We stayed for 7 nights and had a really lovely time. The hotel was great, and the staff were all very polite and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. The pool was a bit on the cold side (lol), but there were always plenty of sun loungers available, which was perfect for relaxing. The food was nice, and although the room was fairly basic, it had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout...
Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad.
The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it.
Cleaning and change of bedding every day so can't complain there all in all would I stay again for the price yes.
Just a one night experience meeting friends, staff were very good and evening meal and breakfast both buffet style help yourself was enjoyable and plenty of choice. I did not use the bar or pool areas. There is an underground car parking facility which I used and paid by the day, unfortunately I had problems getting out of parking as the card key given did not work twice, however, a technician was...
A solo traveller staying in January. A very comfortable clean room nice comfortable bed and a tv with a few English channels. I was in for a week bed and breakfast and the food was very good plenty of choices and nice friendly staff. Being January it's not to busy either. A good location bars and restaurants close and 5 mins down to the beach front. The pool here is amazing but to cold to go in but...
First time to Benidorm, and first visit at the Sol Pelicanos. A couple of negatives, check in was very slow but I think they had issues with the computers, so you maybe best if you can check in online before you get there. Also the sound proofing was very poor between rooms, first morning we could hear nextdoor being violently sick for around 20 minutes! Positives, very clean and the breakfast choice...
Lovely stay at sol pelicanos, rooms were as expected, clean and serviceable. Food was good, as a vegetarian I always had something to eat. Service was great, very attentive. Since it's the off season we didn't use the pool, but had plenty of activities to do in the day thanks to Javi's yoga classes! Very funny and great for beginners
Value for money but would recommend coming when it's a bit warmer...

Happy with everything in the hotel. Food options were brilliant at all meals. Great location as well as it's only a few minutes walk from the main places I go to at night, so it's easy to get home.
I stayed in one of the out buildings and the noise kept me awake you can hear people walking up the stairs doors banging and traffic. There was a horrible stale smell in room.
I'd like to say thank you to all of the staff, from the cleaners who always have a smile on their faces, to staff behind the bar for their humour, to the restaurant staff who all work incredibly hard. A special thank you to Amanda once again for her excellent Customer Service and I must also mention Giselle on Reception who is such a credit to the Pueblo team. Another memorable break with friends and...
Great experience, I would say this is my preferred hotel in Benidorm. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. I loved the indoor pool. There was always lots of choices at mealtimes. Would recommend staying here, great see views from the high rooms too.
One thing is that the noise carries from the new town, but it is not too loud and didn't disturb me.
Excellent staff on reception and throughout hotel. Huge selection of choice at breakfast. Great location if you want to be in the heart of the new town. Rooms small but very clean and perfect for our short stay.
A wonderful stay, everything is here for all your needs. Room had a good pool view and was always cleaned daily. Staff service was friendly and helpful. The location is great for all the best bars and restaurants. Most guests (90%) are friendly and will talk. I was only here for 5days but i wish it was longer.

Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town.
Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.
Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.
Great one night stay last minute. Parked on street outside. Free overnight and Sundays!
Room was very dated, but clean and reasonably priced
A really nice hotel, with friends helpful staff.
The hotel and room were clean, with good facilities. A nice balcony, though the view was onto the rear. Fridge and wardrobe space were provided. A great stay.
Good location. Clean rooms and food diversity is very good. The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear your neighbours. The parking is not free and the elevators are too small. Staff is very polite and willing to help. All in all this hotel is very good. My recommendation!
Hotel was very clean and tidy . Everything you would need in an apartment.

What another amazing stay in Magic Cristal. This was our 4th year staying here from there new online check-in to the amazing staff all across the hotel, keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

No hairdryer (deposit 20 euros at reception and you can borrow it for 2 hours) no balcony and we looked on to the school. They play music calling the kids to school so no long sleeps for us. We have just got back from our holiday here and absolutely loved it!
The staff are lovely especially Anita and the cleaning lady with the glasses, we didn’t get her name. Our room was regularly cleaned.

Ive stayed here 3 times and its my go to hotel for benidorm as its in a fantastic location in-between the old and new towns and about 8 mins to levante beach.

This was my first stay at this Novotel and I must say that I had an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, thank you Elisa for all your booking help, and the rest of the team working at reception (Monica, and everyone else). Also, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were super comfortable. I will come back again very soon.
The hotel is located near a large shopping complex filled with various restaurants and stores. There is a metro station just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the city center is about 25–30 minutes away on flat ground.
The hotel itself has 12 floors, with a pleasant rooftop pool overlooking the city, as well as a nice bar that appears to be open to non guests as well...
Lovely stay with a great breakfast spread – especially the fresh fruits and good variety. The top-floor view is a real highlight! Very well connected to public transport and close to malls and restaurants. Comfortable, clean and convenient.
Novotel Valencia Llevant delivers an excellent stay marked by genuinely warm and professional service. Check-in was impressively smooth — the staff were patient, welcoming, and went out of their way to offer helpful tourist suggestions that made exploring Valencia easier. The location is another strong point: walkable to many of the city’s main attractions and just three metro stops from Joaquín Sorolla...
I had a pleasant stay at Novotel València. The room was modern, very clean, and housekeeping kept it spotless throughout my visit. I had requested months in advance to be placed on a higher floor, but I was given a first-floor room without a view. This was understandable since I arrived early and was still kindly allowed to check in ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Checkout at 12 pm was also...
Great location, close to the metro and bus. Rooms are quiet and good beds and airco. The swimming on the roof top is small but nice to have. Roof top bar is expensive, you pay 5,50 euro for a cappuccino, 5,00 euro for a tea, glass of wine or glass of beer.

