Bad things: Room are quite basic, washrooms had flush issues. Didn’t get enough sleep as lights were flickering and fans was making too much noise. Limited breakfast - you only get a slice of watermelon and mangoes and other fruits - you cannot ask them to repeat these items. So breakfast was literally third class. In the night, it looks you are on your own no one is there to attend you and no proper lighting on the pathway which makes difficult to move out of your room at night.
We had requested a large bed in advance, but were told, “This is what we have,” when we asked about it at check-in. There was also no water supply from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., meaning the washrooms were unusable during that time, which was very inconvenient.
Overall, the service was poor and the staff showed no concern for guests’ comfort once payment was made. I recommend checking all facilities carefully before paying, as they don’t seem to care about service or guest satisfaction. 👎🏻
Nice location. It just take you 5 mins to cross by the neighbour hotel and you are by the beach. Also it has supermarkets and restaurants in the area.
The bus stop is just in front (wheter you come from the airport, the port or you’d like to visit beaches such as Georgette or Laze).
perfect, offering a budget-friendly stay near one of Praslin's most stunning beaches. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!
