We had a fantastic last minute 4 night break at the hotel this week. It is located about a 8-10 minute taxi ride from Palma airport. We booked through Expedia which turned out to be a very good price for half board. The hotel is quite large and we needed a little time finding out where everything was from our room e.g reception, Sky restaurant, main restaurant (breakfast), Spa etc. We found out that...

The service attitude is very good and they speak various languages. The hotel is large and has many swimming pools.

What a wonderful hotel! Our stay was made perfect by the excellent amenities. We especially loved having the choice between the indoor and outdoor pools – a real highlight of our trip. To top it all off, the breakfast buffet was simply amazing every morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent value for money! The rooms are huge, making it a great choice for families or couples. I've rarely stayed in such a spacious hotel in Europe. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

Amazing hotel, great location (close to the coast, airport and popular cities), fantastic staff. ALSO BEAUTIFUL ROOMS. Definitely worth a stay.

I would challenge anyone to find a hotel that could compare. For the price, you won't find anything which could compare to this place. We have stayed here twice now and will likely come back again. The beach is perfection, the pool is unheated but still warm enough to keep our small children happy during a cool October, the restaurant is fantastic (but there are also plenty of good options around)...

Hotel was a modest 4 star. Good buffet options. Churros were great. Reception staff unwelcoming, cold, not interested in assisting guests....a warm welcome and a heartfelt smile goes a long way but was absent here. Like in all hotels, not enough pool chairs, but they don't allow guests to block them by leaving towels on most days. Bottom of pool is not clean, hair in the water....could use a better...

The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the beach. The swimming pool is very clean, and there's free parking in front of the hotel. The buffet is delicious with a wide variety of dishes, and you can see the sea from your room's balcony.

We had a very lovely stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the room was cleaned every day, and the baby cot even came with a mattress included. Everything was well taken care of, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended! Also, the location is very good with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby

It’s all in the detail, but the staff here couldn’t do enough to ensure I had a good trip, from reception, to the room maids, to the restaurant. For a 5-star hotel, the service isn't as top-notch as I expected. The night shift staff are even quite irresponsible. However, considering the price, it is good for a 5-star hotel and convenient to stay at. The breakfast is also nice because there is a wide variety to choose from. The gym is small, but it is good that it is open 24 hours.

The facilities and location are good. However, the manual explanations are lacking. It would be helpful if they at least provided written guidance on simple matters.

The room facilities are very comprehensive and the balcony is very comfortable. The service of the hotel staff is very meticulous and attentive. The hotel is very close to the beach, basically a four-minute walk away.

Booked the junior suite for our anniversary and it was so nice and spacious! Love the in-room speaker and balcony overlooking the sunset 😍 there is sauna and indoor swimming pool and the breakfast selection was good. Only downside was that there’s only one small elevator.

Apartments were very clean, well equip and had very friendly and helpful staff. Location is next to noisy German Bars and in busy season has music until 4am. Not ideal for families but cannot fault actual apartments and staff.

Apartments were very nice. Employees were nice. Neighborhood is very close to the party district.

We arrived yesterday and an issue with the booking was solved by very friendly staff Andreas. Other reception and technical staff are equally helpful and friendly.
