Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad. The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it. Best fitted rooms for a modern hotel, Very well appointed, sockets in the right place, lighting brilliant, bathroom well fitted, good practical balcony. The buffet not good for a 4 star hotel. Great experience, I would say this is my preferred hotel in Benidorm. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. I loved the indoor pool. There was always lots of choices at mealtimes. Would recommend staying here, great see views from the high rooms too. One thing is that the noise carries from the new town, but it is not too loud and didn't disturb me.

The hotel is close to the sea. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from your room. It takes just a few minutes' walk to get to Peniscola Castle. It's so wonderful and refreshing to take a stroll and enjoy gentle sea breeze around the castle. The hotel staff are very patient, conscientious and nice.I will stay there again.

We have been to the resort before it is great for families as well as couples. If you fancy a change of scenery it's a short taxi ride into Benidorm. You can always find somewhere to get something to eat.

Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. Excellent spa and massage experience. The spa in this hotel is truly top-class — calm atmosphere, very clean, and professionally run. Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

Highly recommend the Level junior suite, which feels more like a real suite than a junior one. An absolutely excellent hotel! The lobby is super stylish, and the rooms are really nice too. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower, and the views are great. They often host wedding ceremonies here, and the decor is very tastefully done.

Had a lovely 4 nights here returning yesterday. We had a double junior room which was upgraded to a park view. It was comfortable and spacious and the beds had memory foam mattresses with plenty of pillows and a sofa in the room. There was no balcony but there was a big window that slid open. Stayed as part of a convention. Everything very well catered for, even with so many people there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well cared for. Public areas are very attractive with plenty of seating. Close to the beach on a relatively quiet part of Calpe. Looking forward to returning next year!

The hotel was perfect for our cycling trip with my husband and friends. The food was great, the beds were extremely comfy, rooms were spotless. Very beytifull place new renowaited close to beach and close to tango bar and close to the bike shop

The hotel has a good location with convenient access to public transportation—metro, tram, and bus stops are all within easy walking distance. However, there were several disappointing aspects to my stay. The sauna and pool facilities didn't match the advertised photos. Additionally, the sauna requires advance booking to be turned on, and even then, there's often a waiting period before it's ready...

The location was fantastic and excellent. The facilities were also clean, making me want to use this place again. However, the service was a bit disappointing as some of my requests weren't met.

Large corporate style hotel some way out of town. Modern decent sized rooms with large bathroom. Decent buffet breakfast and outdoor pool area. Basic bar. Requires a 20 minute taxi ride into the centre or 1 hour walk.

Disappointing in some respects, room was Ok, bathroom dated. Big stain on the seat of one of the armchairs in the room! Housekeeping needs improving.. Room not cleaned until past 5pm after reminding reception. Following day awoken twice by them letting themselves in to room without even knocking. Bar staff in contrast very pleasant.
