We were staying at this hotel only because of a dance festival and we were quite satisfied. We enjoyed a nice sea view, also the hotel viewpoint available only for 1€ pp for hotel guests, good location and also some unusual room equipment such as red light in the bathroom preventing from sleep disruptions when going there at night. The only annoying thing was having to wait for the elevators, sometimes...
Wow. Just had an hour in the spa and then the most amazing massage from Anna. What a wonderfully relaxing experience. Very friendly attentive staff. Anna and Elena, very professional, made me feel very welcome and relaxed. My massage was definitely the best massage I have ever had. Even a bit of reflexology on the feet too which was a nice touch. Very impressed and would definitely recommend you pay...
If I could leave you more than five stars I would! We stayed January 30th until 6th February and we're missing it already! The staff are lovely, a special shout out to the stunning Emilia Clarke lookalike on reception, talk about a sweet, helpful lady. Food and drink were lovely and we were thoroughly spoilt and cannot wait to come back! Rooms were more like apartments. So spacious and immaculately...
We had a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel Bali! 🏖️ The hotel is truly impressive with its height and views — from the upper floors you can enjoy breathtaking panoramas of Benidorm and the sea. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were very friendly, check-in was quick, and they were always happy to help with any questions. Today was my birthday...
This was are first time at this hotel. I would say that this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The room is very old fashioned. It has no wi fi in the rooms. The reception area is lovely but unfortunately there is not enough staff for it. It’s such a big hotel but not enough staff. The pool area and the shops are really nice. The Spa on the 19th floor was really nice but you have to pay something like ...
Impressive foyer & lovely reception staff. Great breakfast, English sausages, hash browns & even black pudding. Nice big room although a bit dated. Comfy bed

We stayed for 7 nights and had a really lovely time. The hotel was great, and the staff were all very polite and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. The pool was a bit on the cold side (lol), but there were always plenty of sun loungers available, which was perfect for relaxing. The food was nice, and although the room was fairly basic, it had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout...
Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad. The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it. Cleaning and change of bedding every day so can't complain there all in all would I stay again for the price yes.
Just a one night experience meeting friends, staff were very good and evening meal and breakfast both buffet style help yourself was enjoyable and plenty of choice. I did not use the bar or pool areas. There is an underground car parking facility which I used and paid by the day, unfortunately I had problems getting out of parking as the card key given did not work twice, however, a technician was...
A solo traveller staying in January. A very comfortable clean room nice comfortable bed and a tv with a few English channels. I was in for a week bed and breakfast and the food was very good plenty of choices and nice friendly staff. Being January it's not to busy either. A good location bars and restaurants close and 5 mins down to the beach front. The pool here is amazing but to cold to go in but...
First time to Benidorm, and first visit at the Sol Pelicanos. A couple of negatives, check in was very slow but I think they had issues with the computers, so you maybe best if you can check in online before you get there. Also the sound proofing was very poor between rooms, first morning we could hear nextdoor being violently sick for around 20 minutes! Positives, very clean and the breakfast choice...
Lovely stay at sol pelicanos, rooms were as expected, clean and serviceable. Food was good, as a vegetarian I always had something to eat. Service was great, very attentive. Since it's the off season we didn't use the pool, but had plenty of activities to do in the day thanks to Javi's yoga classes! Very funny and great for beginners Value for money but would recommend coming when it's a bit warmer...

