Stayed here with a group of male friends. The property did everything we needed it to do for us and the pool area and public areas were good. The breakfast was adequate and plentiful but we wished there’d been a better selection of fresh fruit. What fruit there was often ran out and they weren’t quick to replace it. There was some mould around the bath and the balcony door didn’t lock but we were...
Short Stay in Benidorm. Small single room, more than adequate for short stay in Benidorm. Lifts slow & some of the time inoperative. Great access to the night life, beach. Hotel pools lovely, breakfast good standard. Ten mins & 10 euros to old town in a cab, worth a visit.
Stayed in Sept 2025 We stayed in the pelicanos hotel in August 2025 for 5 nights. The hotel was very noisy! People coming and going all night long banging doors, had to go to reception at 04.30am as neighbours came in arguing, the hotel staff did deal with this swiftly, security banging on door within 5 minutes of me reporting it, and resolved issue. I should have realised it would have been noisy...
The hotel was fine, but the staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I made a mistake when booking and they didn't help me at all. They gave me a number to contact people who could resolve it, but they didn't answer the phone. They gave me another number, and it belonged to a private individual. They were very unhelpful and unsympathetic, since as the hotel where I booked, they should have a way to...
Mayhem!!! The only word for this hotel. If you are looking for a good nights sleep or relaxing holiday then dont book this hotel. Been here one night and we want to leave. Rooms are clean enough but need upgraded. Several things not working in the room. The hotel itself looked good when we arrived late last night. Looked quite different when we stepped outside to reception and main entrance today....
Hotel staff were outstanding. Activity crew do a great job keeping the guests entertained. The kids has a great time.

Hotel was very clean and tidy . Everything you would need in an apartment.
Amazing hotel lovely staff central for everything gorgeous pools brilliant great entertainment
Overall a nice budget friendly hotel with pros and cons, the pros are location, fantastically located giving you the option of both new town and old town in walking distance, the staff were brilliant putting in a lot of effort for entertainment and communication, the pool and breakfast were really nice and clean. A few cons are that the room could do with a update the walls had marks and other areas...
Iactually staed at the POSEIDON PALACE as POSEIDON RESORT was full. Same company same quality.
Nice hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Could do with up grading but ample for a weekend break. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely hotel. Very clean Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are lovely with everything you need. Mini fridge, safe , hair dryer , shampoo , shower gel. 10 minute walk to the main strip. Fabulous , clean pool areas. Deducted one star because hotel only have local beers. No coors or budwiser. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Will definitely return.

Very clean and friendly, but really noisy inconsiderate guests.
Great stay and location Staff courteous and very happy. Always available if there was an issue. I had a problem with my safe but it was solved promptly and politely. Loved the overall feel Of the hotel and will be back.
Very clean, rooms cleaned daily + towels & sheets changed. Absolutely no issues and the hotel food was amazing. Thank you!
My 4 night stay Room plus hotel very clean, pool area could do with a more regular sweeping I was put out that I could not get a kettle had to go out and buy one ( I needed hot water for my medication) other than that I was very impressed staff very good and helpful.
The hotel was alright, the pool is nice. The rooms smelt a bit odd, the room was extremely hot, and the food was average. That said the price is good.
We enjoyed our stay at the Pablo, have stayed before and will most likely stay again. We never had trouble finding food to eat although quality is not what it used to be, it was still to a good standard though. Hotel was overun with young spanish football teams at the weekend so the restaurant was very noisy. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

I have stayed here 3 times now, enjoy a chilled holiday, so the location is ideal for me. I love the location so close to the beach. I should learn more Spanish. I really like the lady on the bar during the day, I didn't get her name, but she made me laugh, cooking me a very large pizza. Thanks for a lovely holiday 😘
Perfect hotel in a perfect location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok.
Hotel was 10 minutes in taxi from main centre. Which we walked a few times 20 minutes walk , beaches were fantastic so clean and had a few bars along it which self food and drink , the hotel was decent , only thing was breakfast time takes were not cleaned a lot of time and was food on floor at times which should have been cleaned up , ppl at front desk were helpful and nice , it was august time so...
We have stayed here before and it’s a lovely hotel near the beach staff are lovely room cleaning is very good.entertainment is good especially for children would come back here again
Lovely big hotel. Good size pool & plenty of sun beds. Rooms are basic but have what you need including toiletries. Dined in restaurant 3 times but food was Luke warm at best but good buffet for 17 euros. Bring your own towels or walk into Guardamar & buy one for 6.99 euros. Direct beach access & all rooms have side sea view. Downside. Parking is 8 euros a day. There is free parking outside but it...

