Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad. The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it. Cleaning and change of bedding every day so can't complain there all in all would I stay again for the price yes.

A couple of negatives, check in was very slow but I think they had issues with the computers, so you maybe best if you can check in online before you get there. Best fitted rooms for a modern hotel, Very well appointed, sockets in the right place, lighting brilliant, bathroom well fitted, good practical balcony. The buffet not good for a 4 star hotel. Great experience, I would say this is my preferred hotel in Benidorm. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. I loved the indoor pool. There was always lots of choices at mealtimes. Would recommend staying here, great see views from the high rooms too. One thing is that the noise carries from the new town, but it is not too loud and didn't disturb me.

Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

The hotel is close to the sea. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from your room. It takes just a few minutes' walk to get to Peniscola Castle. Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. Stayed as part of a convention. Everything very well catered for, even with so many people there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well cared for. The hotel was perfect for our cycling trip with my husband and friends. The food was great, the beds were extremely comfy, rooms were spotless. We asked for a kettle in the room and it was brought to us within 5 mins. All the staff were very helpful & friendly. We also had a treatment which was lovely! Very beytifull place new renowaited close to beach and close to tango bar and close to the bike shop

Ok hotel. Expect a lot of families and kids.

Functional and comfortable rooms. Great rain shower and toiletries available in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. There was a good variety of food in the dining room but it could sometimes be a bit of a scramble to get to some servery areas of lots of people arrived at once. The staff in the dining area were really helpful though. Food quality was mostly good and there was lots of fresh produce...

Located at 5 minutes from the beach and next to a grocery store, it's a very nice hotel. Tasty and various food and very polite people. The coffee from breakfast area is not briliant but this is not a minus. Outdoor pool with beds around and playground for the kids. I enjoyed staying here.

Work trip. Room was clean. Lifts don’t seem to operate well. No water in the rooms, or any facilities for tea of coffee. Not somewhere I would choose to stay.

Clean and comfortable hotel, pool area slightly unkept and muddy in part, which made the water especially in kiddie pool dirty. Noisy breakfast, but everything was good. Walking distance to the beach.

No air conditioning. Rooms clean, breakfast lovely and plenty choice great location but air con not on until May!! No good when it's hot in April 🥵 room was directly facing Morgan's wouldn't been an issue, except couldn't sleep with door open because of noise but that was only downside, would however put us off staying again. Currently at the hotel staying for 11 days 2 days to go. On the 5th floor overlooking the road which is great for people watching you see some funny people . I have been to the Calypso several times now and I have never been disappointed. We got a good deal with jet2 just before the prices went through the roof. We requested a room near the lift due to some mobility issues and that is what we got This is the first time we had went full board and I am glad we did . Even though not very busy at lunch the food was fab , the same with breakfast and dinner...

Room cleaning was hit & miss, some days cleaning done, other days just towels changed. Entertainment was poor, not much variety in the evening unless you just want ballroom dancing. On a positive note, big thanks to Caroline who was always there to help. And Lawrence on the bar is a credit to the hotel.
