The hotel is close to the sea. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from your room. It takes just a few minutes' walk to get to Peniscola Castle. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. The hotel is very large, which means that when it's busy, as was the case during the San Isidro holiday weekend, there are often long queues, especially during dinner and when using the elevators. We love Magic Natura and have been several times. It is one of our Grand children's favorite places to stay when they are in spain. It was especially great this time as we had a day pass to the new park 'Pirates Island' next door to magic natura and it was a brilliant day. We have and would recommend the parks to everyone

Bright, clean bedroom. Exceptional buffet at both breakfast and evening meal. Pool and outdoor facilities extremely clean and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff.

The hotel had a lovely feel about it. Homely. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The bedroom was furnished well. Bed was gorgeous.and the bathroom had all we needed. Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

Lovely pool. Cooked breakfast was quite cold , hot plates not doing job of keeping food warm , therefore omelettes were the best choice
