When I made the reservation, I took a screenshot showing that the check-in time was after 5:00 PM. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that I couldn't stay because of an unannounced 'weekend check-in at 9:00 PM.' After I raised the issue, I also noticed that the hotel retroactively changed the check-in time on their website. This is a violation of the e-commerce law regarding disclosure obligations and constitutes an ex post facto change of terms. I did not actually stay or use the room, and since it's not due to any fault of mine, I request a full refund. If the refund is not processed, I will proceed with a dispute resolution through the Korea Consumer Agency (1372) and file a complaint with the Fair Trade Commission, along with all supporting documents.

Spacious hotel for being in central Gangnam. However I put a do not disturb sign on my door and the cleaning service still happened.

Overall, the stay was just okay. The hotel was quite basic and nothing really stood out. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the service could definitely be improved. The biggest downside was the distance from the nearest subway station—it was farther than expected, which made it a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage. It might be suitable for travelers who don’t mind walking a bit and are looking for a no-frills option.
