It was a lovely hotel in a beautiful spot! The restaurant was great too! Would definitely stay again!

Pool is hard to get in and out of but refreshing! About 15 min walk to the dinner location

When I lost my sunglasses in town, she went out of her way to give me a pair of her own which she no longer used. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

Pretty basic but as a 1 night stop on Rick Steves tour it was fine. The market mentioned in other reviews has closed. bit of a schlep to get to a market for a cold beer. but nice to have and sit by the pool

Super breakfasts - big choice, delicious porridge, humus, asparagus, friendly staff, big balcony with a view of mountains, wellness with sauna - extra pay but privacy

We stayed in the first floor room with the large balcony and would recommend the extra cost for this room. The balcony had the most amazing view of the lake and island

The breakfast terrace is just below with the same great view. The food, wine and service were all excellent. If going in the summer, be aware that there was not air conditioning in the room

It was warm at night, but cooled off with the windows open by morning

Walked up to Cafe Belvedere to try the local Bled cream cake and admire the views of beautiful Lake Bled and Bled Island. Did not disappoint the cake was delicious and definitely the best viewpoint of the lake

Nice hotel but massively due an renovation, very very old fashioned, especially the bathroom. I'm 6ft and the shower head only came up to my chest, and water went all over the bathroom

My wife and I travelled from Canada and booked 2 nights at this hotel and LOVED it!!! Helena, ( owner ) was so nice and accommodating and even went out and bought a universal adapter because we had lost ours! Breakfast was exceptional and the rooms were very comfortable

bajt hotel was an excellent choice as there was parking space, the room was clean and a good size, the price was ok and the hotel was easy to find and not too far from the city center by car and close enough to the highway as well

however the biggest surprise was, when next morning as i was looking for a car service, the hotel manager who happened to have a passion for cars , fixed both lights and also exchanged the bulbs as he had some handy

a one in a million chance of something like that happening, on top of that all staff, reception and breakfast were very helpful and friendly. thank you again and we hope to stop by again on our way back

The staff was most friendly, the room was cosy and entirely clean. I also loved the art on the wall. It suited me even more than Huet or Turner would that day. The breakfast left me in want of nothing

Only negative point that the hotel is a long distance away from the city center and is too far to walk. However 2 bus stops available in the street about 200 meters before and after the hotel

It was our second stay at the Korona. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and professional. We liked it.

A great sort stop on a long journey! Looked good enough to stay as well but only casino'd it for a bit on the way elsewhere. Helpful staff - very friendly.

This is the only casino i have been to in Europe so far. Was nice to see it has table games as many I have thought about visiting are slots only. I was hoping for a Craps table, but there were none

Blackjack tables with different minimum bets was nice. Overall nice environment with friendly staff and an enjoyable time

A hillside location woth beautiful views over the bay of Portorozo and our room had a sea view balcony and a bonus new shower. It is a 3 star family run hotel with free parking, 5 min walk to town and wonderful pool area

The rooms themselves have been upgraded, most noticeably are the bathrooms (pic below). The flooring around the pool has been renovated

Hotel is on the hill above Portoroz, but easy to get down, there is walking path and steps. Free parking in front of restaurant. We were upgraded in superior room which was very appreciated

Yes it is friendly and clean but for £200 per nite it felt rather basic and rooms do need a face-lift as do their complex sliding doors put in to save space

Pool area was really nice - kept clean and very pretty, though towels were tired and could do with being replaced. The bedding was not very nice - cheap bobbled cotton

Great guest! Great owner, safe and helpful staff! In short, a beautiful pool and a swimming pool overlooking the sea, and the most affordable seaside vacation with or without a package tour!

5km away from the hotel, i may have been a bit annoyed about this is we didn't have a car, but it is well worth a visit! Quite surreal. Like Nikki beach in St Tropez mixed with a normal pool

It is not located in the city center, but there is a bus right at the hotel, which reaches the center and is very frequent. Also, the hotel has free parking available, so it is very convenient for car owners

I would recommend this hotel but don't expect 5 star luxury like in other places, just enjoy the service and also there's a burger place about 200mtrs away that does the biggest burger I've ever seen!

This place is good, the reasons i give it 5 stars is the service! The staff are amazing and helpful. The bed was super comfortable but I'm guessing anything would've been great after a week camping

Stopped for a night. Receptionist was very fast, friendly and helpful. Very clean bathroom. The bed is a bit too soft. Good breakfast selection. Very nice coffee and the bar is nice

This historic property is one of the best places I've visited recently. The views of Lake Bled are breathtaking, breakfast is fantastic, and the pool is so relaxing.

