This is ridiculously small! I've been here for a week, and this is the smallest and worst hotel I've ever stayed at! And it's so expensive!

The location was the center, we choose this hotel for the location. However, the bed and pillow was not comfortable. There were no complimentary water, which is not hospitable. The room was also smelly. The bathroom was heavy smelly. It does not deserve 4 star hotel, it is like 3 star hotel

The room wasn't large, but it had a separate shower and toilet area. The century-old building was designed in a modern and cozy style. I stayed two nights, and the room was cleaned promptly. The receptionist explained the hotel facilities very carefully. Upon check-in, she helped carry my luggage upstairs in the elevator, and upon departure, she booked a taxi to the airport and helped carry my luggage to the taxi. There was always someone on duty at the front desk, providing timely service.

This is a very nice hotel, close to the main attractions, a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel breakfast has a wide variety of options, the front desk service is excellent, and there are rooms with luggage storage.

When I entered the room, I noticed hairs on the bed. The extra duvet in the closet was heavily stained and may not have been washed. When we arrived at the hotel directly from the airport, there was no complimentary water in the room; it was charged. Breakfast was adequate enough to keep you from going hungry, but it didn't have a rich menu. I think it could use some improvement. The upside is that the hotel is centrally located, close to Kalemegdan and below Khez Mihailov Street. You can walk everywhere. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It's great! There's a bank downstairs, so it's very convenient to deposit money. Dagong Street is just 200 meters ahead, which is super convenient too. The accommodation is also comfortable; all three beds are very large.

We stayed with a group of 23 people during September. From the beginning, the staff was very helpful and helped us with every detail. From the email exchange to the arrival when one of the guys at reception helped me with my bags, the entire stay for everyone present, including the reception, was incredible.

The rooms are cozy and a good size, the shower is great and the bathroom and room are very clean.

The location allowed us to spend 6 days in the city practically on foot. We took very few taxis because to get anywhere in the center, you will walk no more than 20 minutes.

We will definitely be back.
