This place is NOT WORTH IT. Stayed here for a few nights and honestly will not be coming back. Breakfast was terrible, and there’s no lunch option at all. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere—nothing close by, so you’re somewhat stuck. The spa was closed, the pool is very tiny, and the terraza is way too hot and full of mosquitos. Food was bland and forgettable at best. Definitely not worth it.

Terrible experience. Like a cheap motel, they send you a code to access the hotel because there is no staff. No staff, no service, no food...premises are shabby and the worst part of all, there is nobody to complain to. Pool full of green water, rubbish strewn in garden, damp walls...photos speak for themselves. The bedroom overlooked the main road and there was bathtub next to the bed. The website should alert travellers about the lack of staff. I understand that in season the hotel has more staff and is a little less derelict...but travellers beware in the off season.

This is a lovely hotel full of character with modern elements which compliment it well. We arrived at check in time 4.00 and nonone was there. Another couple turned up and phoned and we eventually got in at 4.20pm. Having said this our stay was lovely, the room is well appointed with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Our only real criticism is that the hotel advertises having a restaurant. On arrival we asked to eat dinner there and they said no. The told us about a local restaurant, when we got there that was closed, so drove to Collera for a meal. I would ask the owners to notify clients ahead of their arrival if the restaurant is closed. This would have allowed us then to choose another hotel.

We attended on a yoga retreat. My review does not reflect the yoga retreat which was excellent only the ‘hotel’. The place is in a state of disrepair and I’m suspicious that is been closed down for safety reasons but that they are still opening part of the hotel for retreats and weddings. I can reflect what many other reviews have said. Avoid this place! From the moment we arrived there were problems. Food had gone off and not fresh. Rooms smelt of sewage. The air smelled of diesel from the old generators running all day. The staff don’t speak other languages very well and seem overworked and unhappy to serve. Our sink fell off the wall and sewage smell filled the room. The ‘hotel’ refused to do anything about it and didn’t even apologise. Avoid avoid avoid! Dodgy place!!

This place is charming and very well decorated, common areas are astonished. However there is not Climatic equipment of any kind., therefore summer at almost 40 degree Celsius it was impossible enjoyed the share areas. Air conditioner of our room was broken, only fan function, and the inside temperature was hotter than 28 degree (even at 18 degree selection). They told us that it was ok and never sent the repair service workers.

I drove my children 1 and a half hours to this hotel for a relaxing stay. I do not want to imagine what type of people want a quadruple room with a bath tub in the middle. I mentioned my surprise to the receptionists and their response was that all of the rooms were the same, as if that made it normal. The “spa” was not open when we arrived, I was told it might reopen the next day. It is not included in the price it is €15 per person for 45 minutes and does not permit people under 18. We stayed about 10 minutes and drove back home! The gardens are quite pretty but I wonder quite seriously what type of hotel this is.

Overall a charming place and very close to the beach. Flower trees give a very romantic and relaxing ambience and room were clean. On the other hand, photos on the website looks bigger than they actually are. We were confused with the room orientation and parking was also very tricky. Pool was also dirty and smaller than the photos online.
