Booked through TUI for a family holiday incorporating golf for my partner's milestone birthday. Stayed in the Reverence Life building, but we were able to go to one of the other buildings, Sky, to use their roof terrace pool. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Lovely spacious, bright rooms. During our stay, we experienced some noise from neighbouring guests and requested a room change, which the staff accommodated promptly and without any hassle. The staff's English was also commendably good, making communication easy throughout our stay.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location. The staff is also very cordial, except for one girl at the reception who greeted us without a smile and any kindness, unprofessionally. Nice hotel apartments - went with a family of 5 in late September. There is a kids splash pool and a main pool. There is a bar with snacks / simple meals. The local square is a few mins walk and there is a lovely beach 10m drive away. Hotel located in a good area. The pools are lovely however the sun bed situation on a morning is horrendous! Towels laid out at 7am before pool even opens at 10am. On arrival the staff was friendly, but after check in, the receptionist didn’t tell where is the snack bar, or our room is which floor. The night reception guy was rude. Bar staff was very nice. A nice clean hotel in the very heart of Santa Ponsa. Staff are attentive welcoming and knowledgeable however it’s is situated facing a very busy restaurant. We asked for an upgrade which was accommodated with minimal disruption and the staff were more than happy to help us. Food was incredible

We were very pleased with the hotel and the first all-inclusive we have booked. Couldn't fault the food and the freshness of it. A plate to please most people. Is a good hotel with relatively good price compared with other hotel. And it’s surprisingly clean and comfortable,even have breakfast buffet including. Some disadvantages like soundproof is not that well, blankets’ material or there’s no well speared wet and dry area in bathroom just a little bit imperfections for me. But overall this price is really good deal!

Fabulous value. Stayed here for a 2 night holiday extension after a running holiday on another part of Mallorca island. Great hotel, very close to the beach, restaurants etc. Staff great. Breakfast is in a premises across the street (literally), great spot with sea views.

Was a great location to stay! Rooms were a little more dated than they appear in the photographs but for what we paid it was a great accommodation.

Got it! Here’s Playas del Rey is a fairly standard hotel with everything you’d expect for a short stay. The main downside is the noticeable humidity in the rooms and the smell of fried food that seems to linger around. Great clean hotel in Santa Ponsa Fantastic service, clean room and delicious breakfast. Free public parking lot up the road (street parking outside also possible). Great location to explore the island by car or bike. Would come back!

Lovely hotel for 4 nights stay in September, good location to explore Santa Ponsa and for travel to other towns. Great hotel, room with a balcony was lovely, quiet pool, good breakfast and friendly staff. Couldn’t fault it!

Cute little place to stay. Small rooms which are comfortable with good A/C and refreshing showers. Breakfast was the usual affair of Luke warm scrambled eggs, bacon etc (losing star for that) along with continental selection, cereals fruit The property is five minutes walk to transport links with the beach a couple of minutes further on. Will return but get some heat under the eggs please 😉

My husband and I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay and it was absolutely perfect! We don't like staying in huge, noisy, soulless places, and this place ticked all the boxes. Our room was beautifully clean, a good size and well presented. The property had amazing views and great food selection and service. we did the all inclusive which was great. The tv wouldn’t stream the entire time after multiple maintenance visits. no chrome cast of apps like netflix, Prime… already on the tv. The rooms are clean but very dated. The bed barely fits in the master bedroom. They never answered the phone when we call the front desk the entire stay...

The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. The pool and building were very clean and well kept and the food at the restaurant was some of the best I had- outstanding selections and wait staff courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. Not to mention beautiful views and Walkable to town and beach. Would absolutely Stay here again.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, so we had high expectations. The reception was friendly upon arrival, and the overall facilities were decent. The room was spacious, though slightly dated, and the terrace offered a nice view — though privacy was limited as neighboring rooms were clearly visible. Soundproofing was also not ideal. I also noticed several dark spots on one of the mirrors. What disappointed...

Beautiful area. Great water access. Quiet and relaxing. Excellent staff and very friendly. Lovely and clean resort. We had breakfast option and it was excellent! Bedroom just a tiny bit small. Would prefer to have water available in room than always going to fill up pitcher. Loved the view!!!

The hotel is advertised as four star and we feel it just about merits this rating. Good staff, poor communication and oversell in certain areas.

This property is for the elderly so if you’re over 55 years old I wouldn’t recommend it. Also the hotel rooms are not updated. The property is not that close to the nightlife.
