A hotel with a heart and great passion. Entertainment 5*. So much content. Could do with more speakers for evening shows. Hygiene 5* Food 3*. No dietary info and limited options for vegans. Food often cool. Room size 5*. Room condition 3*. Bit tired. Hot water on tap unlike some other hotels we have been to. Heated pools. Sun beds very comfortable. Free trip to a waterpark was a big winner.

I recommend this hotel. It's trustworthy. I was absolutely shocked by how many attractions they had for the children, how many games, how many ideas, how well organized. My daughter had her birthday and the staff arranged a small cake. I'll be back again in a few years. 5/5 stars! Very high recommend! Well done for all of you , amazing staff !!!

Great hotel, great team, halloween was bloody fantastic! You will not get the same excperiance anywhere else. only downside was the room they gave us was right next to the staff area so we could hear them late at night and early morning.

We flew to Santa Ponsa on 19th October, originally booked to stay at the Plazamar. Just checked out and cannot praise this hotel enough… The staff are a credit to hotel . Second time staying here and hope to return next year for my few days away. Pool area is so relaxing and clean,rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

The front dedk team were incredible. Genuinely interested in individuals, friendly, knowledgeable. The facilities were good and the location was convenient.

Been here years ago before it was done up..Felix was the entertainment God bless him he sadly passed..always had us laughing the bar staff were lovely down to earth people..food wasn bad but ye can always go somewhere else if you don't like it..all in all it was a good spot x

This was such a pleasant surprise. I booked this holiday for myself and my 14-year-old son. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman. Very close to the main Santa Ponsa beach and nightlife but far enough away to be in a quiet area, highly recommended. Lifts to get up and down to apartment, the apartments pool is a decent size and just next door is the Hotel Casablanca which is connected to the apartments and we were allowed to use the pool and bar there too. Nice staff and clean rooms. However bad breakfast, wasent worth eating. The manager is also very loud which disturbed our sleep.

So let’s be positive first… Beds were clean and very comfy! We were lucky to have a big balcony with views. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. And there it ends, the rooms as stated previously are very basic, the shower is tiny! One plug in the whole room which was in the middle of the headboard! Well this place is absolutely ideally located (as long as you can cope with the small hill from the promenade), near the shops, beaches and bars/restaurants. It is also very inexpensive for what you get in terms of the room etc. It is however a bit dated, though it is kept exceptionally well and is very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Small and quiet with lovely pool area in the best part of Santa Ponsa. Rooms fine, we were pleasantly surprised to have such a large balcony. I have just come back after saying for three nights it was a party of 10 lads. I say lads 55 year olds to 65 year old. We found the rooms basic but very clean. The poolside area was great sun loungers looking over the beach which is a three minute stroll away. Bar was well stocked and had no complaints. Breakfast again was fairly basic but brilliant value and coffee was great and I don’t even drink...

Aside from the stairs, I’d rate this stay as just about excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely balcony with a great sea view. The apartment itself, along with the surrounding Santa Ponsa area, is quite hilly/mountainous. The only real drawback was the stairs — they were very steep and long, with no elevators or alternative access, which was very challenging for us. Taxis...

so here’s the 411. this is an excellent budget-friendly option if you want to experience the beach in mallorca. It is about 30 mins from the airport/palma, so if you want to explore that I wouldn’t suggest this location. Great and will stay again. Clean, friendly and helpful stacc. So much better than expected, I didn’t find the bar that expensive and the steps were steep but can always walk round but tbh it kept my holiday weight down!

The property is clean, with all the necessary amenities, the pool is well-maintained, and the reception is always available, beds are a little hard, some kitchen tiles are chipped. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. On foot, you'll have to get used to the stairs to get down to the beach; otherwise, there's a longer road.

Very clean, good location near the sea and everything. Be careful a lot if steps (may be 100) to access the beach and some (arround 20 ) to the pool, so with a baby and stroller it is complicated !!

Clean good size basic apartments, great area close to beach and restaurants. Although thought it was an expensive price for only one clean and change of towels a week. Noisy air con, too. No bar. Check in over road at the Reverence hotel.

Lovely apartment very clean,beds comfortable and it's a nice quiet complex . Pool area very clean and maintained by the lovely Dominique who is very friendly . We had a lovely time at the casa vida and will definitely return in the near future .

Perfect apartment I can't fault .perfect for a few cheap days away at the quieter end of Santa ponsa . My only observation is the beds are extremely hard.

Nice looking small hotel with attractive pool area. There’s no reception at this hotel and a small sign on door tells you to check in across the road at Reverence Life hotel. We were given a ground floor room next to pool which meant we had zero privacy with guests sitting directly outside our balcony smoking. Rooms are clean but basic and in desperate need of a refresh. Just back. Had a lovely 10 nights stay at Casa Vida. Apartment was a great size with everything needed. Big balcony with a lovely outlook over pool & a seaview. Peaceful nights sleep in the quieter side of bay. The property had amazing views and great food selection and service. we did the all inclusive which was great. The tv wouldn’t stream the entire time after multiple maintenance visits. no chrome cast of apps like netflix, Prime… already on the tv. The rooms are clean but very dated. The bed barely fits in the master bedroom. They never answered the phone when we call the front desk the entire stay...

The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. The pool and building were very clean and well kept and the food at the restaurant was some of the best I had- outstanding selections and wait staff courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. Not to mention beautiful views and Walkable to town and beach. Would absolutely Stay here again.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, so we had high expectations. The reception was friendly upon arrival, and the overall facilities were decent. The room was spacious, though slightly dated, and the terrace offered a nice view — though privacy was limited as neighboring rooms were clearly visible. Soundproofing was also not ideal. Beautiful area. Great water access. Quiet and relaxing. Excellent staff and very friendly. Lovely and clean resort. We had breakfast option and it was excellent! Bedroom just a tiny bit small. Would prefer to have water available in room than always going to fill up pitcher. Loved the view!!!

The hotel is advertised as four star and we feel it just about merits this rating. Good staff, poor communication and oversell in certain areas.

This property is for the elderly so if you’re over 55 years old I wouldn’t recommend it. Also the hotel rooms are not updated. The property is not that close to the nightlife.
