Excellent holiday rooms really clean the most beautiful view of sea and pools from our balcony ❤️ the staff from reception dining pool bars housekeepers so lovely and friendly will def go back loved it x restaurant food was excellent so much choice also love the room card payments
The best hotel in benidorm It is the second time i come at Bali Hotel. My little daughter loves Bianca from the animation team. A lovely place and a a great spirit from all the people there
Very satisfied We had a great time in Gran Hotel Bali for 5 days ,an unexpected experience. Excellent quality of services. I would like to return in the future.
You put money on them so you don’t have to carry card or cash you can upgrade for meals on restaurant and drinks at bar for 10% off also ice cream bar great service
The old boss giving presents every night to the kids is such good feeling. He is old an i hope i will find him again when i visit Gran Bali the next years
During a city-wide power outage that lasted the whole day, the hotel continued to operate as usual with full electricity, while other hotels were left completely in the dark

Lovely place for families with big swimming pool and animations.. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good location near the Water park and Park of other kids activities
On arrival we were given passes to amusement parks and the waterpark,of which were closed to the public which was a big disappointment as we had children with us ,there was an indoor spa with pools which was absolutely packed, because of the covid situation no thought was put into the control of people that totally overwhelmed the place ,came out after 5 minutes as I did not feel safe,also...
The life size mascots, the food and the selection of the many swimming pools so beautifully designed added to this adventure for her. The live shows so full of artistic quality were a fantastic treat for kids and adults
The food was a bit boring but my stay was only 6 days, what made me so unhappy was the staff especially one that worked at the bar near the swimming pool She was so rude to foreigners it was horrible
Very nice hotel and the staff are so professional definitely will repeat the experience there again.
My wife and I invited our second granddaughter to this hotel for two nights for her 7th birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience with the help of the amazingly professional entertainers

Amazing hotel lovely staff central for everything gorgeous pools brilliant great entertainment
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the showers were especially nice. We enjoyed spending time around the nice pool with reasonably priced drinks from the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful
Overall a nice budget friendly hotel with pros and cons, the pros are location, fantastically located giving you the option of both new town and old town in walking distance, the staff were brilliant putting in a lot of effort for entertainment and communication, the pool and breakfast were really nice and clean
I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it
Very clean Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are lovely with everything you need. Mini fridge, safe , hair dryer , shampoo , shower gel. 10 minute walk to the main strip. Fabulous , clean pool areas
Food is limited choice and a bit repetitive we was half board so could escape by eating out, it the only hotel we have stayed at what charges for water with your meals

Honest review I came with my partner & 8 year old son This is our first family holiday abroad I’ll start with the positives we were no on the left side of the hotel and allways hot sun on the balcony there’s ever sun on the right Everthing is in walking distance , the snack bar is great I’m a fussy eater and the pizza , chips , burgers , toasties are lovley , the food hall breakfast is lovley as it...
Not what I’d recommend for kids as my son even tho he’s 8 kept waking up too , the room above us had multipul children up at all hours running around so that was very loud , The main hotel lady who was at reception was very rude VERY unhelpful and couldn’t even look at us when we asked a question … Cleanliness of the hotel was poor
Hair , dust , dirt mainly on the floors , bedding does not get changed ( even tho reception says every 3 days … ) it wasn’t ( milk left in the room was also off Everthing beyond reception NEEDS a lick of pain and it’s all very warn and dirty Overall I wouldn’t stay again unless it was for a drinking holiday
Felt more like a 3 ⭐️ than a 4. Food was fine, room cleaned daily, lots of sun beds in september especially if you go on the adult only solarium or the near the slides
The lifts are slightly better now than before the rebuild with the addition of another lift, but they're still pretty terrible. Good variety and reasonable quality. Recommend the solarium if you want a bit of peace
We had requested a low room for a disabled guest, we ended up on the 12th floor as far away from the lift/stairs as possible with no evacuated plan. Food wasn't the best, and was pretty bland

