Santos Ibiza Coast Suites Adults Only +18 in Playa d'en Bossa

I had many issues during my stay, room had bugs i had to kill many times, looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in months, the shower and sinks use sea water which is disgusting. Need bottles water to brush teeth, foul odor coming from sea water sinks, sewage odor coming through vents etc. Apparently anyone from the beach can come onto the property eat, drink, use day beds, use pool etc. that was a huge turnoff why am I paying to stay here if anyone can use these amenities and such. Basically i paid for a hostel type Hotel room and thats unacceptable. I emailed the management at the hotel and corporate office directly regarding the issues and requested a refund of the $420 usd for 1 night (Ritz Carlton Prices) for a filthy, smelly room and requested a refund for the poor quality and issues I encountered and Gina the director of operations was very unhelpful. She stated they "don't give refunds". I'm sorry if you provide a service or product that is not as advertised, up to standards, has issues etc you should refund the money paid if someone has an unpleasant stay. This is not how you run a business. Its quite upsetting that they care more about their instagram (take a look @santosibiza), social media image and making videos at the pool with girls dancing all over the DJ than actually taking care of their guests and fixing the issues that come up regarding their hotel rooms and quality. They offered be a room credit at 50% of what I paid. Why would I ever stay here again? PS I live in the United States and only visited ibiza for 1 night because I was in London. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as they clearly don't care about the type of stay their guests have and just should be a day club instead of a hotel. Dont stay here, My junior suite with sea view I couldnt even unpack my luggage because I didn't want to have bugs in clothes.

Awful experience. Charge you for things in your room that were never there. Honestly there are much better options in playa den bossa

Do not stay here just in case you get wrongly accused of thievery. Initially impressions were good staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was all down hill from the start, cold showers, poor breakfast and at checkout a charge for a speaker that was never in the room. To make matters worse the charge was €270 euros and the speaker was £130 brand new. Not that any of our group wanted some poor Marshall's speaker. Ridiculous. DO NOT STAY HERE.