We stayed at the hotel over the Christmas break and really had a very enjoyable stay. Came on the 21 December for a week over Christmas first time ive been back to the venus in 10 years fantastic stay great room even included a gala Christmas dinner which was first class and a great day and the bar staff where brilliant
Brilliant hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. The room although not big was comfortable and constantly clean. The hotel is perfectly placed near the ***** but not too close to get the noise. If you go to Benidorm you must stay at this hotel
Our stay was from 30th September to 14th October. We had a ground floor room with veranda. Bed was comfy bathroom clean and the shower was powerful and stable temperature. Absolutely 1st class, the staff are amazing, food is a very high standard, and the rooms are lovely. Lovely hotel about 10-15 minutes to beach very friendly staff and the food is very good something for everyone Wouk go back again
It's a 3* hotel so was actually above our expectations. Very attentive staff, excellent breakfast choice and easy walk into the old town. Happy to recommend 👌
We stayed 2 nights in August at Port Fiesta Park and it was a good budget-friendly choice. The room was clean, cool, and they kindly added an extra bed for our child at no cost. Breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and there were plenty of activities in the lounge, plus a gym and an indoor kids’ playground. The beach is about a 10-minute relaxed walk, although very busy. Downsides were the noise...
The place was nice, but crowded, especially with children. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place. Everything else was great.
This hotel was truly excellent. My only complaint is that there were no parking spaces available at the hotel; we had to go quite far to find one! I also want to mention that the breakfast was fabulous.
Everything is normal, but it's a family hotel. NOT FOR ADULTS, as they say.

Had a lovely 4 nights here returning yesterday. We had a double junior room which was upgraded to a park view. There was a kettle and coffee pods and a fridge. Every day the fridge was refilled with cans of Pepsi, lemon...
This my second review having stayed last year. Again I have had a lovely holiday throughly enjoyed the drinks and food. The location is amazing for access into the old town, to the beach and a great location to watch the parade. The staff were all excellent (yes check in is slow and processes could be improved for example not having to email across your reservation while at the desk?) Fernanda...
The hotel décor is tired , the bar staff are friendly especially Anita, who is a diamond. Our room had no lock on the patio doors and an extractor taped to the opposite side. The lifts are slow and limited to 6 people so are often full. We were on the 7th floor so nice and close to the roof bar and pool. Over all the best I can say is it is tired
This is a very outdated hotel everything needs updating, its in a great location, in the old town five minutes to the beach and bars and shops . Unfortunately, this is not enough for a lot of people. The queue's at reception is always long as is the que for drinks at the bar made more difficult by the fact the coffee and tea facilities are also at bar this takes ages! why they don't have self-service...
My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life. Rooms are spotless, the food is a hit and a miss, had some nice lunch but I’m a fussy eater, so wasn’t a fan any other time. The drinks were so strong & was never thirsty lol. Hotel a little dated but was clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. No welcome pack only a few cans of fizzy drink in the fridge & a bottle of prosecco which was fine. The hotel is in a wonderful location - a feeling of space all around, modern and clean. The rooms are a good size, small balcony with glass panels and all have a sea view and can see Poniente Beach and Benidorm Island. A safe can be rented cheaply and has basic key operation. The bathroom is fully equipped with rainfall shower in some rooms, (ordinary in others) and has inadequate lighting. The wifi...
Incredible views, the best choice we made was to book at this hotel, I would always go back there.
The location is good, near the beach and a nice walk to old town. Quite nice activities especially in the pool area. The hotel is very crowded and noisy but still ok standard. Some of the staff are nice and polite whereas some are rude and not serviceminded at all. Cleaning of the rooms can also be better, inconsequent- sometimes ok and sometimes for example the trash was left. Overall ok hotel
Hotel Poseidón Playa is a 3-star beachfront hotel ideally located opposite Poniente Beach in Benidorm, offering stunning Mediterranean Sea views from all 312 rooms. My friends and I had a wonderful holiday First time staying at the Calypso. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel and would definitely stay here again Thank you to all the staff at the hotel who made our stay so enjoyable
Whot a exceptional hotel , a monumental effort for new year's gala dinner pre cocktails, canapés, and 5 course dinner , excellent service, how the staff coped but they made it effortless, rooms comfortable, bathrooms endless hot water even when the hotel is full, cleaned every day ,towels at least 3 times I'm a week , communal areas spotless, aircon and heating controlled individually, all staff...
Had a lovely stay over xmas, food, service & accomodation was lovely. Unfortunately I probably won't return. Not having a kettle in the bedroom was an inconvenience for me & having to pay for water at the evening meal was a disappointment. This hotel is spotless clean, the staff are always very smart and welcoming. Even when they are very busy, like in the restaurant they still have time to be friendly with customers, one lady during our stay, used a walker to get around and the young man waiter watched out for her constantly to assist her. The food was brilliant and catered for everyone. Will definitely be back.
Great Hotel in a great Location. Beds were Comfy. Wash Facilites were clean and Good. The Hotel was Clean. The Staff were very Helpful. We only had a Breakfast there. The Food was Edible. But not brilliant. But they had a large option for people. The only small gripe is no Tea or Coffee Facilities in the Rooms. But apart from that. It was a brilliant place to stay.

