It's very clean, especially the pools. Rooms are very small. Service is slow but staff very friendly. There is no entertainment day or night. Music only 1day by the pool. Stayed in cheaper better hotels. Wouldn't return.

Partner and I booked a few nights here without knowing it was a German hotspot. The staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive to Spanish natives and made us feel very welcome.

The A2 bus from the airport takes you directly to the hotel, which is located near the beach and offers beautiful surroundings. High season family vecation We had a floor apartmant. This was fanstastic. The only issue i find is the pricing. Twice as expencive as the other hotels and apartments we stayed at this vecation in mallorca. Four stars hotel in an excellent location, friendly, helpful staff. We had a good room with balcony and nice view. Tap water isn't suitable for drinking, so it's an idea to get bottled water as soon as possible, there's a supermarket nearby.
