Tourist Farm Kranjc did not disappoint! From the wonderful breakfast and dinner to the well appointed and very clean room, our stay was a real treat. We were able to truly relax and enjoy the view of the village and mountains below. Everything about the visit was amazing.

A wonderful place to stay with kind thoughtful hosts, delicious home cooked meals, breakfast and dinner and views down the valley which are incredible with the changing light. Exelent! Great friendly staff and great food. We stayed in the Lux double grand room. The room was clean. The swimming pool is only for hotel guests and is not crowded. The ROI SPA is a dream. It was realy a nice weekend. I absoluty recomend to visit Grand Hotel Sava.

Rooms in the superior part of the hotel are quite small, especially the bathroom with a tiny shower booth. These are not really 4* rooms by today’s standards. This was my third stay here. The environment is beautiful, and it's only a 10 euro taxi ride to the city center. The breakfast spread is great, and there's a restaurant and bar downstairs. They have an indoor pool; it's not huge, but it's never too crowded.

The hotel was clean, but the rooms lacked ventilation windows; the glass windows were stuffy. It's about 5 kilometers from the old town, so you need to drive. There's a shopping mall behind the hotel with free parking. The mornings were also fantastic.

The hotel stay was generally pleasant, however the parking arrangement was inconvenient. On-site parking was very limited, and we were required to park our car at an alternative car park about a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. It would be helpful if parking availability could be improved or communicated more clearly in advance.

The room rate is fairly expensive at over ISD400 per night while there is not even water given in the room. The most disappointing thing is the air conditioning is locked and cannot be adjusted. Overall, it is not worth the money

The hotel is well located: a 10-minute walk from the Ljubljana bus station and a 10-minute walk from Prešeren Square. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the hotel feels a bit dated—I think it dates back to the Yugoslav era, but I could be wrong. I felt very welcomed and plesant. They have good costumer service. I really loved this hotel! I truly recommend it.

It's a very good value for money, but since we've been coming for years now there always seem to be a few things slipping from the maintenance list (for example thermometer and timers in saunas that have been broken/missing for a year...) They also seem a bit understaffed.

Overall hotel was nice, if little outdated. We had breakfast and dinner both of which were good and staff was quite friendly and helpful. We were glad about free parking in enclosed parking lot. As a minus the saunas were only opened between 4-7 pm and the aircon in the room was not working so the rooms were quite hot. I could not quite imagine being there during summer.

The advertising in Booking was 3 Swimmingpools but in effect there are only 2 of which only 1 open. Food is average, the bar is poor, the place had very few people and so treatments such as massage etc. were not available as "all booked out", I am asking myself to whom if there is barely anyone here? The hotel next door Rogaska is better, busy and cheaper.

The stunning view from the open window made it all worth the ticket price. The only downside was how cold it was with the window open! But it's a highly recommended hotel, so I'm sharing it with you all.

Breakfast spread was alright but omelette was quality, with barista made coffee. Joined the yoga session before going for sauna and swim though the small pool is crowded. Room is pretty cozy but the premium you pay for river view is wide, which you can enjoy over breakfast.

City Hotel is very convenient to the Ljubljana train & bus station in Slovenia. Its location is also close to the Old Town with the iconic pink Franciscan church landmark. Quite a disappointing spa and squash experience. The spa was not maintained well, hairs all over the floor (its normal for it to happen, but no cleaning lady during 2 hours to mop/wip it up). One towel, no shower gel anywhere. At the reception they didnt mention that certain areas where out of order. Temperature of water is definitely not warm enough. Birds in the closed off area. The building is amazing, and the staff is nice and polite. However, management should be present and managing the staff better. The owners does not deserve a building like this. This property should be part of the Four Seasons chain, not a falling-apart museum building. Breakfast is really bad and not good. The F&B manager is nowhere around, there are no waiters, no service, and only one cook.

They said that the valentines package includes valentines welcome. We did not received that. SPA is very bad. They have 4 Saunas, 3 of them are 🇫🇮 saunas. Looks dirty. Definitely not worth 400€ for two nights.

Beautiful newly renovated rooms. The hotel seems out of character in itself. Food below level with respect to 4 stars. Pool area smal but clean and lovely.