Thankfully not a lot of them did get in but was a bit annoying having to keep removing them. Other than that the room was very clean and was perfect- had everything you could need!

Gorgeous setting, able to walk into Bled very easily. Good was incredible, especially dinner.

I had one of the best hotel stays ever here! I debated whether I wanted to stay in the main area of Bled instead, to be closer to restaurants, but I am very glad I stayed here! The view of the island is superb :) and it's very peaceful here at night

Outstanding service, friendly and professional staff, excellent food and beautiful rooms.

Overall a very clean hotel and staff were so lovely and helpful! Only thing I would have to say about the room was that the balcony door was slightly broken and kept opening at the top as I think part of the hinge was off meaning bugs kept getting into the room

We stopped by the town square (quite a few restaurants and bars and a nice park there) and we chose this bar for a drink, and it honestly couldn’t have been better The outdoor seating area was beautiful and relaxing with nice music and some greenery, and we were looked after by a fantastic waiter called Alem

The tables and floor was clean, and so were all the 🥂 As well as the amazing service 💯, the prices were very reasonable compared with the bars around the cave area which had shocking prices! I would highly recommend stopping here if you’re in Postojna - great atmosphere, excellent service, and hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to be served by Alem 😊! However, the only downside was that they didnt...

We were a group of 7, and both rounds of drinks arrived within around 5 mins of ordering - something we honestly didn’t expect with so many customers. Alem handled everything quickly, efficiently, and with a smile

Even though he seemed to be the only one serving all the tables (and it was FULL outside), he was incredibly friendly, spoke excellent English, and really did deliver an amazing service

We had an amazing experience at the bar at Hotel Kras last Wednesday evening after visiting Postojna Cave

Good camping. But swimmingpool was closed 1 day before we got there although the temperature was still 32°C... We booked it so we had refreshing and they didnt tell us. We had to find out ourselves

Everything is ok about the utilities. The price is a little to high for the camping. The center town is not on a walking distance. There are bicycle traks to the old town. There is also a restaurant and a pool

Check in was not so good But check out was very good & professional. The area is amazing the room is ok. Towels and room was clean. Quite silent and fresh air area and not to far to the city.

Such a cozy hotel, I feel like at home. Rooms are smallish but furnished with a lot of natural materials like wood. It's warm and clean. Bathroom taps and bath cabin are of quite high quality. Staff is nice and helpful.

We were in hotel for two nights. Everything from check in to check out was without any problems because of excellent staff. Staff is added value in this simple hotel. Small, but clean rooms, excellent breakfast

A very nice little Hotel in Maribor. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the parking was adequate and secure, and the room was very clean and comfortable with the air conditioning

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the room had air conditioning, which was a big plus during warmer days. The toilet and shower were on the smaller side, but functional

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The shower floor is a bit slippery so be careful. The AC worked good and was set at 22C

One of the standout features was the parking area, which was convenient and even included the option to charge an electric car — a great bonus for EV travelers

Had to stay here for work, but it was very enjoyable. Very nice employees, good food, not a too big choice for breakfast, but the right one and of good quality, little infinity pool on top... great hotel.

I really liked the interior design. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I enjoyed my stay a lot. One of my favourite hotels I stayed at and will recommend it further.

Roof top deck with a very small plunge pool. It's a perfectly fine hotel that probably just needs a bit of TLC and improved service

Lovely property, room was very comfortable and large. Staff were very nice, not there all the time but that worked out okay. Use of a kitchen and a nice gathering space , inside and out. And the hot tub was fantastic.

Only 5 min walk and only 8 min by car to vintgar klamm. I absolutely can recommend to stay it this place - great choice :)!

Also, the sofa and wooden bench(?) were comfortable. The overall atmosphere was somewhat characteristic, and I liked it. The breakfast is 10 euro with a la carte, and I had egg Benedict, which was good enough

Also, when I checked out, they gave a paper bag with a couple of bottles of water and beverage and a little pack of Piran salt for a goodbye gift, which was a nice surprise! The down points are that you have to pay only in cash, and the backyard of my room was noisy at night with teenagers playing when I stayed

The hotel provides water for free, which is very helpful for travelers. I got into the room and found a little welcome gift - a cute cake! The room was not that big, but I liked the bed and the bathroom

15 minutes from the bus terminal by walking, at first the entrance was a little bit confused to find, but once I got in, I was welcomd by a kind and professional staff at the reception

That’s exactly what you would expect from a hotel. Nice and generous service, clean and well designed rooms and very close to the city center, only some minutes walk.

