A pleasant hotel on the outskirts of the resort, but still within easy walking distance of everything. I was very disappointed that no lilos were aloud in pool which it didn’t state on the website, however they would allow the noodle floats, so made do with one of them. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The setting was beautiful. The breakfast offered a wide selection and was very good. The parking was too expensive, so finding a space nearby wasn't easy. The soundproofing in the rooms was average, and the bathroom and shower were too small. A second sink would be better. Overall, it was clean, but the cushions on the outdoor chairs could use a wash.

The hotel was just great — perfect location, delicious food, and friendly staff. However, the room cleaning was really disappointing. During our 8-day stay, the towels were changed every day, but the bed linen was changed only once. The room itself was never cleaned, the floor was never washed, and there was hair and dirt on the floor from the very first day.

Stayed in a ground floor apartment for a friends trip. Lovely clean and spacious unit with a fabulous shower. Own terrace with loungers and table a short stroll to the pool. Great clean apartments, kitchens enough to enable you to cook snacks and could cook a dinner if you so wished. Rooms are cleaned daily. I can’t say enough about how good the Zafiro Palace hotels are for families. For parents with small children they are fabulous, fantastic pools with slides and shallow water for little ones, great playground, fab restaurants with lots of food for adults and children…huge comfy beds, great bathrooms. This was a great family hotel. Our family loved it. Lots of different pools, great food, staff were very helpful, great location near the beach, room was lovely and both the kids and adults really enjoyed our stay. We did all inclusive and we felt it was value for money. We would give it 5 stars.
