We were staying at this hotel only because of a dance festival and we were quite satisfied. We enjoyed a nice sea view, also the hotel viewpoint available only for 1€ pp for hotel guests, good location and also some unusual room equipment such as red light in the bathroom preventing from sleep disruptions when going there at night. The only annoying thing was having to wait for the elevators, sometimes...
Wow. Just had an hour in the spa and then the most amazing massage from Anna. What a wonderfully relaxing experience. Very friendly attentive staff. Anna and Elena, very professional, made me feel very welcome and relaxed. My massage was definitely the best massage I have ever had. Even a bit of reflexology on the feet too which was a nice touch. Very impressed and would definitely recommend you pay...
If I could leave you more than five stars I would! We stayed January 30th until 6th February and we're missing it already! The staff are lovely, a special shout out to the stunning Emilia Clarke lookalike on reception, talk about a sweet, helpful lady. Food and drink were lovely and we were thoroughly spoilt and cannot wait to come back! Rooms were more like apartments. So spacious and immaculately...
We had a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel Bali! 🏖️ The hotel is truly impressive with its height and views — from the upper floors you can enjoy breathtaking panoramas of Benidorm and the sea. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were very friendly, check-in was quick, and they were always happy to help with any questions. Today was my birthday...
This was are first time at this hotel. I would say that this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The room is very old fashioned. It has no wi fi in the rooms. The reception area is lovely but unfortunately there is not enough staff for it. It’s such a big hotel but not enough staff. The pool area and the shops are really nice. The Spa on the 19th floor was really nice but you have to pay something like ...
Impressive foyer & lovely reception staff. Great breakfast, English sausages, hash browns & even black pudding. Nice big room although a bit dated. Comfy bed

Good location close to the sea and the big swimming pool are especially important in summer. Hotel is 10 to 15 min by car and 1 hour on foot from Peniscola. Hotel attracts mainly tourists who stay there for half or full board. Most activities for those tourists do not happen in wintertime. Buffet breakfast is huge but of average quality. WiFi quality is also average. Rooms are spacious and most have...
Hotel is huge .Over Christmas had a lovely time. Good service, food staff very friendly. Room excellent.
Out of season, many places are closed but this hotel was open and busy. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was really good too. About an hours walk from Peniscola city centre or Beniscarlo train station but located right on the beach so a great walk either way. Very friendly service and good for value.
Went here with my own family and my parents. Very nice hotel directly at the beach. Fantastic rooms, great beds, very nice bathrooms with bath and seperate shower. We booked all-inclusive which was very handy for our drinks. Breakfast was very good. We were satisfied with the lunch and dinner buffet but my parents weren't. Honestly there is enough choice but they could do a bit better. What was very...
All guests are required to wear wristbands upon check-in, which is very uncomfortable and I don't understand the purpose. After checking in, we went to our rooms and had breakfast before going to the restaurant, where they only asked for room numbers. I have no idea what the purpose of these wristbands is. I told the front desk that they were treating guests like hospital patients or people wearing...
Had a great weekend! The room was very spacious and comfortable,I was lucky to get one on the beach side of the hotel! Unfortunately, there were no international channels on the TV and no smart TV options. However, the hotel is perfectly located, just a few steps from the beach. Breakfast was okay, though quite crowded. The hotel is large, so don’t expect to get everywhere in a minute. Parking costs...