In general, I had a nice experience. I would go here again if I visit Ljubljana again

Get a suite with a view of the Adriatic and you will never want to leave! Oh yeah, have some wine or a good Slovenian beer. Slovenia wine is in incredible and deserves more notoriety in the world

Everyone was very friendly and the hotel is perfect clean with the rooms with airco. A wonderful experience and all the compliments. Pure 10 and worth every cent we gave!

The room was with balcony and view on the sea. There is nothing but absolutely nothing that you can say in a negative way about this hotel and the owners

March 2017 currently being redecoration prior to the season. Perfect location next to all facilities and warm sea. Easy walk to Piran.

The place is in green area and the pool is super. The staff was kind, is very clean accomodation and good breakfest😉. It is near to the Izola, Protoroz.

Checking took a little longer than I would like, we were the only ones checking in but perhaps could do with an online check in procedure for passport details etc,but that’s a minor detail Good free parking and very accessible for Piran , Koper , Izola and Portoroz

We had a two night stay in one of their basic rooms. It was very clean and comfortable

The hotel smells so nice , all public areas and the bedrooms smell beautiful ! The pool is gorgeous and whilst we were there was very very quiet

At 03:15 the bakery arrives and woke me up 2 nights in a row. The very nice cleaning lady is not aware that starting an electrical leave blower at the pool at 6:30 is also not a plus

Beautiful small hotel, directly in the center of Kranjska Gora, close to the ski lifts, shops and restaurants, but if you are looking for a good restaurant you do not have to go far away, because hotel Kotnik has his own restaurant which is great

The restaurant had a cozy fireplace which we enjoyed while having our breakfast in the morning. The location was very central with easy access to the shops and restaurants, and only a few minutes walk from the ski hills

With all the larger corporate hotel chains swallowing up so much of the tourist business, it’s nice to see there are still a few family hotels like this one, with some charm and character

We did have a small dispute with the costs at the end of our stay, but Romana (the owner) handled this very professionally, and kindly agreed to compensate us for the difference

We had a lovely stay at this warm and cozy family run hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a large comfy bed, and a nice view of the mountains

At breakfast we enjoyed eggs and sausage and yogurt and could have had so much more- the selection was great. We parked right by the entrance, which made handling our luggage a breeze

We were given great recommendations for dinner and desert on the night of our arrival and just walked all over the town to reach them

It is in a good location to get all around the morje region from Piran to Koper. Good breakfast too.

The selection of meats for breakfast is in a class of its own, and you can also find something lighter to eat. An okay place to spend the night, but not the most comfortable place for a longer stay

Hotel staff very friendly, rooms a bit older but always clean! Very tasty breakfasts! If you get lucky (like we did) and get the room with the lake/caste view, it's absolutely amazing! If you are not all about luxury I definitely recommend a stay in this hotel :)

Fantastic hotel! Amazing view! Beauty beyond belief. One important thing - all rooms have hairdryers. And you are ON the lake! You just need to cross the road

The hotel was amazing, but rather 30 years ago. I can bet that the bathroom and especially the tub were older than us :/ the breakfast was average. The room could have been cleaner and the bed more comfortable

I've loved my time at the hotel. The room is very simple the bed wasn't super comfortable and breakfast was pretty average but the view from my room! My goodness, breathtaking! The staff are really lovely too

This was just the start, as we checked-in very easily and were over the moon with the apartment we stayed in - wonderful views, a fantastic location in the heart of a pretty town and the space itself was absolutely spotless with lots of thoughtful touches

We continued to our next stop at Opatija, Croatia after the wonder stay, Thats when we found out we have left behind about 800 euro in the bedroom drawer. We called the Villa reception and Ms XXX answerd the phone

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Piranesi! The location is unbeatable – right by the sea, with the most beautiful view from the window, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee

We stayed at Villa Piranesi in March 2025 for 3 nights. The receptions, the services, the room, the town, verything was perfect

We'd happily stay here again and would highly recommend others to do the same

Vila itself is located at very quiet location, only thing you hear are nearby waterfalls which you can see from some rooms (we had that luck). Parking was included as well
