The hotel is just a few metres from the beach, in the lively and popular resort Playa del Ingles. It offers a chill out rooftop with fantastic views of the city and the dunes of Maspalomas. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
Breakeast changed slightly daily and had good choices for everyone.
Cleaning people did fantastic job in our room every day :)
The pool area was clean (cleaned daily) and enjoyable. The Jacuzzi was my favourite thing of all (FYI i think the advertized "heated pool" meant jacuzzi since the actual pool felt cold)!

Top floor where the jacuzzi and some chairs/beds are, there should be a bar aswell..
Sauna is honestly a joke... As a Finnish the "do not throw water to the kiuas since it can break the sauna" -rule gave a good laugh... Throwing water to the kiuas is THE thing in sauna. The sauna was warm, not hot (somewhere around 50C whereas it should be around 80) and the wood panel floor felt unstable.
In the toilet area of the room the floor tiles are very slippery when wet! I suggest using a towel as a carpet while showering. (The showers floor itself was not slippery)

Staff is hardworking and welcoming. They are busting their asses off to get customers. Food is meh and okay at best. Also slightly overpriced.
The music could be distracting but still has a great atmosphere.
I don't eat fish often (and less in future). But when I read "sole" without further details I expect fresh fish with its skin (maybe without the head nowadays). This one was skinned and most likely out of the deep freezer (and the frozen foods department from the restaurants wholesale shop). I'll never forget in future to ask..