Special HELLO to Osvaldo from Latvia! Also special thanks to another two guys with gray hair and glasses. They are also nice and always great service.
We've been to this hotel many times and we enjoy its no-frills value for money accommodations, high quality food, and the friendly and efficient staff. Bar prices are reasonable, too. For those who expect to see filet mignon, sirloin or entrecote steaks, or a plateful of prawns on offer at mealtimes, you will be disappointed but, considering the very competitive prices, the food on offer is of a high...
The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. On the day of departure they let us almost beg for our cold lunch and gave us pork sandwiches knowing that we are a Muslim family.
Hotel almost at the end of the coast, but it has its advantages - close to wild beaches, more activity to walk to the center and more peace in the area. The hotel is very clean, we could see how the ladies clean even the inside of the wardrobe in the room. I would change the bedspreads. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (we had such a room booked). Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment...

I’ve been on multiple all-inclusive holidays and some 5 star ones but this is still my favourite. You get what you pay for really. Rooms clean and cleaned everyday. Pool was lovely, nice small hotel so not too busy. Great location - close to the strip and all main restaurants/bars. Entertainment is no good but there’s so much going on elsewhere we didn’t stay in for that. We paid for breakfast - food quality was a big let down. Would stay here again though for the price.
Booked 4 nights 3 days, Full board at the Beginning of December. The Hotel is basically fine, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the Food was acceptable. It was very reasonably priced and I don't have any complaints. I did jump in the pool and swam one length. It was freezing. The hotel is good enough that I would go back. For the money it was great.
Great location close to lavante beach. Pool and outside beautiful, Rooms are tired as you can see, some rooms small with no balcony or views but you can pay at reception for a from facing and view room if needed and wanted. Food was good, lots of choice, lots of Spanish people in hotel, but we are in Spain not the uk, so let’s embrace the culture, the food and the atmosphere in the hotel.

The hotel is quietly tucked away in the corner of the sea front, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean, with daily house keeping. The air conditioning in the rooms is fantastic. Excellent hotel. Very clean and the rooms are most comfortable. Breakfast has an extensive choice. Dinner had a wide range of items. The food was the same as that of a four star hotel. Great value hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
thank you so much gala placidia for a good stay i would like to say a big well done to Daryl and esther on the bar you both do a amazing job and a big thank you to all the staff at the hotel a big thank you well done keep up the good work happy chrismas and new year 10 out off 10
Small hotel in great location ,quiet no hassle and staff really helpful.very clean and food was varied which give you choice
Love this hotel booked to go back in February again for the 5th time. Location is brilliant not far from beach and the *****. All staff are so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always so clean. Counting the days until I go back.
Been here 3 times. Service, food, lounge, bar, activities 1st class. Daryl (waiter) service also 1st class. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys good food and excellent service. Hotel rooms are also clean and maintained to 5* standard 👌 Cant wait to come next November.
Just returned from a lovely stay at Gala Placidia. It had everything we needed. Clean, comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing we found that I can fault was the all inclusive food stopped at 9.30 pm which is way too early in my opinion. The bar is open until 12am so maybe snacks could also be served until then. We were starving by 11pm. A little music during the day in the...

