I can't find any faults with this hotel given the price we paid for our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with fresh towels and bedding provided every day. It’s simply not acceptable for guests to monopolize loungers by tossing a towel at sunrise and disappearing for hours. A fair system should allow a short grace period—30 to 45 minutes—after which staff clear unattended chairs and neatly place belongings in a designated area. This ensures everyone has an equal chance to enjoy the pool without playing a daily game of “towel wars.

The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The setting was beautiful. The breakfast offered a wide selection and was very good. The parking was too expensive, so finding a space nearby wasn't easy. The soundproofing in the rooms was average, and the bathroom and shower were too small. A second sink would be better. Overall, it was clean, but the cushions on the outdoor chairs could use a wash.

Overall a great stay at the Elba Sunset hotel. The view is great and staff are friendly. The layout of the toilet and bathroom is a little bit off with doors blocking each other if opened. The hotel has a stunning view of the sea but a little far off town.

The toilet paper ran out on the first day and was not replenished for the next three days, and no water was provided. It is far from the city, suitable for self-driving and lying flat. Honestly, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at for the price. I visited during the off-season and got a great deal at $64 a night. Great place, great price. Simple room with simple bedding but no complaints, the staff make the bed every day. The free brunch till 1.30 is great and the brunch room is very modern design and laid back. Location is perfect 👍👍

Comfortable clean room, had a large room on floor 7 worth the money for extra space as have stayed before in standard room which was fine but nicer to have more space. The room was quite large, facing the sea, the breakfast was average, the service was good, and the price/performance ratio was very high. However, parking was difficult.

Decent enough stay but I probably should have done more research on the location, too party vibe for me. Nice views but no room service etc. felt too expensive for what it was.  Breakfast is good

The room was excellent, facing the sea and allowing for sunrise views. We booked a half-board package, which included breakfast and dinner, and it was excellent value for money. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were to return to Mallorca.

Hotel design is simple, bright and comfortable. There is no noise from the surrounding parties. Marvellous sea view. Just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast buffet is delicious.  Strongly recommend to take airport transfer if you don’t drive.

The sea view room is great, the breakfast is also rich, it is very convenient to check in online in advance, the explanation at the front desk is very detailed, and the overall stay experience is very good

Hotel was quite nice! We were happy with our rooms and the breakfast was also very good with a nice view of the sea.