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was good. Very good selections. Easy walk to old town.
The bedroom was large, the beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. The bathroom was large and the bathtub could have been replaced by a shower plate, which is far more comfortable and helps save water. The buffets had a variety of delicious food dishes, fruits, cheeses and desserts. The waiters were attentive and helpful but short on staff to clear and prepare the tables. There...
Very nice stay and beautiful hotel. Kids club is great at this hotel. Marcos and Eva are so good with kids. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel and a good place for your little ones!
We stayed at the Meliá Benidorm as a group of 13 and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. The hotel was immaculate throughout, spotless rooms, comfortable beds and everything maintained to a really high standard. You can tell they take pride in the place. The location is perfect. It’s close enough to everything you need but still feels relaxed. There’s a Lidl directly across the road which was so handy...
Meliá Benidorm - a nice enough hotel but we felt it was long overdue for refurbishment. Our room 2253 was clean and comfortable with great views but felt very dated. Rituals toiletries in the bathroom was a nice touch. We woke to an awful smell on the first morning, I believe this to be down to the room not being used for a while and the plumbing having not been flushed through - after flushing everything...
We enjoyed our stay in february 2026 a lot. The price was very reasonable for what we got in return ( great variety of food, heated swimming pool, entertaonment for kids, gaming zone) . We took all inclusive option. The top great things about the hotel were: 1. We stayed here for 10 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Here are some of the tricky bits: We Struggled to find breakfast. Wandered around and around. Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. Room service in the evening was very reasonably priced. This was our second visit within a month, and if the same golf break deal is available, we will go next month as well
First time we stayed here, and if possible we will be back . What we didn’t understand: the first day we were directed to Botanic restaurant for BF, the second day we had to go to Mosaic restaurant for BF and the final day that restaurant was closed when we arrived for BF so we went to the Botanic again were we were welcomed .. so that was a bit weird. But , overall very nice location , good bedroom...
Excellent spa and massage experience. The spa in this hotel is truly top-class — calm atmosphere, very clean, and professionally run. Patricia is a real professional: strong, confident technique, works deeply and precisely, really knows how to release tension and tight muscles. One of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality and real results.
The hotel looks nice but beware! We had a 4 star room. We booked a deal with golf. We had no idea. That means a blue wristband. A gold wristband is a 5 star room. In the 4 star room there are no coffee and tea facilities. No water bottle. I think that a 4 star hotel needs te have at least a bottle of free water and tea and coffee in the room. Lovely place for families with big swimming pool and animations.. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good location near the Water park and Park of other kids activities
Honestly this place was ok. The food was a bit boring but my stay was only 6 days, what made me so unhappy was the staff especially one that worked at the bar near the swimming pool She was so rude to foreigners it was horrible
My wife and I invited our second granddaughter to this hotel for two nights for her 7th birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience with the help of the amazingly professional entertainers. Stayed here with my family as a teenager so was lovely to now bring my children here. Bus was relatively straight forward and the location is great, 15 mins to beach, old town a good walk away but plenty of food and bars on the way. Stayed for long weekend, end of February. Hotel was spotless. Lifts can be very busy. Plenty of options in the buffet for lunch and dinner. Staff were very nice, Adrian on reception was very helpful!! Great location and would stay again.
The check in was very quick, clean room overall hotel was spotless. Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast

I’ll be completely honest to say that we arrived not expecting too much however from the minute we arrived this resort delivered in many ways. Had a great time. We went over easter with 4 children and hardly saw them whilst they were enjoying the activities. The daytime entertainment was great with friendly and fun reps. The accommodation was fairly spacious and more than adequate and cleaned daily.
Great place for families of all ages, very clean site and cabins, all the staff were really friendly and helpful, food in general was good, plenty of options for all appetites, great selection of drinks, the water park was really good kids and adults loved it, evening entertainment was good, the only minor issue was that the cabin we stayed in (Sherwood) as a family of 5 was a bit cramped. Clean hotel Nice pool with good food. Spaceous and very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very good location, close to beach and the strip. Building Work going on but not much noise. Would definitely return to this hotel.
Hotel was lovely, Rooms nice pool area great. The only thing that let this hotel done was the food it was cold. After speaking to a few people who were at the hotel last year. They found a difference this year also about the food. We were there last week.we have been coming to Benidorm for almost 25 yrs I was with my sister.
Clean hotel Nice pool with good food at the poolbar. Spaceous and clean rooms. Asked for a low floor and got the second so thanks for that. Very good situation close to beach and everything. Food can be better in buffet. Works going on but not much bother.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had room 1207 with nice views. I enjoyed the dinners, but wasn't too happy about coffee and juice at breakfast. Short walk to the beach and old town. We had sometimes trouble parking, but on the end find a spot. But I guess, it is a nightmare in the summer.
Hotel is beautiful with plenty elevators so you are never waiting long for one. Wide selection of food that caters to fussy eaters and those with a more adventurous taste. Staff are all lovely. We've stayed here as a family three times now, we love it there. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do, the zoo and waterpark are particularly good. Food at the canteen is great, loads of variety. All Inclusive ultra canteen is amazing, less crowded and better coffee in the morning. Rooms are showing their age a bit, but we didn't spend much time in them any way, too much to do and see around the park