Was quite worried after reading the reviews but actually it was fine,we were dropped off by the transfer at the bottom of 53 steps to drag our luggage up which was not great but the hotel staff were pleasant and the lady who cleaned our room 316 was very nice and kept the room tidy with fresh towels every day. Pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds. We were B&B and plenty of choice for breakfast...
YES! Nice people, good value for money, clean, Everything was great: food and drinks, pool, entertainment, especially the TEAM! We enjoyed a week-long vacation in Benidorm, SPAIN, Costa Blanca area. Having a family anniversary, we were convinced by our travel agent to choose Hotel CABANA, one of BALI GROUP hotels, one of the reasons was "You will meet nice people there". It was a good choice. I have...
Well i have to say on reading the last review I was worried !! I am here now with my friend we are both in our 60's and english we have a room on the 11th floor. The room is basic but clean. Big balcony nice sea view. Reception staff are lovely and friendly. Pool area is OK. Yes there are children playing it is summer holidays . Breakfast is plentiful. Only a short walk to the beach. I would recommend...
As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. It struck a great balance between convenience and a more relaxed atmosphere.
I really liked this hotel it was great value for money. The breakfast was great WiFi and air-conditioning was fantastic. This hotel was extremely clean with lovely friendly staff. The bar was great value.Hotel is Close to the old town. I will definitely go back to Benidorm and stay at hotel cabana again.
Having stayed at the Cabana several times now, I can find little fault. The location is good. The rooms would benefit from updating but are large with ample storage. The balconies are of a very generous size and private. They would however, benefit from improved furniture. There is a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. Staff are caring and professional especially in the dining room....

We stayed here for a week in June , at first I was worried because there was work going on , but it was okay me and my husband enjoyed watching the trucks coming and going to the site we especially enjoyed catching the bus to the old and new town of benidorm , we found the room lovely and clean , the cleaners worked really hard , the reception staff were very professional and we were checked in quickly...
Comfy rooms, helpful staff, delicious food. Location could be better - uphill walks required. Go for a frontal sea view room if you can!
Really nice hotel we stayed for 4 days. Food was really good with a great selection especially at breakfast 😋 and the pool outside was excellent 👌. Only downside is the lack of English at reception, some didn't understand anything i said which made life difficult & the beach is a long trek not great in 30+ degrees and a long walk uphill to the hotel. Overall a lovely hotel!
Really enjoyed our time here. This hotel is 3 stars and fulfils that and more! Had everything we needed, good food, lovely pool, ample sunbeds, great drinks at the bar, clean, friendly service and helpful team all around! Only point taken away is the location is slightly out the way and located on a steep hill. But this is all easily fixed with taxis/bus service. Burned some extra calories doing some...
It was really good and decent 👌 👏 👍 we had a nice relaxing room with a view on 11th floor 👍👍👍
Some of the beds are not soft most of them

Stayed for a few days between Christmas and New year. Found all the staff very friendly and helpful , we had a minor problem with our room where we had no electricity. Which was resolved very quickly. Room was spacious with a large balcony , it was spotlessly clean but the furniture ( coffee table/side tables) could do with updating. Would have liked a kettle in the room but that is just our preference...
We were allocated a very small room with no balcony and a window that overlooked possibly a heating pipe? We paid for an upgrade which thankfully was much improved. The all inclusive is very disappointing, no daytime snacks or ice creams for children, three meals served daily but very repetitive with a canteen feel to the restaurant area. Reception staff lovely, although some others not so. We were...
We stayed over Christmas and it was everything we expected for the reasonable price we payed. The hotel is a trek away from the Old Town and Levante beach and the "*****", but it only 5 mins from Poniente- downhill onway to beach and up hill back. Its urban location made the view from the balcony not amazing, but we were expecting this. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were great, we missed...
A lovely hotel in the old town a short walk from the beach, the staff are fantastic, polite, happy & helpful. The restaurant was very good with a great range of food, again the staff here were lovely. The rooms were lovely but all I would say is don't settle for a inside courtyard room, if you can afford it upgrade to a balcony room they are much bigger and have everything you need including a kettle...
Nice hotel, polite staff, good selection of food overall nice hotel only thing I would say is I quite like to go to the gym if there is one this didn't have one I knew this but on the last day I read the welcome book and it said there that there is possibility to use the sister hotels one. Whish I had seen this before, was told or it was more probably displaded as I would have taken this opportunity...
Hotel was clean no info given by staff who preferred to ignore English guests pool snack bar was breckfast food that sat there till 6pm bar staff misserable unhelpful pool was size of a hot tub no jokes no music or atmosphere untill more English guests came no a place for children just stag dos mostly all alcohol watered down only allowed drink every 15min n vodka was out of a box like coke a cola...
