We stayed at Leman Hotel in Majorca for my husband’s birthday and had such a lovely time. The hotel has a calm and welcoming atmosphere — everything felt friendly from the moment we arrived. The staff were especially accommodating, even checking us in an hour early, which we really appreciated. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The location is fantastic too — close to lots of great places to eat, but the hotel restaurant itself is also a great option if you prefer to stay in. There’s a really nice seating area where we enjoyed a few relaxed evenings together. Overall, it was the perfect place for a peaceful, enjoyable getaway. We’d definitely stay again!

Leman is one of the best value for money properties to stay at in this area. It’s slightly dated in decor, but every area is spotlessly clean, facilities are extensive, and staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area is superb, modern loungers, plenty of them, bar/snack service, adjacent chill out area. It can be a bit busy and noisy, around - and sometimes in - the hotel, so something to be mindful of if you like a more peaceful stay. Beach, bars, restaurants, shopping, activities are plentiful, and all in the immediate vicinity.

This hotel is not a 4 star .more.like a 3 star. Hotel was average not the worst but not the best.Rooms were clean .in an excelent location right by the beach Food for breakfast was fine but the dinner wasnt that great. Not much choice and not really nice at all.

We choosed again this year Leman hotel after being there în 2023. Since the arrival, the staff from reception ( Francisca and her colleague were very rude and made innaproproate comments after we asked " at what time we can do the checking ? " the answer was " we need your passports " , again we asked " we just need to know the time when we can do the check in and the man replied : în the airplane can you do your check in without your passports? " anyway, after that we continued our conversations în english and în front of us they commented în spanish probably thinking we don't understand it. We entered the room at 12, we had an apartament and 1 hotel room - the apartment was not cleaned, toilet was dirty, AC was not working , sink was dirty, oven was not cleaned and so on.. This was just am example on how the staff can make you to not go there again. Francisca ( reception) being very rude, dismissive and arrogant, and all the time she rolled her eyes when we were around there. ( is good at least because most of the time she is outside în front of the hotel smoking) Not recommended! Very rude staff & not welcoming!

What a lovely little find. As always you’re nervous when booking anywhere these days but the reviews seemed good and we took the chance. The hotel staff were very friendly, even as the only English guests staying there we were treated no differently. The rooms are clean and the pool is always available. Great location if you want to be just outside Palma. Food was great all in all no complaints at all.

I took my younger brother here to celebrate him completing his GCSE’s. During my stay the staff weren’t nice. During meal times they would say hola to everyone and welcome everyone so quickly except from us. We didn’t get one hello or thank you. They were quite rude. They would collect everyone’s plates once finished almost immediately but would leave about 5/6 plates at our table every time. I would never recommend it to anyone if you are from another country than Spain as they won’t speak to you. Their English is very poor and don’t know how to communicate with you. Everyone staying at this hotel is minimum age 60 so unless you want to be treated like a child you should go here. Definitely never again

Absolutely loved our short stay at the hotel.
The room was perfect and had an incredible panoramic view.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
We will definitely be back again, but for a longer stay.

The middle-aged foreign man at the front desk had a very poor service attitude and did not treat customers with respect. Here is the whole story:
1. Our friend was unable to check in at another hotel, so he put his luggage in our room and went into our room with us to discuss the itinerary. During this period, he did not infringe on anyone else’s privacy. However, when he entered, the front desk did not check in. We were told that outsiders were not allowed to enter the room area, and we were not stopped when our friends entered.
2. After arriving at the room, the front desk called my friend several times to ask him to come down. If he wanted to stay, he had to check in. His tone was very strong. I have never seen such a bad attitude. He didn't give me any chance to speak and kept repeating "must be". down here, must be must be, otherwise call the police and hang up, giving us the worst customer experience.
3. After we went down, we were going to go to the front desk to make it clear to him. As a result, this middle-aged man started quarreling with us. He was very emotional and told our friend to get out. He even yelled at him and even rushed outside to grab his mobile phone. .

To sum up, I will not come back to this hotel again and highly recommend it. I have never stayed in a hotel with such a bad and unreasonable attitude.