We stayed at Sandos Monaco for 3 nights as a couple in our early 20s. Overall, the hotel was disappointing and felt more like a 3-star hotel than 4-star. Good hotel at a reasonable price. Helpful staff. The menu was a bit repedative, the TV in the room a bit hit and miss as was the WiFi connection.
Just returned from a long weekend break. Hotel is clean bright and airy, the staff all the way through the ranks are brilliant. Breakfast was great with a choice of cereal or full English breakfast. Plenty of choice with pastries which were nice. This hotel is well worth the money for couple of nights stay. Great location. Friendly staff.
Just came back from a 4 night stay and we can’t really fault it the location is in the old town away from all the loud night life but it’s literally only 10 minutes walk so it’s quiet if you just need to relax but a short walk and your in the hustle and bustleof things we went at the end of November for my youngest daughters 21st and found that we were probably the youngest people in the entire hotel...
Brilliant place staff was excellent
My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. Was a bit of a walk to the main strip and the old town but we were prepared for this and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, even though it was just for 1 night. The rooms are a great size with a beach view. Very clean and comfortable beds. The pool is very nice and has a unique style. The best part was the distance from the beach.
Nice hotel facility and great staff
Perfectly clean hotel. The reception process was quick and easy. Breakfast was great with loads of choice. The Bar in the evening was just what was required after a long day. My room had everything you could want, and they even left fruit which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.
Noisy hotel due to Tikabar cutomers shouting Next door Tika bar was very loud until 7am every night made worse by some guy shouting outside it all the time. We complained and got a room change opposite side of the hotel but still heard the same guy for our 4 night's shouting and waking us up, so we had very little sleep. Gym was very tired dumbbells jumped from 17.5kg to 50kg nothing in between plus...
There weren't even slippers in the room, the hotel is average, but the pool is great
Smart and comfortable stay in North Beach Enjoyed a 5 day this smart modern hotel; staff very helpful and efficient in lobby and in the large buffet dining room. Very clean rooms and super comfortable beds gave a good rest & aircon was good. There’s ample street parking just outside (€12/night garage parking offered seemed excessive, especially for a motorbike, but neighbourhood seemed safe enough...

We were not staying at the hotel on this visit as like to have a change every now and then but have stayed several times previously the last time being in November 25 for Fiesta. We popped in a couple of times on this trip to have a drink in the bar and maybe see some of the staff we knew. We were welcomed on our visits by Alberto,Adrian and Oriel who not only remembered us but were welcoming , friendly...
We usually go to the Princessa, so this was a smaller hotel for us, but we still enjoyed it. We like RH hotels and will return again. The food is excellent. Buffet style with cook stations for bacon (breakfast) fish and meat (lunch and dinner). Paella is available each day and is good. The hotel is kept very clean. Friendly staff at all levels, making us feel very welcome. Thank you for helping...

We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. Bathroom had double sink, bath and shower with toilet and bidet. Hair dryer, kettle, fridge and free safe. Enough closet space. Our balcony had a good view and we could see the sea and pool. Bar areas good...

We have just got back from our week holiday staying at this hotel, We arrived on a late check in approx 0015hrs, 6 of us where processed fairly quickly. No intorduction to the hotel was given, just a sheet of paper with meal times and swimming times. The rooms where nice, the disappointment was NO BALCONY, never noticed in the initial booking as it wasn't memtioned that this hotel has NO balconies...
This is a great hotel for young children, loads of stuff to do. It is very difficult to find your way around the hotel, the layout is very strange. Plenty of lifts though but choosing the right one for the location was the task. Food was nice and always plenty of options. Pool bar didnt open until 11am so you couldn't get a soft drink until then which was annoying. But it was clean, tidy, staff were...
Apart from the hill climb every single member of staff were fantastic friendly from check in to check out the pool was lovely a very good temp did not struggle to find a lounger the drinks were very good indeed and very strong Our room was floor 2 stunning two big doubles loved it the shower was fantastic good power and temp and room cleaned very well the food we did eat here was ok no problem at...
Customer service not responding to my emails, which I find terribly rude. We spent 5 lovely days at the magic rock with no complaints. Food, drinks and hotel in general was lovely, staff were very happy and polite. My daughter unfortunately left behind an Apple earpod in our room 110. I’m guessing as the room had been cleaned it would be in lost property and I’ve tracked it and it’s still stating it...
Third year we've stayed at the Magic Rock. The first year being able to use the roof top and bar was great. Finding out last year that the bar was not opening was a major disappointment. The fiesta week we have always stayed. This year a group of 8 of us. Sadly again no roof top bar. We found out half way through the week that we were able to use Star bar at the beach front. This was by chance of another...
Stayed at the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens hotel in Benidorm this last week. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. The drop off point is about 300 yards away and if you're not fully mobile it's a tricky, relatively steep ascent to the hotel. Had I known this at booking I may have invested in a private...