Good location close to the sea and the big swimming pool are especially important in summer. Hotel is 10 to 15 min by car and 1 hour on foot from Peniscola. Hotel attracts mainly tourists who stay there for half or full board. Most activities for those tourists do not happen in wintertime. Buffet breakfast is huge but of average quality. WiFi quality is also average. Rooms are spacious and most have...
Hotel is huge .Over Christmas had a lovely time. Good service, food staff very friendly. Room excellent.
Out of season, many places are closed but this hotel was open and busy. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was really good too. About an hours walk from Peniscola city centre or Beniscarlo train station but located right on the beach so a great walk either way. Very friendly service and good for value.
Went here with my own family and my parents. Very nice hotel directly at the beach. Fantastic rooms, great beds, very nice bathrooms with bath and seperate shower. We booked all-inclusive which was very handy for our drinks. Breakfast was very good. We were satisfied with the lunch and dinner buffet but my parents weren't. Honestly there is enough choice but they could do a bit better. What was very...
All guests are required to wear wristbands upon check-in, which is very uncomfortable and I don't understand the purpose. After checking in, we went to our rooms and had breakfast before going to the restaurant, where they only asked for room numbers. I have no idea what the purpose of these wristbands is. I told the front desk that they were treating guests like hospital patients or people wearing...
Had a great weekend! The room was very spacious and comfortable,I was lucky to get one on the beach side of the hotel! Unfortunately, there were no international channels on the TV and no smart TV options. However, the hotel is perfectly located, just a few steps from the beach. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was good. Very good selections. Easy walk to old town.
The bedroom was large, the beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. The bathroom was large and the bathtub could have been replaced by a shower plate, which is far more comfortable and helps save water. The buffets had a variety of delicious food dishes, fruits, cheeses and desserts. The waiters were attentive and helpful but short on staff to clear and prepare the tables. There...
Very nice stay and beautiful hotel. Kids club is great at this hotel. Marcos and Eva are so good with kids. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel and a good place for your little ones!
We stayed at the Meliá Benidorm as a group of 13 and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. The hotel was immaculate throughout, spotless rooms, comfortable beds and everything maintained to a really high standard. You can tell they take pride in the place. The location is perfect. It’s close enough to everything you need but still feels relaxed. There’s a Lidl directly across the road which was so handy...
Meliá Benidorm - a nice enough hotel but we felt it was long overdue for refurbishment. Our room 2253 was clean and comfortable with great views but felt very dated. Rituals toiletries in the bathroom was a nice touch. We woke to an awful smell on the first morning, I believe this to be down to the room not being used for a while and the plumbing having not been flushed through - after flushing everything...
We enjoyed our stay in february 2026 a lot. The price was very reasonable for what we got in return ( great variety of food, heated swimming pool, entertaonment for kids, gaming zone) . Happy with everything in the hotel. Food options were brilliant at all meals. Great location as well as it's only a few minutes walk from the main places I go to at night, so it's easy to get home.
I stayed in one of the out buildings and the noise kept me awake you can hear people walking up the stairs doors banging and traffic. There was a horrible stale smell in room.
I'd like to say thank you to all of the staff, from the cleaners who always have a smile on their faces, to staff behind the bar for their humour, to the restaurant staff who all work incredibly hard. A special thank you to Amanda once again for her excellent Customer Service and I must also mention Giselle on Reception who is such a credit to the Pueblo team. Great experience, I would say this is my preferred hotel in Benidorm. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. I loved the indoor pool. There was always lots of choices at mealtimes. Would recommend staying here, great see views from the high rooms too. One thing is that the noise carries from the new town, but it is not too loud and didn't disturb me.
Excellent staff on reception and throughout hotel. Huge selection of choice at breakfast. Great location if you want to be in the heart of the new town. Rooms small but very clean and perfect for our short stay.
A wonderful stay, everything is here for all your needs. Room had a good pool view and was always cleaned daily. Staff service was friendly and helpful. The location is great for all the best bars and restaurants. Most guests (90%) are friendly and will talk. I was only here for 5days but i wish it was longer.

Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. Room service in the evening was very reasonably priced. This was our second visit within a month, and if the same golf break deal is available, we will go next month as well
First time we stayed here, and if possible we will be back . What we didn’t understand: the first day we were directed to Botanic restaurant for BF, the second day we had to go to Mosaic restaurant for BF and the final day that restaurant was closed when we arrived for BF so we went to the Botanic again were we were welcomed .. so that was a bit weird. Excellent spa and massage experience. The spa in this hotel is truly top-class — calm atmosphere, very clean, and professionally run. Patricia is a real professional: strong, confident technique, works deeply and precisely, really knows how to release tension and tight muscles. One of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality and real results.

Honestly this place was ok. The food was a bit boring but my stay was only 6 days, what made me so unhappy was the staff especially one that worked at the bar near the swimming pool She was so rude to foreigners it was horrible
My wife and I invited our second granddaughter to this hotel for two nights for her 7th birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience with the help of the amazingly professional entertainers. Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.
Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.
Great one night stay last minute. Parked on street outside. Free overnight and Sundays! Room was very dated, but clean and reasonably priced
A really nice hotel, with friends helpful staff. The hotel and room were clean, with good facilities. A nice balcony, though the view was onto the rear. Fridge and wardrobe space were provided. A great stay.
Good location. Clean rooms and food diversity is very good. The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear your neighbours. The parking is not free and the elevators are too small. Staff is very polite and willing to help. All in all this hotel is very good. My recommendation!

The Papa Luna is a bit of a Peñiscola institution. Very comfortable rooms, great location, pleasant staff and amazing food at the buffet. Your waistline won't thank you if you stay too long! Highly recommend.
Due to the "quality" of the food, all of us we had daily gases and indigestions. Also, have the same deserts every each day is not at all a pleasent experience!
Perfect for a two stars hotel. Clean and well located.
Fabulous hotel, just in front of the beach and views to the castle. Great food quality with lot of choices and friendly staff.
Bathroom floor need to be renoved. A lot of noise from next door, not isolated. On restaurants tot many noise and to many people on the same time. Position of the hotel on the beach is perfect. Good entertainment
To receive at launch and dinner at least water and juice for free. It is strange that we need to pay for drinks at a 4-star superior hotel. The food was very good and there were a lot of new dishes from which you can choose each day. The swimming pool is nice and clean. The gym and SPA are very small and boring.