I really like the lady on the bar during the day, I didn't get her name, but she made me laugh, cooking me a very large pizza.
Thanks for a lovely holiday 😘

Been coming to benidorm for years and love the servigroup hotels. Our favorite being calypso but fancied a change. The Venus doesn’t disappoint. It’s 3 star hotel and been here along time . We went at the end of October and was pleased with what we saw . The rooms have a fridge but not a kettle which would have been ideal . This was a second time. Everything was perfect. Again, excellent service from Osvaldo at the dinner. This guy delivers every time. He should get a bonus or something. Special HELLO to Osvaldo from Latvia! Also special thanks to another two guys with gray hair and glasses. They are also nice and always great service.
We've been to this hotel many times and we enjoy its no-frills value for money accommodations, high quality food, and the friendly and efficient staff. Bar prices are reasonable, too. For those who expect to see filet mignon, sirloin or entrecote steaks, or a plateful of prawns on offer at mealtimes, you will be disappointed but, considering the very competitive prices, the food on offer is of a high...
The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. On the day of departure they let us almost beg for our cold lunch and gave us pork sandwiches knowing that we are a Muslim family.
The hotel is very large, which means that when it's busy, as was the case during the San Isidro holiday weekend, there are often long queues, especially during dinner and when using the elevators. The service is good, and the staff tries their best. The food quality is what you'd expect from a three-star hotel.
Hotel almost at the end of the coast, but it has its advantages - close to wild beaches, more activity to walk to the center and more peace in the area.
The hotel is very clean, we could see how the ladies clean even the inside of the wardrobe in the room.
I would change the bedspreads.
Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (we had such a room
booked).
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment...
Pretty weak. It's saved by the location. Service, cleanliness, and facilities are all average.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location if you want to be in the heart of it all. Rooms nice and clean, Little bit of noise from a couple of the bars but not too much that you can’t sleep. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of options. We went as a group, no problems. They just operate a zero tolerance policy. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Thanks servigroup orange.

Visited last year in summer and had a fantastic stay! The rooms were so spacious and so beautiful. Had lots of wardrobe space, bathroom was big and the balcony was great. The breakfast at the hotel wasn’t the best so I’d recommend booking hotel only. The location was great too as it wasn’t too far from the strip but enough that you don’t hear any of the noise at night. The food and drinks at the pool...
What an amazing hotel. Every single staff member made it a memorable experience for us. It was our first time in Benidorm and we didn't know what to expect, but they made us feel at home the second we walked through the door. Although all the staff members including in the restaurant, the bars, the reception, and the cleaner were so polite and and helpful- we have to give a special shout out to Diego...
Booked for a stag do. Made use of the roof top bar & pool. The shower was great and powerful with an extremely comfy bed with a balcony & coffee pod machine. One of the best breakfast selections on offer which even included champagne & chocolate fountain. The 2nd bar had a great singer on for the last night when you’ve over partied in the town but still don’t want to go to bed just yet. Its location...
What a Fantastic Hotel, clean, modern, fabulous breakfast and wonderful friendly staff. The bedrooms are huge and beautiful with a lovely balcony. Visited with friends who had a birthday complementary Cava was put in their room, such a lovely touch. Great location. Couldn’t fault the hotel, highly recommend.
Thank you Hotel Arcos Gold for a brilliant stay.

