Lovely hotel, the staff went above and beyond, constantly cleaning all areas. Food was lovely and a great choice each day. The all inclusive drinks are fab, no complaints from us. We’ll definitely return.

It's been 10 years since we visited this hotel but were not disappointed. A brilliant location, friendly staff and beautifully clean rooms. The wifi was excellent. Good sized pool, separate play pool for children and decent entertainment. Small white sandy beach literally on the doorstep. The food was the real stand-out, though. Huge amounts of colourful choice delivered to an extremely high standard. The freshly dished up pasta was truly exceptional. They could do with food labels on both sides of the display to help when crowded. Another improvement is the system with the in-room safe - nowhere to leave your safe key when swimming as they wouldn't take it at reception. Safes with a personal code would be better. Excellent stay though and would definitely return a third time.

This hotel should be re-named - Hotel bore, Just got back from this hotel, it was my 3rd time here but I previously visited over 7 years ago and sadly I won’t be returning this hotel again. I’ll start with the positives, which I already knew! the location is great, beautiful marina and a stunning beach for swimming and snorkelling. That’s where it ends unfortunately, Ok now for the negatives, the actual hotel, there’s is no daytime entertainment board in English so I’m not sure how they expect English guests to join in, games seems to happen for the first 2 days but we wasn’t asked to join or had any information and seemed to mainly cater for the non English guests that’s if anyone bothers to do anything at all? Then they stopped completely. At night there was absolutely nothing to do, no entertainment at all for the whole stay, not even any background music, just terrible. I have never been to a hotel where there is nothing in the evening, really poor, someone said they only have 3 shows 3 nights a week but there was nothing during our stay - false advertising at its finest , all the staff and reception say to any questions is “I don’t know”?The food here is basic with little choice and always cold i remember it being basic before but I thought the little choice there was previously was better then this year, everyone seemed to be just getting through the last week of the season. They had no ice cream in lunch or dinner for 2 days, they ran out of sparkling wine every night after we had one glass? But magically had some again the following night?, then they ran out of butter? The weather was great most of the week. There was very few staff, I would have given it 2 stars but there was too many negatives, in-the bar there is has no atmosphere, or music, no entertainment, we managed 4 nights then asked to be moved to another hotel. TUI did offer a move but with only 1 full day left by the time they responded we couldn’t be bothered re-packing and unpacking again so we decided to spend our nights away from the hotel, in the marina, the hotel shut on our last day and we had to move to another hotel anyway. The hotel we moved too was so much better, they had evening shows and daytime entertainment as advertised, it’s probably not TUI fault that the hotel decided to end the season before our holiday had finished but after being charged over 92 euros tax on arrival for a 4 star hotel to receive this treatment all I can give this particular experience is hotel = 1 star.

There was only 2% English. It was Italian and French. TUI rep was so rude. Food was so bland. Eating out every night. Awful.

We stayed at the end of September in a sea view room which turned out to be at the front of the hotel. This faces the road but does have a lovely view of the marina and the lighthouse on the headland. The sun set in this direction and even though the room was at the front it was quieter. There were some early morning deliveries but not so many as to be disruptive. The hotel itself is drab and dated but clean and tidy. The main reception and bar areas are pleasant and welcoming. The bedrooms are basic but ok, the linen and towels are changed as required, air con works but isn’t particularly effective. The bar staff are lovely, Vanesa, Vanesa and Patricia are always friendly, restaurant staff are less so. Food is really poor, it’s even more repetitive than I would expect from all inclusive, often lukewarm and overcooked. There’s plenty of it and refilled often, unfortunately most of it tastes the same. Left over food appears to be recycled into salads the following day. Lunch was often better than dinner. Fruit was plentiful but often the only choice of dessert was jelly and tinned fruit cocktail. A word of warning to English travellers, a major Italian tour operator runs all the entertainment. There were some good acts, singers and acrobats, but everything else is in Italian, including for children. The MC spoke quickly in a combination of Italian and French and was hard to follow, we gave up in the end. The Bravo animation team worked hard but focused all their attention on those wearing the correct wristband, they rarely interacted with other tourists. It’s really loud most of the time except when the team leave for lunch as music is played at all other times. Not quite the relaxing, quiet holiday we had hoped for. If you’re expecting a traditional English package holiday you’ll be disappointed. The hotel is well placed for the beach, a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and the bus stop is just opposite. Check in is 2pm so pack a bag so you can get changed and head to the pool. You’ll need to use the toilets in the bar area as nothing else is available. The restaurant was open very early when we left so we could grab some breakfast before our pick up.

