Fantastic hotel, very clean and modern. Great staff. Pool area is superb. Love the enclosed terrace at the back of the rooms.

Our second visit and again we loved our stay The service always welcoming, helpful & friendly A great breakfast selection which was included in our rate - as well as a great day time food & drinks menu available - served by the pool or in the restaurant Great facilities, pool & sun-bed area spotless, great gym, water & tea & coffee in the room and great bathroom products The room was spotless and well maintained with fresh towels every day A very relaxing setting - you would not know you are so close to the Yumbo Centre and other great restaurants & bars Highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again soon Overall a lovely week Thank you again

spending a week at Nayra
We couldn't have been happier.
We've been to Maspalomas almost a
dozen times. and this is the nicest resort
that we have stayed,
Xmas period was a bit pricey but well
worth it.
The rooms are modern, spacious and very
comfortable.
Although being close to the Yumbo centre
it was very quiet. Nice guests, all adults,
good breakfast, nice bed linens, and the
rooms were spotlessly clean,
We spoke to many other guests who have
all stayed here previously and they al
agree how wonderful this hotel is.

You will not be disappointed if you come here Fantastic breakfast proper back Bacon cooked to order with your eggs Amazing choice of other meats cheese fruit etc. Rooms spacious and spotless all rooms are around lovely pool cleaned daily as are the rooms Centrally located easy waking to bars restaurants and beach Close to Yumbo centre but no noise at night Wonderful staff we shall return Thank you for a lovely holiday

We did read the reviews here prior to our trip so we were expecting great things and guess what? We were not disappointed. Our check-in was friendly and the lovely lady showed us to our room and where we would find everything and of how to use it, the rooms are spotless. They have a modern feel the beds are very firm and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. All of the Staff are super friendly and we were made to feel very welcome The location is ideal if you’re visiting the Yubo Centre as it’s located across the road however there is no noise within the hotel you would think that you were in a rural part of Spain The only feedback we gave and could be a negative would be the dividing sliding door between the bathroom and bedroom is very heavy and an older person may struggle opening and closing this in fact ours broke on the last day In summary, we can’t wait to go back and stay here again.

This was our first visit to Gran Canaria and the first visit to the Hotel Nayra! Where do I start? With all the plus points! Lovely modern hotel on one level. There is an annex to the hotel across the road! Rooms were modern and clean with a kettle and the usual bottle shampoos and conditioners left for your use! The pool and sun loungers were plenty for all to use! The breakfast buffet was lovely and fresh with an egg station! Something for everyone! We ate in the restaurant a couple of times! Prices were very reasonable and the quality was awesome! Only issue that I had with the hotel was pillows! Not soft! Thank you to all the team! We will be back in the near future!

We stayed begging of last year, and we are happy that we chose this hotel. We stayed in annex and had two terraces, one was private. Never had problems with sun beds, they were available any time of the day. Hotel was very clean and well looked after, breakfast was great and you could always find food to your taste. It was in the centre, but on the small and quiet street, very peaceful, so we had a good rest. Unfortunately on the first day of our holiday I sprained my ankle. Angela at reception was fantastic, she arranged taxi to hospital and helped every day of our holiday. We still enjoyed our holiday.

Such a beautiful hotel! Wonderful breakfast, quietness and welcoming vibes. The only drawback is how rooms are designed as there is no proper toilet/bathroom door.

Loved our holiday there last week, it’s a very unique experience totally difference from the usual holiday hotels. Can’t say enough about the staff, they are all very helpful attentive and friendly which promotes this lovely hotel. Special shout out for Angela for her friendly advice and assistance.

Friendly wait staff who generally spoke good English but the food was nothing special, just meat and potato. I ordered a sauce with my meal and they brought out the wrong sauce but never replaced it with correct one, so ate my steak plain.

I would NOT recommend this place. We got a tapas plate for two but the amount of food was for one. The potatoes was not fresh and the other food was very boring and didn't taste much.
