old building was designed in a modern and cozy style. I stayed two nights, and the room was cleaned promptly. The receptionist explained the hotel facilities very carefully. Upon check-in, she helped carry my luggage upstairs in the elevator, and upon departure, she booked a taxi to the airport and helped carry my luggage...

This is a very nice hotel, close to the main attractions, a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel breakfast has a wide variety of options, the front desk service is excellent, and there are rooms with luggage storage.
