We were staying at this hotel only because of a dance festival and we were quite satisfied. We enjoyed a nice sea view, also the hotel viewpoint available only for 1€ pp for hotel guests, good location and also some unusual room equipment such as red light in the bathroom preventing from sleep disruptions when going there at night. Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad. The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it. We stayed 2 nights in August at Port Fiesta Park and it was a good budget-friendly choice. The room was clean, cool, and they kindly added an extra bed for our child at no cost. Breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and there were plenty of activities in the lounge, plus a gym and an indoor kids’ playground. The beach is about a 10-minute relaxed walk, although very busy. The place was nice, but crowded, especially with children. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place. Everything else was great.

Good location for Benidorm. Food was average. Needed to enforce no-music rule by pool. People played their own on boom boxes and despite complaining, nothing was done.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mediterraneo. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great location, beautiful views, and a real feeling of being looked after. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

Stayed here for 4 night at the beginning of December, staff were very friendly and evening entertainment were brilliant. Prime location across the road from Benidorm palace and a short walk to the beach and to old town. Rooms are very yellow, could maybe do with a freshen up and hotel room doors are bright red. Room was clean and balcony was nice over looking the pool. Would definitely stay here again...

This was the third year myself and a couple of friends have spent the weekend here. The hotel is lovely rooms are fine, the only suggestion I could make is that it would be nice if the bedrooms had a kettle in them

We have recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Magic Tropical Splash. We are a family of 6 (child ages 17, 13, 12 & 6) and stayed in a 3 bed apartment on an AI basis. Our room was on floor 19 in tower 1, and getting to and from the room was the worst part of the holiday. With only 2 lifts and 1 being out of order, it was a constant battle. Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides. The food was plentiful, lots of options for us all! We hired towels and cups which was very handy. The icecream, waffles and drinks were great. Would definitely go back!

We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Her mum, dad and younger sister are coming with us next may. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. Looking forward to going back there.

Arrived around 12ish and our room wasn’t ready, they asked us to come back at 1pm.. cutting it short got fobbed off until after 3pm. We booked a junior suite. Good sized room. There is a kettle but no teabags to make tea! The bed was comfortable. The cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. Everything was just luke warm. Plenty of choice with pastries which were nice. This hotel is well worth the money for couple of nights stay. Great location. Friendly staff.

Brilliant place staff was excellent

My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. Was a bit of a walk to the main strip and the old town but we were prepared for this and would definitely stay here again.
