We enjoyed a nice sea view, also the hotel viewpoint available only for 1€ pp for hotel guests, good location and also some unusual room equipment such as red light in the bathroom preventing from sleep disruptions when going there at night

If I could leave you more than five stars I would! We stayed January 30th until 6th February and we're missing it already! The staff are lovely, a special shout out to the stunning Emilia Clarke lookalike on reception, talk about a sweet, helpful lady

Just had an hour in the spa and then the most amazing massage from Anna. What a wonderfully relaxing experience. Very friendly attentive staff. Anna and Elena, very professional, made me feel very welcome and relaxed

My massage was definitely the best massage I have ever had. Even a bit of reflexology on the feet too which was a nice touch

Also, the food variety was not as good as we were used to in any other hotel on Spanish cost that we've visited so far, but the staff was very kind and willing to accommodate our needs (food intolerance for instance) so overall we were pretty satisfied for our 3-nights long stay, but would appreciate more options, mostly veggies on breakfast as well as better bread

Surprisingly you couldn't here any outside noise in your room. We had a family room even though there was only 2 of us but we upgraded to one with a balcony

We stayed for 7 nights and had a really lovely time. The hotel was great, and the staff were all very polite and friendly, which made us feel very welcome

The pool was a bit on the cold side (lol), but there were always plenty of sun loungers available, which was perfect for relaxing

Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad

My wife accidentally left her air pods in the room but only realized a couple of days later. The staff were really helpful and despite our fears they managed to locate them after a few days

Huge swimming pool is also plus! You can walk to the beach just 1 minute from the hotel

Good location close to the sea and the big swimming pool are especially important in summer. Hotel is 10 to 15 min by car and 1 hour on foot from Peniscola

About an hours walk from Peniscola city centre or Beniscarlo train station but located right on the beach so a great walk either way. Very friendly service and good for value

Hotel attracts mainly tourists who stay there for half or full board. Most activities for those tourists do not happen in wintertime. Buffet breakfast is huge but of average quality

Mare Nostrum i wouldn't recommend. Very bad food (fish wasn't prepared well at all), clinical place with no atmosphere what so ever. Staff al friendly, great views from our rooms on the pool and beach

Out of season, many places are closed but this hotel was open and busy. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was really good too

There is an indoor swimming pool and a sauna for the use of the hotel clients

We stayed at the Meliá Benidorm as a group of 13 and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. The hotel was immaculate throughout, spotless rooms, comfortable beds and everything maintained to a really high standard

Very nice stay and beautiful hotel. Kids club is great at this hotel. Marcos and Eva are so good with kids. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel and a good place for your little ones!

The buffets had a variety of delicious food dishes, fruits, cheeses and desserts. The waiters were attentive and helpful but short on staff to clear and prepare the tables

There’s a Lidl directly across the road which was so handy for snacks and essentials, and a lovely Chinese buffet right opposite as well – ideal for big groups like ours

I'd like to say thank you to all of the staff, from the cleaners who always have a smile on their faces, to staff behind the bar for their humour, to the restaurant staff who all work incredibly hard

So with another pool they can do water activities separate and people that cant swim in the deep end they can swim in the shallow end

Happy with everything in the hotel. Food options were brilliant at all meals. Great location as well as it's only a few minutes walk from the main places I go to at night, so it's easy to get home.

A wonderful stay, everything is here for all your needs. Room had a good pool view and was always cleaned daily. Staff service was friendly and helpful. The location is great for all the best bars and restaurants

Rooms could do with some soundproofing elements in them. The pool area needs a bit of a revamp, the floor was bubbled in various locations and worn out sunbeds

My 4 night stay Room plus hotel very clean, pool area could do with a more regular sweeping I was put out that I could not get a kettle had to go out and buy one ( I needed hot water for my medication) other than that I was very impressed staff very good and helpful

You can choose Sea view or Port view and both will provide you a good view for sure. Hotel Staff is really helpful and kind

The life size mascots, the food and the selection of the many swimming pools so beautifully designed added to this adventure for her. The live shows so full of artistic quality were a fantastic treat for kids and adults

On arrival we were given passes to amusement parks and the waterpark,of which were closed to the public which was a big disappointment as we had children with us ,there was an indoor spa with pools which was absolutely packed,because of the covid situation no thought was put into the control of people that totally overwhelmed the place ,came out after 5 minutes as I did not feel safe,also...

