I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and always helpful, which made me feel welcome from the very first moment. My room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious — perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the sea, so it was easy to enjoy the beach every day. The food was another highlight: both breakfast and dinner were very tasty, with a wide selection of dishes that changed daily.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good food, and a perfect location by the sea. 🌊✨

The manager was extremely rude and gave us a different room instead of the sea view room we booked. When we politely raised this, he accused us of wanting a free upgrade, made unnecessary remarks like “we are workers, not servants,” and even said he would throw us out — which was unbelievable. We’ve never faced anything like this before. Being on foreign land, we didn’t want to spoil our trip and our friend’s birthday, so we compromised, but such hostility turned what should have been a pleasant trip into a deeply unpleasant experience.

We had 3 rooms booked and the person at the reception said he upgraded our rooms for free, but upon enquiring with him about possibility of changing one of the rooms which was on ground floor, he became extremely aggressive and hostile and started threatening us that he will throw us out of the hotel as he thought that we wanted more freebies. This encounter ruined our otherwise pleasant holiday experience. I do have to mention that all the other hotel staff that we interacted with on our 4 night stay were pleasant and professional. I also have to mention that cleanliness was top notch in the hotel but just because of one rude person we left with a bad taste.

This was such a pleasant surprise. I booked this holiday for myself and my 14-year-old son. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman. The hotel itself was very clean, spacious and had all of the amenities required for a lovely holiday.

There was a few food options on the breakfast and evening meal. We were given the option to sit inside of the restaurant or outside with a lovely view of the pool.

All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was a lovely touch that they remembered my drink order.

Our room was very clean and tidy. It was cleaned daily with fresh towels. We had a large balcony overlooking the pool and had a Seaview.

There wasn’t any entertainment on on a night. But there is a pool table with lovely chilled music playing in the background.

The location of the hotel was perfect being five minutes away from the beach and all of the local bars and restaurants.

On one of the days we got the bus into Palma and On another day, we enjoyed the boat ride to Dragon Island (Recommended by the hotel staff)

This is a lovely hotel very clean and in a great location.
The staff are lovely and really helpful.
The reason for my 2 star rating is firstly you really shouldn’t have rooms under the restaurant.
7am every morning I was woken to the sound of furniture being dragged across the floor it was horrific and went on for hours.
Secondly the pool is lovely but the hotel really needs to do something about people putting towels down on sunbeds and not using them. 50-60% of sunbeds had towels on but weren’t being used.

The pool bar is good and the guy who works it is a good laugh.

As I said great location as only 2 mins walk from beach, restaurants, bars and shops.

I have added videos of the noise from the restaurant.

The hotel itself is worth a 4* but very poorly set out.

Very close to the main Santa Ponsa beach and nightlife but far enough away to be in a quiet area, highly recommended.

Lifts to get up and down to apartment, the apartments pool is a decent size and just next door is the Hotel Casablanca which is connected to the apartments and we were allowed to use the pool and bar there too.
