The best hotel in benidorm It is the second time i come at Bali Hotel. My little daughter loves Bianca from the animation team. A lovely place and a a great spirit from all the people there. The old boss giving presents every night to the kids is such good feeling. He is old an i hope i will find him again when i visit Gran Bali the next years.

What a beautiful place! A jewel in Benidorm and certainly not what you’d expect find in a tranquil, serene haven a stone’s throw from Benidorm! We've booked this for the past 2 years, absolutely no issues with the resort. Always clean, themed restaurants are brilliant quality, the buffet restaurant is equally good. Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day. Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly. Only negatives really are that there are no rails to get in and out of bath and food could have been hotter and no tea/coffee making facilities in room. Alba was very helpful and very good at keeping us all entertained. The room was very nice and well maintained. The food on offer was good, some nights wasn’t all to everyone’s taste but otherwise all good. There wasn’t anything in terms of children’s entertainment so this wouldn’t be somewhere I’d recommend taking the kids. But overall, not a bad hotel at all

We stayed in a deluxe room in the 2nd block. The room was large and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. No problem with sunbeds.would happily stay again.

Lovely stay Staff were helpful and friendly especially in restaurant and at main reception. We stayed in a delux room in a separate block which was modern and spacious. Food was plentiful and replenished often during meal times. All areas were clean. There was no obvious recycling of plastics / glass.

The hotel was lovely, spacious rooms and great views from the balcony. The spa was also very relaxing. We upgraded to all-inclusive whilst whilst checking in, and the quality of food and drinks were worth it.

I didn't use the spa or some of the facilitues, but was really impressed with the hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms clean. The breakfast was really good and catered to multiple nationalities. It was in a good location as quiet at night but walkable to bars and restaurants. Plus, parking was easy. Would recommend.
