I have stayed at all the 5* hotels in BG but Hyatt Regency is in my opinion the best of them all. Super rooms, super restaurants, super roomservice, super spa and fitness. I had a small issue on our last visit but Mr Nikola Ilic handled this very quick and proffesional. - Thank you for that sir. My family and I will definitely be back again.

Solid hotel with a nice spa that’s free for guests. The spa included a spacious gym, steam room, dry sauna, jacuzzi and a large pool and lounging area. I stayed at Hyatt Belgrade for 2020-21 New Year. It has been a nice experience since the quality and standards are great. Spa Zone is relaxing and good; very well prepared. Rooms need to be more updated. This is the only aspect to take in consider. But in general, hotel’s location and Hyatt quality is great.

The room is very good. It is close to the airport. Facing the sun, you can see the scenery outside. The location is also very convenient. It is not far from the shopping mall. After dinner, you can take a walk back to the hotel to rest. It was a good experience. If I have the opportunity to come again in the future, I will choose this place again

Rooms and nice, staff is nice. Internet is however horrible, cannot have an online meeting or a voice call without being interrupting 100 times, they give routers which are unfunctional and they don’t fix the overall problem. For such a hotel this is unacceptable

It was a great experience, we stayed for 4 nights, the rooms were very clean and nice, only the breakfast was a little weak in variety, other than that it was very good.

Is this toothbrush for human use? The toothpaste in this "detachable and environmentally friendly toothbrush" is so small. Let's not talk about the small amount of toothpaste. The head keeps falling off. It fell off three times in my mouth while brushing my teeth. There are three cracks inside my mouth. I'm too lazy to complain.

OK hotel for its money. Rooms are clean and fairly comfortable. Service is good, and breakfasts are great.

All the staff were welcoming and very friendly. Room was clean and good pressure in the shower....great buffet breakfast and enough choices for vegetarians. The rooftop bar is a great way to end the day with a drink. It's about a 45 minute walk into the city . You can exchange money at the desk and there's also an atm.

Ended up randomly in this hotel, as a consequence of a delayed flight. OK, maybe the family was tired and hungry, but that dinner really hit the spot. We chose this hotel because of price and location near the city centre. All staff is doing an outstanding job here every day. The hotel has a very good location, it is within a walking distance from the city centre. The breakfast is simply amazing, there is so much variety of food you can choose from. It is a bit noisy though because Mark Hotel is basically on the street. I could recommend cleaning of the bathrooms to be improved.

Nice place, very kind people, great airport shuttle service, excellent location. The only issue os that it is very noisy. On one side, the AC units are in the courtyard the rooms facd, on the other side, the street and the restaurant downstairs is very loud (and windows provide not much sound insulation). Plus the bathroom drain is a bit smelly. But otherwise everything is nice.

We had a great stay at Xenon. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are impeccable (rainshower!), the pool area very relaxing. The breakfast was of a high standard, as were the drinks in the evening. All in all a truly luxurious experience. I would definitely come back.

Nice a artful hotel. Very close to the center of the city. With a quiet bar (with a smoking area), that serves coffee, draft beer, hard liquor and food. The reception can be a bit slow with big groups late in the night. The hotel has it's own parking, but it requires a reservation in advance.