The food was a bit boring but my stay was only 6 days, what made me so unhappy was the staff especially one that worked at the bar near the swimming pool She was so rude to foreigners it was horrible

Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was great. Close enough to the beach, loads of excellent restaurants nearby, and the best pool. This is very much a family-friendly hotel, that your kids and you will enjoy

Clean rooms and food diversity is very good. The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear your neighbours. The parking is not free and the elevators are too small. Staff is very polite and willing to help

Beautiful view to mwards the sea and the castle. It is cheap and of good quality. The breakfast is amazong and cheap as well

The Papa Luna is a bit of a Peñiscola institution. Very comfortable rooms, great location, pleasant staff and amazing food at the buffet. Your waistline won't thank you if you stay too long! Highly recommend.

Due to the "quality" of the food, all of us we had daily gases and indigestions. Also, have the same deserts every each day is not at all a pleasent experience!

Hotel Papa Luna is right on the sea front, it is a lovely hotel, Clean, modern, a good selection of food that everybody can enjoy. Peñiscola has a lovely wide long beach and most of the town is on the level

Best location in Peñíscola beach. Very friendly staff and good service. However, there are too much people, for instace, at the meals, to get a chair in the swimming pool or in the beach, or to get a parking space.

Fabulous hotel, just in front of the beach and views to the castle. Great food quality with lot of choices and friendly staff.

Food is excellent as are the staff but there is no ground outside relaxing by a pool as it is situated on the 7th floor under a covered roof with a bar outside and sun terrace on top

What another amazing stay in Magic Cristal. This was our 4th year staying here from there new online check-in to the amazing staff all across the hotel, keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

Rooms were ok, had two big beds, clean and spacious. Kettle in room but coffee was never replenish. No hairdryer (deposit 20 euros at reception and you can borrow it for 2 hours) no balcony and we looked on to the school

They play music calling the kids to school so no long sleeps for us. Traffic starts about 7am and it can be really noisy. We were also above the bar and two nights in a row it was noisy outside until about 4am

Ive stayed here 3 times and its my go to hotel for benidorm as its in a fantastic location in-between the old and new towns and about 8 mins to levante beach

The hotel is full of character, Valentines day was wonderful, the rose for all the ladies was a lovely touch! the food was delicious! Plenty of options for everyone, our only criticism was it could have been warmer

The main concern being the food although it was good one one or two nights it’s pretty much the same options for lunch + dinner both always have some unseasoned roast meat and gravy with about 3 potato options, there’s also a man grilling meat this changes daily with the type of meat but is always unseasoned and oily

For me he third time however things have changed and not for the better. Some of the bar staff could do with customer service skills very rude. The food had definitely gone down hill

Good size swimming pool with plenty of sun beds, hotel is ideal for families, couples and solo travellers who will never be alone I would highly recommend the hotel is available for booking direct with MedPlaya or through Tui Reception are always available to help and guide you whether you book direct or through Tui, in addition to a very nice accommodating lady on Guest Services opposite reception...

TThe restaurant is kept clean and orderly with handwashing facilities to be use on entry. Plenty of food choices snacks are available off season in the restaurant at selected times

Bus was relatively straight forward and the location is great, 15 mins to beach, old town a good walk away but plenty of food and bars on the way. Very good atmosphere people were friendly, staff were polite

FOOD OK but it was like eating in a works canteen far to much noise. Staff work hard and are a credit to the hotel, we did go out of season and it is certainly a family hotel we will be coming back but not this one,

great hotel, great rooms, lots of lovely food, great friendly staff. if I had to say one negative it would be ferrel kids running around all evening causing a nuisance. parents arnt watching them because their on holiday

Great location for central Benidorm and rooms were spacious, quiet and modern. We paid extra for the breakfast but only dine in once. For the quality and the price of getting food elsewhere, it’s not worth the money

The food (Breakfast and in particular evening meal, which was part of our group event package) was superb. All 95 of my Hotel resident guests have told me how superb this was. A huge thank you to the Kitchen staff

Bring your own towels or walk into Guardamar & buy one for 6. Direct beach access & all rooms have side sea view. There is free parking outside but it’s always full. Indoor pool 3 euros for 2 hours

Nothing like the photos, nice pool area with seating, although on the beach no deck chair or sunbeds for hire

Public bus goes into Guardamar but the hotel is very isolated & I had to hire a car. I am doubtful to stay here again but if you want a holiday on the beach or with large swimming pool

We have stayed here before and it’s a lovely hotel near the beach staff are lovely room cleaning is very good.entertainment is good especially for children would come back here again

Which we walked a few times 20 minutes walk , beaches were fantastic so clean and had a few bars along it which self food and drink , the hotel was decent , only thing was breakfast time takes were not cleaned a lot of time and was food on floor at times which should have been cleaned up , ppl at front desk were helpful and nice , it was august time so a lot of Spanish come down to guerdemar for their...

