Best fitted rooms for a modern hotel, Very well appointed, sockets in the right place, lighting brilliant, bathroom well fitted, good practical balcony. The buffet not good for a 4 star hotel. Stayed at this hotel recently and it does exactly what you need for a lively Benidorm break. Great central location close to the beach and nightlife, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. It can be a bit noisy, but that’s expected given the area. Overall, great value for a fun stay.

The hotel was nice and location was great. However for us the food was the biggest let down. We paid full board but we hardly ate there because it was not food that we would eat. Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. We love Magic Natura and have been several times. It is one of our Grand children's favorite places to stay when they are in spain. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. The staff were very helpfull. Underground parking was available. The indoor pool was actually heated and not warm to cold. Joel at the front check in counter was very friendly and very helpful. All the Staff spoke perfect English.

We had a nice week here. Great service from the staff. Outdoor pool was to cold for us but there was a heated inside pool we could enjoy. Lots of sunbeds outside. Good buffet restaurant, with plenty to choose from. Room was big and the view nice. Location was perfec for us, close to a small harbour, two beaches with long boardwalk. 3 busses close by, so you could either walk about 2km to old town...

Hotel Ifach was okay but not as good as you might expect. The rooms were spacious and clean, and one of the male cleaners was especially kind. Housekeeping was fine most of the time, though sometimes rushed, and there was a wooden tray with black mold. The balcony door was old and slightly rusted, and the handle didn’t work properly. The elevators were slow, moved shakily between floors, and the doors...

We had an absolutely amazing break here! The hotel is super clean, staff are amazing, food was delicious and the beds where actual comfy! We came as a group of adults but will definitely return with our daughter in the future!

Great hotel excellent location staff very attentative food good choice. I would recommend upgrading to pool view superior room they are massive rooms with great views. We loved the fact when using the lifts you could only access you floor level with your room fob .

Lovely hotel with staff so friendly our room was on the 17th floor lovely view and really comfortable beds with a huge bathroom . We usually go to the Princessa, so this was a smaller hotel for us, but we still enjoyed it. We like RH hotels and will return again. The food is excellent. Buffet style with cook stations for bacon (breakfast) fish and meat (lunch and dinner). Paella is available each day and is good. The hotel is kept very clean. We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. Bathroom had double sink, bath and shower with toilet and bidet. Hair dryer, kettle, fridge and free safe. Enough closet space. Our balcony had a good view and we could see the sea and pool. Bar areas good...

Another lovely stay at the Victoria.The kettle in my room would not stay on i spoke to Marcus the assistant manager and he bought a new one to my room.Lovely comfortable bed and a nice big room. Plenty of choice in the dining room. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff are all friendly. I cant comment on the entertainment as i went out in the evening. Will defo be returning again