If your English i would advise not to go unless you speak french or italian The reception staff bar staff cleaner's are lovely but entertainment team bravo don't include you as they concentrate on the french and Italian because they struggle to speak English the only entertainment lady Ania from Poland was out standing she was the only one who took time to speak to us English and helped us with advise even better than our tui rep so big thanks to Ania you helped us through our holiday the only thing that was good about the holiday was the location a short stroll to the marina and we spent every night down there even though we were all inclusive what a shame even the food was bland and all i can say is never again as we stayed at globeles santa lucia in majorca in july and what a fabulous time we had there .

Me and my partner ( both English ) stayed for 11 nights, the lad at the main desk, from our arrival on the morning of 15/9/25, I didn't get his name, was brilliant throughout our stay, polite, professional, good lad. The cleaning staff were very good, and friendly, and staff in the food hall were always polite and friendly, the food we did have was good, what you expect for all inclusive. The entertainment is provided by Bravo who focus on the French/Italians or people with the Bravo wristbands. We were told we could join in, and were talked to once by the Globales girl, who seemed nice, outside of that, we were ignored. Everything we heard was French or Italian, so ended up spending most of our holiday finding our own entertainment outside of the hotel. The female barstaff were very good, one male member, Carlos, (the older male) totally ignored us several nights, and on one occasion seemed to ridicule us by repeating our order out loud three or four times, then saying something not in English to other people who stood there laughing while he smirked at us, gave us our drinks, then said something to the other customers, again, not in English, who turned and started laughing as we walked to our seat by the pool. Very unprofessional. Because of the non-English entertainment, and the rude barman, we spent most of our time out of the hotel, which really let down the other members of staff who were excellent. The beach, harbour, local walks, Ciutadella - €15 taxi ride, were amazing, staff at bars, shops and restaurants, local people, were always friendly, polite, and professional, entertainment in the harbour was better than at the hotel. We really enjoyed our holiday, just a shame we didn't feel like we could enjoy the hotel itself as much as we'd have liked. Advice to the British, take a lot of spending money unless you are fluent in French and/or Italian.

If you want loud and brash and bang bang bang all day long then this is the place for you. Noise pollution central.
This hotel absolutely ruins everything surrounding it from the size of the ugly building to the awful noise.
The Globales hotel are all out of keeping with their surrounding areas. No idea how they've got away with it but they have.
If you want a nice peaceful holiday then stay away.

Fortunately not staying there..in the exceptional Fergus Style hotel 200 yards away...the excessive music from the Globales starts at 10 and finishes late evening..not acceptable..only hotel or business you can hear ..think about your Neighbours...

Great location, mediocre everything else (with a side of diesel fumes)
Let’s start on a high note: the location is fantastic. The hotel sits right across from the stunning Cala Bosch beach — you can go from bed to beach towel in under a minute.
Now, the rooms… let’s call them “cozy-modern.” They’re small, but not coffin-small, and look like someone tried to redecorate in the last decade. As for cleanliness — that was a bit of a roulette game. Some days, the room was fine. Other days, we were gifted a lovely layer of beach sand on the floor. Once, after the cleaners "finished," we came back to find our door left unlocked — apparently an open-door policy we weren’t informed about.
Staff? A mixed bag. Some were friendly and helpful, others looked like they'd lost a bet and ended up working here.
The hotel has two sides: one with a beach view (lucky you!) and one facing the road and a lighthouse (hello, exhaust fumes!). We drew the short straw and got the “diesel deluxe” view. Trucks and buses started arriving before sunrise and kept coming all day — some parked right outside with engines running for ages. One heroic trucker gave us 40 minutes of uninterrupted diesel ambience.
And just when you think peace might return, the nearby ice cream café steps in to save the day — by blasting the same monotonous music from 10am to midnight. You can hear it even with the windows closed. It’s not a soundtrack — it’s psychological warfare.
Food-wise, the experience ranged from “hmm...” to “what even is this?” Breakfast was the same every single day — no omelettes in sight, just sad, overcooked fried eggs that looked like they’d lost the will to live. Lunch and dinner offered more variety, but not more quality. We suspected the chef might be a performance artist staging a protest through undercooked fish and aggressively salty pancakes.
The restaurant itself is too small for the hotel’s size. Meal times felt like a full-contact sport: hunting for a clean table, dodging uncollected dishes, and hovering around empty food trays that stayed empty far too long.
The hotel does have parking — in theory. In practice, it was usually full by early evening, unless you were willing to fight a fellow tourist for a spot.
Overall, the hotel feels like it’s operating with about half the staff it needs. Great location, but everything else could use a bit of love... or a miracle.
