Hotel Seth Port Ciutadella in Ciutadella

Lovely clean and modern hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The hotel is situated on an inlet from the sea which gives it an interesting outlook. It's a short walk along the promenade into the old town of Ciutadella or you can cut through the residential streets. Your straight onto the Cami de Cavalls walking route and well located for the major cross island road and southern beaches. Hotel room was perfect overlooking the pool and the spa was well equipped and spotless. We had food a couple of evenings from the bar area and it was superior to other meals that we had in town. All the staff were brilliant and we couldn't fault.

I’ve had a brilliant week’s stay at this hotel. First time travelling solo, and I was a bit daunted by the thought of it before I arrived, but I didn’t have a thing to worry about. All the staff were so attentive and friendly (a big shout out to Jose, Jose Luis and Quim). The hotel manager, is a lovely guy, really helpful, and approachable. The hotel is so clean and well maintained, and the rooms are lovely! Great breakfasts, with so much choice, and fantastic meals available in the bar at lunch time, I ate out at night so cannot offer a comment on the evening meals. (I can however recommend La Guitarra, for the best tapas and black vermouth!) A ten minute stroll takes you into the centre of Ciutadella, or if you fancy a bit of a longer walk, then you can follow the coast road round to the harbour. I had a wonderful week, would I go back, absolutely, booked again for June!!

There are plenty of local restaurants to choose from. We have already booked our holiday for June this year, and look forward to seeing everyone at Seth Port Ciutadella again.

This hotel and its staff were first class and exceeded all expectation. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide excellent service. The hotel was immaculate and the cleaning staff clearly took great pride in their work. The food was excellent and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The pool area was peaceful and catered for all guests. We will definitely return here and would recommend this hotel for value, service, location, facilities and cleanliness. Once again another great stay at the Port Ciutadella, never get tried of praising the excellent friendly hard working staff . Can not fault any part of this hotel. It’s just a great place to stay and enjoy beautiful Ciutadella as well as all the facilities of the hotel. All ready booked for next May and October, recommendation in it’s self.

Our second visit to the Seth Port Hotel which is an excellent hotel and we will stay again. It is located in a lovely area with an upmarket atmosphere, nice rooms and general cleanliness is superb. All services are without fault and staff are exceptional

Nice, modern hotel. Good food, excellent staff and decent well-priced wine in the restaurant. Quiet location and a really pleasant waterside walk into the lovely town. Thoroughly recommend it.

Fantastic location, great staff and view from room excellent. All staff lovely but particularly the ladies in the dining room . They were all welcoming, helpful and efficient. This was our first visit and hopefully not the last. Food choice was great, location very convenient to old town and sea view from room excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommend stopping here. The staff are really friendly and you can have a laugh with them. Modern clean rooms and public parts of the hotel. Beautiful view of the sea. The food is great, too. Lots of choice for breakfasts. An easy walk into town, we stayed when the St Joan fiesta was on, that was epic, but if you don't like festival style crowds, then avoid end of June. We'll be going back, for sure.
