Pirates Village in Santa Ponsa

A hotel with a heart and great passion. Entertainment 5*. So much content. Could do with more speakers for evening shows. Hygiene 5* Food 3*. No dietary info and limited options for vegans. Food often cool. Room size 5*. Room condition 3*. Bit tired. Hot water on tap unlike some other hotels we have been to. Heated pools. Sun beds very comfortable. Free trip to a waterpark was a big winner.

Tomorrow is our last day at Pirates Village and we are honestly gutted to be leaving. This has been the best holiday we have ever had! I am already looking at flights to come back next year - you honestly cannot fault the place for families. Firstly, the entertainment is the best I have ever seen, the entertainment is run by the ‘pirates’ every night who are clearly professional dancers and acrobatic performers, we were mesmerised by the performances. The water fight with the pirates on a Sunday is also amazing, definitely a must for kids! The food is lovely, a million times better than other all inclusive hotels I have stayed at in the past, there really is something for eveyone. The rooms are spotless, cleaned every day and the beds are huge and very comfortable. We have definitely found our forever holiday place.

What an amazing holiday. We went in the last week of October and the hotel was decorated halloween themed all throughout. The staff were dressed up each day too. Kids entertainment was great, with the hotel staff doing the entertainment rather than hiring in 3rd party acts. All the entertainers were great with the kids and really got the party started for them. My youngest daughter (11 months) loved them all and was always dancing along with them. The firework show which they did was great, all be it a little close to the guests to be swinging round a Catherine wheel, but the show was excellent. During one of the shows, they dyed 1 swimming pool red and it stayed this way the whole week. Food was great, although very much the same most nights, but we couldn't fault it. All inclusive drinks were also great with good measures 😁 Swimming pool was great as well as the slides BUT it was freezing cold 🥶 Sunbeds are chained up until a certain time in the morning, so it makes it fair fir everyone to grab one when they do unlock them, but there was always a bed available We upgraded our bedroom to a baby room, which consisted of a cot, bottle warmer, baby bath and changing mat. All this was great and really useful for us. My only criticism of the rooms, are that they are too small for a family of 5. My 2 eldest children slept in the bedroom and myself, husband and baby daughter, slept in the main room on a sofa bed and a pull out bed. We didn't want to keep putting this up and down each day, so it took up a lot of room. More storage for clothes is needed. There isn't a lot to do in the area and not many shops around except an equivalent on a Chinese B&M across the road, which sold everything you can think of. The beach was really nice and very clean, with ample sunbeds available. Beach toilets and a bar was also available Taxis are a no for 5 people. Tye hotels can only book for 4 people, so we had to get the bus into magaluf and palma. Magaluf was a ghost town, with only 1 other family seen on our travels. I know we went at the end of season, but literally nothing was open, except Kathmandu, which was a great few days out (we had 3 days to use 10 credits included in the ticket). Overall a great holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to all families

I recommend this hotel. It's trustworthy. I was absolutely shocked by how many attractions they had for the children, how many games, how many ideas, how well organized. My daughter had her birthday and the staff arranged a small cake. I'll be back again in a few years. 5/5 stars! Very high recommend! Well done for all of you , amazing staff !!!

Great hotel, great team, halloween was bloody fantastic! You will not get the same excperiance anywhere else. only downside was the room they gave us was right next to the staff area so we could hear them late at night and early morning.

Currently staying here in room 225 my sister was room 059 my brother 359 the one with the lights and flags at the balcony they put up beverley will know which room. From the moment we arrived to when we leave sadly tomorrow. The service an staff have been truly amazing from Carlos and dorin in the bar to beverley an the entertainment team an Christian an his wife an daughter who own the hotel an security jhon an everyone inbetween have been so welcoming and friendly we dont count you as friends as you've all been like an extended part of our family our stay here has been one of the most amazing stays we've ever had an we will be back thank you for making our family so welcome in your hotel my niece ava had the most amazing time performing as elsa in the Disney show as well. All of the entertainment has been fantastic the drink choices have been more than plentiful in the all inclusive. Food - there is always something for everyone on the all inclusive my nephew who has autism managed to find food to eat at all times there is also a menu you can buy food from if you need to in the bar area so nobody will go hungry. Rooms - basic an equipped with the basics cups,plates, bowls etc an a hair dryer in the bathroom unless your spending 24/7 in your room which you really shouldn't need to as there's so much to do in an around the hotel then the rooms were perfect to just sleep in an get out. The pools were fab a pool for everyone the slides our kids loved an the adults too. From all of us aka the pirate family to all of you thank you for everything ❤️
