The Hotel is located in the Epicentre of the German Party Mile - for our purpose it was perfect! Very sympathic service, good breakfast and clean rooms. But the surroundings are loud due to the character of the area.

I was able to keep my bike in my room which makes pre and post rides much easier. Palma center is 7miles and there is a cycleway. Palma is easy to traverse on a bike and climbs begin just on the west side of the city. The Negresco pool bar area is right the beach and a great place to relax post ride.

Lovely Hotel stayed here for proximity to Palma for 3 nights. Hotel excellent lovely room was upgraded on arrival as were my daughter & Grandaughter . Room was very clean and decor excellent . Nice and clean hotel with rich breakfast that lasts until 11. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Manuel at breakfast that made us feel very welcome. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Every member of staff was helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. As our flight was late at night we were told that we would be able to leave our bags and even told us they had shower facilities we could use. We recently stayed at the Don Miguel in March 2025. Pros: Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was dated but very clean. Very close to airport. Quick transfer. Close to a Mercadona shop and beach. Although most shops were shut. Lot of variety for breakfast and good coffee machine. Cons: Overwhelming smell of fresh paint which we suspect was to cover damp. Well located for exploring Palma and beyond, this was our second trip to the hotel and we still find it charming. The hotel is spotlessly clean, has a great breakfast, and fabulous pillows. Staff are helpful and we enjoyed the quiet. Walls are a little thin after a party night out, but this would not deter us from rebooking as a great base for any Mallorca adventure.

The walls between the rooms are quite thin so we could hear everything from other rooms, however reception staff - mainly Vera and Karen are very nice and helpfull!:) We had some issue in another hotel and Vera was fantastic while helping us fix it. Altogether we had a good stay.

I lika the room but hotel nets was loudly with a lot of young people. We had a room with two windows and a big terass.

The staff were so lovely, always helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights, the apartment was so nice, clean, had everything we needed. The only downside we had was noisy neighbours with small babies who cried all night keeping us awake, we originally booked hotel nets adults only but wasn’t informed of its closure and us being moved. Overall the hotel was so lush and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
