Hotel LIVVO Los Calderones - Adults Recommended in Maspalomas

We had an excellent stay. The staff were outstanding and the property is very well maintained, with beautiful gardens throughout. There were plenty of sunbeds, a well-equipped gym, and the jacuzzi was the icing on the cake for us.

A special mention to Ana at front of house—she was incredibly kind and upgraded us to a lovely suite, which made our stay even more memorable.

We booked half board and were very impressed with the dinners: plenty of choice, fresh food, and excellent value for money.

The hotel is slightly away from the beach and town centre; however, the location is quiet and perfect for winding down. Taxis are inexpensive (€5–7) and make getting around very easy.

Highly recommended.

Our recent stay at Hotel Livvo Los Calderone was absolutely exceptional, and without a doubt, the true stars of this establishment are its amazing staff. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, every single interaction was met with genuine warmth, incredible efficiency, and a level of attentiveness that truly made us feel valued and pampered.

Whether it was the friendly welcome at reception from Marlén (que tenga un buen día), the diligent housekeeping keeping our room pristine, or the wonderful service at the restaurant and bar, everyone seemed genuinely happy to help and committed to ensuring we had a perfect holiday. They anticipated our needs, offered helpful recommendations, and handled every request with a smile and incredible professionalism. It's rare to find such a consistently high standard across an entire team, and it truly made our experience so much more enjoyable and relaxing.

Beyond the phenomenal service, the hotel itself is a fantastic choice for a getaway. The facilities are top-notch, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the overall ambiance is one of tranquility and luxury. However, it's the dedication and delightful nature of the staff that truly elevates Hotel Livvo Los Calderones to al league of its own. They are the heart and soul of this wonderful place.

Lovely adults only hotel 5 minute taxi ride to Maspalomas beach and lighthouse, they offer a free daily bus service to the Charca of Maspalomas near the dunes - professional, friendly and courteous staff, had problem with key to room which they sorted out immediately, good choice of breakfast and dinner options, great layout, swimming pool and small jacuzzi type pool in the middle with suites all around, very cute, great place to unwind and relax, great fun with the aquagym classes with Sara, part of the hotel service, have a pool bar where you can have lunch and smacks, also has a small shop. There are spa facilites and a gym - great friendly hotel - I extended my stay - will definitely be returning.

The gardens are beautiful. The solarium is a nice quiet area.
The bedrooms are too small though.
Overall, great.

We recently spent a week at this hotel and had a wonderful time. All the staff, especially the reception staff, were very helpful & welcoming.
The rooms are modern & have all the required items, the food is buffet style with great choices every day. The location is well served with local buses which we used all the time to get around, plus they have a free shuttle bus to the beach.

It was a lovely and quiet hotel..ideal for quiet getaways. I came on my own for a break.
Problems i had was that they took a €100 deposit at check in for any mini bar usage..this was not made clear at booking.
Also tea and coffee is not even free in the rooms and even if you want to put anything in the safe it costs €2 a day!
The internet is terrible. When i asked they said there was no one to fix it.
The air con in the bedroom didn't work so i asked for a fan for the 5 nghts i was there.
The staff are very friendly and housekeeping is fantastic.
