Wonderful hotel by all account. My room layout is a bit odd, but the cleanliness and the large patio make up for it. Delicious breakfast with a ton of options and fresh items. Staff has been great. Free parking nearby (probably not always that easy to find during high times) easy quick walk to the beach, real close to the airport. Neighbourhood feel. For the price I paid, this is a gem. Huge pools ! (Although cold now) and very large (but busy) spa (2 pools, 2 hot tubs, cold tub, saunas etc) . It felt like and indoor club more than a relaxing spa. Great hotel, would not hesitate to book again.

We had a fantastic last minute 4 night break at the hotel this week. It is located about a 8-10 minute taxi ride from Palma airport. We booked through Expedia which turned out to be a very good price for half board.
The hotel is quite large and we needed a little time finding out where everything was from our room e.g reception, Sky restaurant, main restaurant (breakfast), Spa etc. We found out that according to your room number you only ate in the Sky restaurant in the evening. Some rooms allowed you to eat there at breakfast as well. The choice of food at both locations was excellent.
There were two lovely large outdoor pools but they were too cold for us to swim in at this time of year (we did try!).
The Spa had an indoor pool which was great. The receptionists in the hotel lobby and the Spa were very helpful and friendly as well. The restaurant staff were always extremely busy!
Our room was cleaned to a high standard daily. Actually the cleanest hotel room we've stayed in! The suite was a good size. The only negative thing about the room was the 2 single beds were hard and not comfortable.
The hotel has 3 tennis courts and a 18 hole mini golf course just a little walk from the front of the hotel.
The beach is a short walk slightly downhill from the hotel. There is a bus stop about 200 metres downhill from the front of the hotel towards the beach front, if you want to catch a bus to go to Palma (number 25 to the Cathedral, number 23 to the old town 2€ each way). Taxi cost to and from Palma airport was just less than 25€. We booked our homeward taxi through the hotel and it turned up in minutes!
There is an excellent supermarket within a short walking distance (left of the hotel entrance).
There were two lifts in various areas of the hotel.

The service attitude is very good and they speak various languages. The hotel is large and has many swimming pools.

What a wonderful hotel! Our stay was made perfect by the excellent amenities. We especially loved having the choice between the indoor and outdoor pools – a real highlight of our trip. To top it all off, the breakfast buffet was simply amazing every morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent value for money! The rooms are huge, making it a great choice for families or couples. I've rarely stayed in such a spacious hotel in Europe. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

Amazing hotel, great location (close to the coast, airport and popular cities), fantastic staff. ALSO BEAUTIFUL ROOMS. Definitely worth a stay.

We had a buffet meal and the spread was excellent and the views from the roof were great. Strong recommend!

Positives: close to the airport and Palma city, very easy to use a public transportation (bus 25 costs 2€ to Palma cathedral). 2 blocks uphill from the sandy beach (400 m) and many bars and restaurants.
Rooms on the small side, but very clean.

Negatives: too many loud young guests, no dress code for dinner, dinner buffet mediocre, mostly fried foods, breakfast only served instant coffee, no real italian espresso available and no freshly squeezed juice.
