Ramada by Wyndham Seoul Dongdaemun in Seoul

I stayed here alone for 2 nights. The hotel was a bit far from Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station. It's walkable, but it's a good distance to Mask Shop or Doota. However, its location was convenient for visiting places like Gwangjang Market and Euljiro. The room had just been renovated, so it was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The ondol (underfloor heating) was a bit too strong and made the room hot, but even after turning it off, it wasn't cold. My only minor complaints were that the toilet didn't have a bidet, and the shower booth looked a bit old as it hadn't been renovated. Only one person at the front desk spoke Japanese, but everyone was kind and helpful, and I had a pleasant experience with no negative interactions. Most of our communication was in English. Overall, with a convenience store on the first floor, I'd definitely consider staying here again. If I can get it for a better price than other hotels, I'll choose this one again.

Great location, thought they had kitchen that we can cook but unfortunately they no longer hotel with kitchen.

Airport bus 6001 direct between hotel and ICN ,can leave big luggae before checkin time (very comfortable)
Metro Line 2 4&5 walking distance (200-400m). CU and GS25 are around.
Room was big enough to open 2 big luggages, hir dryer, boiler, mini refrigerator, microwave, hot water all pack.
Staff will clear trash everyday

This is Seoul so don't expect too much. Location wise is good as the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Walking distance to Gwajang market, Seoul City Wall and DPP.

The room's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, especially with the airport shuttle right outside. The room itself is spacious and bright, and the hotel's cleanliness is top-notch. Plus, free parking is a bonus. The service is thoughtful, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again!

🏨 Western CO-OP Hotel: A Surprisingly Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Seoul 🌆

When we first walked into our room at the Western CO-OP Hotel, we couldn’t help but laugh — the two single beds were barely 20 centimeters apart! It didn’t seem like the ideal setup for a week-long stay with a friend. But after a bit of rearranging (yes, the beds can be moved!), we discovered that the room was actually quite spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and we loved the practical touches — a wardrobe for hanging clothes (a small but important detail when you’re staying more than a couple of days), and a small kitchen area with dishes, perfect for making tea or some instant ramen 🍜 after a long day of exploring Seoul.

There are plenty of mirrors (a huge plus for girls traveling together 💄), and large surfaces to spread out all your skincare, makeup, and shopping hauls.

Of course, it’s not all perfect — the furniture looks a bit dated, the hairdryer is taped up and makes some wild screeching noises, and the air conditioner is rather loud. But overall, the location is excellent — right between two subway stations and within walking distance of DDP.

Not luxurious, but clean, convenient, and surprisingly cozy once you settle in. A solid choice for travelers who value space and practicality over glamour. 🌸
