Apartamentos Casa Vida in Santa Ponsa

Clean good size basic apartments, great area close to beach and restaurants. Although thought it was an expensive price for only one clean and change of towels a week. Noisy air con, too. No bar. Check in over road at the Reverence hotel.

Lovely apartment very clean,beds comfortable and it's a nice quiet complex . Pool area very clean and maintained by the lovely Dominique who is very friendly . We had a lovely time at the casa vida and will definitely return in the near future .

Perfect apartment I can't fault .perfect for a few cheap days away at the quieter end of Santa ponsa . My only observation is the beds are extremely hard.

Really confortable appartement, clean, silence, nice views and good location. With a beach really near, just a bit scaring the parking beacuse of the huge slope to get there. We loved the place

Just back. Had a lovely 10 nights stay at Casa Vida. Apartment was a great size with everything needed. Big balcony with a lovely outlook over pool & a seaview. Peaceful nights sleep in the quieter side of bay. House keeping done every 4th day, fresh towels, bedding etc. Must mention the lifeguard "Dominique" such a warm welcoming person who is extremely diligent and vigilant in her role. Quiet, nice and well-maintained facility with close to everything. We stayed for 9 nights (end of May), cleaning every 4 days. Clean and fresh in the apartment, kitchen and kitchen equipment need to be updated and supplemented. Problems in the bathroom drain that smell, scented candles helped. Many apartments with the best location are privately owned. We stayed on the third floor (apartment 34) a corner apartment close to the neighbor's apartment, very good views of the pool and beach. A great stay.

It was obvious that it was low season, the pool was empty and the complex was undergoing renovations.

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion.
When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room.
I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.
