Bungalows Rebecca Park in Playa del Ingles

Just okay. Didn't meet all the expectations and I had minimum expectations.

Stayed here twice before over the years was a great place to stay however this year not so good. Arrived to a room which had not been cleaned after other guests had left, thier travel itinerary was still in the room, no towels, floor was filthy, shower door falling off its runner, curtains hanging of the rails and not as they should be hanging. Kitchen cupboard doors almost falling off. Reception offered another room as we complained about this, we checked it out but was just as bad. It's a shame but we won't be staying here again it really has gone down the pan. Other guests who have stayed before were in agreement that its not as clean and looked after as it had been previous years. It really needs management to pull thier socks up and bring it back to as it once was or unfortunately it will no longer be. We will not be staying thier again.

After going to this place over the years this year sadly will be the last. The rooms are dirty, no clean towels had to ask reception. Itinerary of last occupants was still in draws. Shower door kept falling off rails reception offered a different apartment we checked it out but was just as bad. Other guests were also complaining guests that had also stayed before when it was lovely clean and all round great place Not anymore. Location is great for yumbo and restaurants but that's it. Book elsewhere if you don't want to be disappointed.

As soon as we entered the reception area the smell of rotting drains hit us!not a good start!reception guy was friendly enough and gave us our keys.opened the bungalow door and the stench of poo hit us again. It was unbearable.we moved to a bungalow with air con the second night as it was so hot we couldn't sleep.the stink was just the same in this one.there was mould all down the shower wall with one side of the cubicle door missing...so you can imagine the bathroom was flooded everything you used it! It was a holiday weekend for the Spaniards,which I didn't mind but they were rude,noisy and had no respect at 3am in the morning. You get what you pay for and it was cheap with easyjet holidays,but I'll pay more next time...you should too!!

Apartments are Tired and the rooms are overly hot , some rooms come with AC but you have to be very lucky to get one of them! We arrived on or around a public holiday so the local canary people were holidaying there it was awful, Children roaming the complex until around 3 am in the morning sat under your window talking also running about screaming and climbing in and out of Windows. Most of them left on our last Day and it became quieter. The staff are friendly enough but the level of service in the rooms lacks somewhat . No Mattress protectors on soiled mattresses , no fitted Sheers , Old and stained Towels and unclean shower area . The pool are was clean and tidy and nothing wrong with the water. Would i go back ? No !

Absolutely awful do not stay here. Not suitable for families loud parties all night grown men urinating outside outside our apartment. Apartment was filthy doesn’t come with basic appliances not even a kettle. Avoid this place.

These apartments are supposed to be self Catering The brochure is very misleading , no toaster, no kettle no Wi-Fi. Only one channel on the TV, No cooking utensils one saucepan no lid, one fry pan, extra small towels lumpy pillows, broken toilet seat, mold on clean of the wall , People on reception did nothing about this, loud parties going on until 3am . If you have young children should definitely give this one a miss

Awful. Reception did nothing to resolve problems after asking several times, to mend things that was already broken in the apartment, and to supply what was in the brochure : was very misleading, the place is very dated. loud noise music until 3am large party of people, seen men urinating outside early hours, No kitchen utensils to cook with . Only one channel on the TV.