No pool bar! 5min walk to main bar for drinks. No description of what is included and what are you paying extra. You need a car because location… Nice staff, friendly place & Luckily not many drunk Brits

We have stayed once in the city view room and twice in the sea view rooms, they are most certainly worth it! The rooms are clean and comfortable we really can’t fault the sea view rooms, we could just sit on the terrace all day looking at the view! The breakfast is exceptional, so much choice and all good quality food, we particularly enjoyed the omelette station and the fresh orange juice

The pool area I would imagine is very busy in summer but you are right on the beach! All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great within Calpe, plenty of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes nearby, a short walk to the old town up the hill and a gorgeous promenade to walk along, you can walk to and hike up the Peñon de Ifach, for amazing views of Calpe

The hotel's location is directly on the sea, the breakfast is varied and delicious, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The facilities are great, with good hotel gym (it’s spacious and has a bench press, dumbbells, some strength machines, a cable and cardio machines as well) with a supermarket below the hotel, and the spa circuit was enjoyable

Very clean Room well prepared every day. Excellent food with a huge choice in restaurant. Unfortunately too expensive parking for the guests. Spa area unfortunately charged extra. In overall hotel highly recommended

Food and drinks for breakfast are very diverse and they offer a discount in their supermarket for the hotel guests. They also offer a lot of free organized activities during the day

We had not realised that it would be so noisy, so not the best choice for us as our room was right above the Pool area where all the activities take place

Definitely a retirement vibe here and we were there before busy season. But the hotel was great, food was great. Having laundry services were an added bonus. We got to catch up on laundry

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, many offering stunning sea views — waking up to the sound of the waves was a highlight

The helios has made it in every department from the second you walk in the main door from smiling reception team to staff on hand looking after guests at the pool side and not forgetting the brilliant house keeping staff who do a great job in the rooms, it's one of the cleanest hotels you will ever find and we'll maintained inside and outside

Just before travelling, I had a trauma with my knee which limited my mobility, however WILLIAM the life guard was just amazing, helping me in and out of the pool and watched me while I was in the pool which made me feel so safe… you could tell he was happy in his work! 👏👏👏

We organised a kettle at reception ( free of charge ) cups, etc from the bar or the restaurant, we had a hiccup at one point with our cups being removed from our room, had to get them from the bar, spoke to guest relations who was full of appologies , explained new staff were on duty

Food in the Restaurant is plentiful and varied, there is something for everyone but it could be warmer,) but there are several microwaves situated within the dining room if its not quite hot enough for your requirements, the service in all areas is good

We had a brilliant time, the hotel is clean, rooms are a good size, and cleaned daily including fresh towels. we were in room 532 at the rear of the hotel, the room is fine as we dont spend that much time in there

Traveld for St Patrick's day celebrations stayed 4x nights 5xdays. on coach of 56, thuscwas our 4th stay at this time of year. though my husband and l stay here independently throughout the year

I arrived late and booked an executive room, only to be told I'd been upgraded to a suite! Environment: The hotel is located by the sea, and the good rooms face directly onto the beach, with an incredible view

The seaside hotel is quite large, the front desk staff are friendly, there is underground parking, the rooms are spacious with large balconies, and the facilities are good.

As for the wellness facilities, while the gym is exceptionally well-equipped for a hotel, the indoor pool is quite disappointing; due to its small size and cold temperature, it functions more like a plunge pool for the sauna rather than a place to swim

Large outdoor pool and enough sunbeds (maybe because it is only the beginning of the season). The hotel surroundings are impressive, beautiful well-kept garden, fountains beautifully lit at night

The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic, situated right by the beach and within easy walking distance of the historic old town

Just worth noting (and this might not bother everyone), the family room we got faced towards a beach club to the South of the hotel which was audible to us staying in the family room well into the early morning hours

The pool area has a nice pool and a nice bar where you can order drinks. Indeed, a new wing of the hotel is still under construction, but the noise is not so bad

Stayed week of 29th September- bed and breakfast option- Fantastic hotel, rooms and hotel was spotless- room cleaned daily, breakfast was lovely omelettes and eggs cooked to order, large array of options and catered for my husband who is coeliac

We stayed for 2 weeks, our room it was at 11th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. On each morning the cleaning staff did a great job. We had only the breakfast included but we payed for our diner several times
