The hotel was alright, the pool is nice. The rooms smelt a bit odd, the room was extremely hot, and the food was average. That said the price is good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pablo, have stayed before and will most likely stay again. We never had trouble finding food to eat although quality is not what it used to be, it was still to a good standard though. Hotel was overun with young spanish football teams at the weekend so the restaurant was very noisy. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

I have stayed here 3 times now, enjoy a chilled holiday, so the location is ideal for me. I love the location so close to the beach. I should learn more Spanish. We have spent our second year in the Venus and as usual it has been superb. Today we have had our five course Christmas 🎄 lunch which absolutely delicious 😋 the staff really put on a show and they know how to look after you. The location is good, near the beach and a nice walk to old town. Quite nice activities especially in the pool area. The hotel is very crowded and noisy but still ok standard. Some of the staff are nice and polite whereas some are rude and not serviceminded at all. This hotel is spotless clean, the staff are always very smart and welcoming. Even when they are very busy, like in the restaurant they still have time to be friendly with customers, one lady during our stay, used a walker to get around and the young man waiter watched out for her constantly to assist her. The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. We have recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Magic Tropical Splash. We are a family of 6 (child ages 17, 13, 12 & 6) and stayed in a 3 bed apartment on an AI basis. Well i have to say on reading the last review I was worried !! I am here now with my friend we are both in our 60's and english we have a room on the 11th floor. The room is basic but clean. As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. It struck a great balance between convenience and a more relaxed atmosphere.

I really liked this hotel it was great value for money. The breakfast was great WiFi and air-conditioning was fantastic. This hotel was extremely clean with lovely friendly staff. Having stayed at the Cabana several times now, I can find little fault. The location is good. The rooms would benefit from updating but are large with ample storage. The balconies are of a very generous size and private. They would however, benefit from improved furniture. There is a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. Really nice hotel we stayed for 4 days. Food was really good with a great selection especially at breakfast 😋 and the pool outside was excellent 👌. Only downside is the lack of English at reception, some didn't understand anything i said which made life difficult & the beach is a long trek not great in 30+ degrees and a long walk uphill to the hotel. Overall a lovely hotel!

Stayed for a few days between Christmas and New year. Found all the staff very friendly and helpful , we had a minor problem with our room where we had no electricity. Which was resolved very quickly. Room was spacious with a large balcony , it was spotlessly clean but the furniture ( coffee table/side tables) could do with updating. Would have liked a kettle in the room but that is just our preference...

We stayed over Christmas and it was everything we expected for the reasonable price we payed. The hotel is a trek away from the Old Town and Levante beach and the "*****", but it only 5 mins from Poniente- downhill onway to beach and up hill back.