No air conditioning. Rooms clean, breakfast lovely and plenty choice great location but air con not on until May!! No good when it's hot in April 🥵 room was directly facing Morgan's wouldn't been an issue, except couldn't sleep with door open because of noise but that was only downside, would however put us off staying again. (Oh and no kettle in room which was a miss)
just back from a 3 night stay with a varied age group of ladies for a hen party.Rooms a bit claustrophobic for four women 2 double beds, clean but wasn't keen on the design of the room, bathroom was small and had a frosted door which had at least an inch gap all around it, not much privacy! pool was fine, plenty of sun loungers. We went B&B and found the breakfast very good with plenty of choice although...
I have visited Benidorm on a number of occasions, staying at different hotels. This year, I joined a group of friends and booked a 4-night stay at the Calypso over the Easter weekend. We had a fantastic stay and the first thing I noticed when I arrived at the Calypso was the cleanliness - it was spotless. My room was in the Annexe building, I had requested a room overlooking the Morgans Tavern area...
Currently at the hotel staying for 11 days 2 days to go. On the 5th floor overlooking the road which is great for people watching you see some funny people . Location is perfect Cant fault hotel on anything. Spotless clean everywhere . Food is as good as anywhere i have stayed in benidorm and i have been to a lot the soups are great with fresh crispy croutons every day . Pool area huge loads of sunbeds...
I have been to the Calypso several times now and I have never been disappointed. We got a good deal with jet2 just before the prices went through the roof. We requested a room near the lift due to some mobility issues and that is what we got This is the first time we had went full board and I am glad we did . Even though not very busy at lunch the food was fab , the same with breakfast and dinner...
Room cleaning was hit & miss, some days cleaning done, other days just towels changed.
Entertainment was poor, not much variety in the evening unless you just want ballroom dancing.
On a positive note, big thanks to Caroline who was always there to help. And Lawrence on the bar is a credit to the hotel.

No space, no shelves, no wardrobe, no shower enclosure, the entire bathroom floor stays wet.
Location is not good if you want to be near any attractions. The small room is modern decor and has all you need, and the hotel provides a ticket for a welcome drink at the bar.(small prosecco). Check in took 15 minutes, and we were only ones there. Be sure to ask for a room on the backside as it is on a major street and it is noisy.
Just arrived and loving it already! The hotel looks fantastic, and the reception team made a great first impression, super helpful, welcoming, and all smiles. A perfect start to my stay. I’ll update this review with more details after my 7-day experience. Update: Amazing breakfast.
This was an opportunity to have a few days holiday in Valencia and we would certainly have no hesitation in both recommending and returning to the Hotel Malcolm and Barrret. We particularly chose this hotel because of the reviews and pictures of the breakfast choice combined with its location to the Old Town area. Absolutely nothing disappointed and all the staff were extremely helpful, courteous and...
nice cosy hotel with friendly team
We had a great time at this hotel. It exceeded our expectations!
The room was being cleaned everyday and they would also change the towels on a daily basis.
The staff was very kind and helped us with everything we needed.
The food at their restaurant was amazing. We had breakfast once and we also had dinner there twice.
They also have a service for renting bikes, which we did and it was really helpful...

Outside pool had plenty of loungers but isn’t heated so too cold for December. Indoor spa pool small but hot and nice
Upon entering the hotel, the staff was very welcoming and we were quickly checked into our room.
When I went downstairs to buy dinner, I discovered there was a buffet. Of course, I'd only booked breakfast. 😅 The room was okay. It was a shame that the terrace was completely covered by an umbrella that obscured the entire pool view. But the pool and spa were the most enjoyable, and the weather was wonderful...
The Hotel was as expected for the package we had purchased. Food was varied and well cooked although on several occasions the serving trays had become cool/cold. Staff were excellent in their service in the Dining room and with drinks and we had no complaints at all. Location is just right, being a comfortable walk from the town centre and our balcony room had a lovely view over the gardens and...
Our goto place in Denia
Each stay is always great. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Beds super comfy. Bathroom is large and has everything you may need. Our go to place when staying in Denia
Staff at check in were very friendly and efficient.
Room was a little tired and small for a family space but clean.
Pool is very busy with lots of families, good facilities for kids.
Gym is very basic
There is an electric car charger and car park.
Walkable to beach and marina.
We didnt eat dinner but breakfast was ok, average variety and quality, it was very busy at 10am.
My only significant...
Love the pools!
Restaurant area was a bit basic - more like a canteen. Very very limited vegetarian options

Very clean. Great location with a bus stop right outside to take you to the centre or the old town. Room was great, comfy bed and good shower. Would definitely stay here again
While the room was impressively clean and featured a lovely balcony view, the sleeping arrangements were a major letdown. The "double bed" was actually two singles pushed together with 2 separate mattresses, and because they were on wheels, they constantly moved apart during the night!
Great location for a beach holiday, but it's a bit far from the city center. However, public transport is very convenient.
Got the room towards the back (It has a large balcony, but the sea view is really just very partial)
Still, the room, was spotless clean.
Beds were ok comfy, not great, not terrible.
Bathroom was newly renovated, very nice shower.
Aircon (for heating) worked very well.
No fridge (just for those really wanting one)
Location is good, 5min from Tram stops, 3min from the beach.
Overall, a solid no nonsense...
Good place, actually only thing that brings the score down is the lack of isolation in the rooms. Especially the showers/toilets. If i lay in bed and have the shower door open it's like u have ur neighbour's inside ur room...
And the breakfast is very basic but still OK.
The hotel was fine and in a good location near to the beach. However, my elderly and disabled mum who was in a wheelchair struggled as they only had a single disabled room on a separate floor to all of us even though she needed our assistance. She struggled with the steps up to the dining area which was more like a school canteen. When she felt weak one morning and couldn’t eat her breakfast, she took...