This was my first stay at this Novotel and I must say that I had an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, thank you Elisa for all your booking help, and the rest of the team working at reception (Monica, and everyone else). Also, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were super comfortable. I will come back again very soon.
The hotel is located near a large shopping complex filled with various restaurants and stores. There is a metro station just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the city center is about 25–30 minutes away on flat ground. The hotel itself has 12 floors, with a pleasant rooftop pool overlooking the city, as well as a nice bar that appears to be open to non guests as well...
Lovely stay with a great breakfast spread – especially the fresh fruits and good variety. The top-floor view is a real highlight! Very well connected to public transport and close to malls and restaurants. Comfortable, clean and convenient.
Novotel Valencia Llevant delivers an excellent stay marked by genuinely warm and professional service. Check-in was impressively smooth — the staff were patient, welcoming, and went out of their way to offer helpful tourist suggestions that made exploring Valencia easier. The location is another strong point: walkable to many of the city’s main attractions and just three metro stops from Joaquín Sorolla...
I had a pleasant stay at Novotel València. The room was modern, very clean, and housekeeping kept it spotless throughout my visit. I had requested months in advance to be placed on a higher floor, but I was given a first-floor room without a view. This was understandable since I arrived early and was still kindly allowed to check in ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Checkout at 12 pm was also...
Great location, close to the metro and bus. Rooms are quiet and good beds and airco. The swimming on the roof top is small but nice to have. Roof top bar is expensive, you pay 5,50 euro for a cappuccino, 5,00 euro for a tea, glass of wine or glass of beer.

I have stayed here 3 times now, enjoy a chilled holiday, so the location is ideal for me. I love the location so close to the beach. I should learn more Spanish. I really like the lady on the bar during the day, I didn't get her name, but she made me laugh, cooking me a very large pizza. Thanks for a lovely holiday 😘
Perfect hotel in a perfect location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok.
Hotel was 10 minutes in taxi from main centre. Which we walked a few times 20 minutes walk , beaches were fantastic so clean and had a few bars along it which self food and drink , the hotel was decent , only thing was breakfast time takes were not cleaned a lot of time and was food on floor at times which should have been cleaned up , ppl at front desk were helpful and nice , it was august time so...

Lovely big hotel. Good size pool & plenty of sun beds. Rooms are basic but have what you need including toiletries. Dined in restaurant 3 times but food was Luke warm at best but good buffet for 17 euros. Bring your own towels or walk into Guardamar & buy one for 6.99 euros. Direct beach access & all rooms have side sea view. Downside. Parking is 8 euros a day. There is free parking outside but it...
Nothing like the photos, nice pool area with seating, although on the beach no deck chair or sunbeds for hire. rooms very basic, Small fridge, hairdryer, TV all foreigne channels that's it, no coffee or tea making facilities. Breakfast and evening meal is all buffet style and continental only, plenty of food available, but not ideal if you're British. Hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere, no...

We’ve just returned from our third stay at Sol Y Mar. We have stayed once in the city view room and twice in the sea view rooms, they are most certainly worth it! The rooms are clean and comfortable we really can’t fault the sea view rooms, we could just sit on the terrace all day looking at the view! The breakfast is exceptional, so much choice and all good quality food, we particularly enjoyed the...
The hotel's location is directly on the sea, the breakfast is varied and delicious, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean and you receive a water bottle that can be refilled anytime in the halls. Food and drinks for breakfast are very diverse and they offer a discount in their supermarket for the hotel guests. They also offer a lot of free organized activities during the day. Beach is right next to the pool which is a huge plus and they have one more pool with...
Fantastic view from the rooms. Very clean Room well prepared every day. Very helpful staff. Excellent food with a huge choice in restaurant. Unfortunately too expensive parking for the guests. Spa area unfortunately charged extra. In overall hotel highly recommended. Customer service is excellent. For sure we will come back
We had an amazing 4 night stay at Hotel Sol y Mar. From arrival 'til departure. Our recommandations: - Pay extra for a room with sea view, it's worth it. - Get breakfast included. A very extensive and delicious buffet, and very welcoming staff. We were able to start every morning with great comfort. - The spa is wonderful, the gym is well equipped and it's the perfect location to go for a run in the...
I stayed here in November for my 30th birthday and it quickly became one of my favourite places to be. I would highly recommend paying the extra to upgrade to an ocean view room. The room, balcony and view were incredible and had all of the amenities you could require and more. I had a lovely surprise on my first night where the hotel provided complimentary cake and Cava. The hotel is modern, clean...