The worst part was the pools! They were ridiculously deep without any kind of warning, there were slides which we assumed were for young children as they had little steps and a small chute, we witnessed a 6nywar old boy go down the slide and very nearly drown at the bottom as the water was about 6-7 foot deep at the bottom of the slide!! I was walking in one of the pools with my 2
Why is there no warning of how deep the water is!? The pool with the slides is about 6 foot deep all round and you’re not allowed to take rubber rings in there so my kids couldn’t use that pool at all!! The softplay isn’t even worth mentioning because it’s the most pathetic softplay I’ve ever seen
There is also a good verity of food and drinks POOLS. There were a good selection of pools and slides for all ages
Year old in our arms when suddenly the floor was gone from beneath my feet and the water went from waist height to about 7 foot deep! The lifeguard had to jump in and pull my son out while I swam to the edge! The lifeguard was the best part of the whole stay, he was so so lovely and we saw him teally save another 2 people from drowning doing the exact same with with baby in arms! He said that it happens...
Not sure what this was but we all kept getting small glass splinters in our feet, hands and all stuck in our clothing! We had to buy tweezers from the on site shop because the kids had so many glass splinters in them that we were struggling to get them out! It made it really hard and uncomfortable and had to keep stopping when we were out to pull splinters out of the kids’ feet because they couldn...
The animation team/entertainment team try there hardest to please everyone, with a verity of activities throughout the day and into the evening, there are extra activities which are at an extra cost, which you can book on there website/app or at reception, the only activity I wouldn't recommend is the ice skating, as it's only plastic and un-skateable, so unfortunately a complete waste of money

The hotel staff is incredible, always helpful and attentive. The hotel is a bit old, but it's very nice. The gym, the pool, the facilities, and its location near the beach make it very attractive
Breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and there were plenty of activities in the lounge, plus a gym and an indoor kids’ playground. The beach is about a 10-minute relaxed walk, although very busy
The breakfast is very good and the space is very spacious, meaning there's no waiting around. The waitresses are super attentive, ordering, restocking, and clearing dishes from the tables for your convenience
This hotel was truly excellent. My only complaint is that there were no parking spaces available at the hotel; we had to go quite far to find one! I also want to mention that the breakfast was fabulous.
We only stayed for one day, but we were very comfortable. The food could be better, but we're not going to give it a bad rating. I see a good hotel for, as its name suggests, partying.
The place was nice, but crowded, especially with children. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place. Everything else was great.

Hotel was lovely, Rooms nice pool area great. The only thing that let this hotel done was the food it was cold. After speaking to a few people who were at the hotel last year
The pool area has a nice pool and a nice bar where you can order drinks. Indeed, a new wing of the hotel is still under construction, but the noise is not so bad
Stayed week of 29th September- bed and breakfast option- Fantastic hotel, rooms and hotel was spotless- room cleaned daily, breakfast was lovely omelettes and eggs cooked to order, large array of options and catered for my husband who is coeliac
Clean hotel Nice pool with good food at the poolbar. Asked for a low floor and got the second so thanks for that. Very good situation close to beach and everything. Works going on but not much bother
Couldn't fault it really breakfast wa ok only went b and b I would stay there again the lifts when you get to understand them at first I was going up and down then some one showed me how to use them lol 😆
SPA and roof top bar were amazing - highly recommend the cocktails. Location was fabulous- building work was going on but wasn’t a huge issue

Unfortunately the two days before we came home the water was turned off for most of the day. The a pipe burst and flooded the reception area. Bar area and some of the resteraunt
The location is amazing for access into the old town, to the beach and a great location to watch the parade
The staff were all excellent (yes check in is slow and processes could be improved for example not having to email across your reservation while at the desk?) Fernanda on reception was especially lovely to me and could not have done more to help despite the fact she was trying to deal with some very difficult guests at the same time - I am very grateful to her
There was a kettle and coffee pods and a fridge. Every day the fridge was refilled with cans of Pepsi, lemon, orange and a beer. Being so this gave us access to the “fast pass” and very little waiting in queues
This my second review having stayed last year. Again I have had a lovely holiday throughly enjoyed the drinks and food
The food was lukewarm which was a shame but there are microwaves. There is plenty of choice … but i get that it may not be food that those who like a simple diet of burgers and pizza may not enjoy

Clean and comfortable hotel, pool area slightly unkept and muddy in part, which made the water especially in kiddie pool dirty. Noisy breakfast, but everything was good. Walking distance to the beach.
Sunshine getaway Very responsive and helpful staff, comfortable bed, beautiful balcony and views over the hills, breakfasts were great, pool / garden area huge and very beautiful. Thanks for a great stay!
EXCELENTE ATENCIÓN Inicialmente, nos asignaron una habitación con muy malas vista y ruidos. Nos la cambiaron enseguida.
BUEN HOTEL,CERCANO A LA PLAYA Y CON BUEN DESAYUNO.
Decent hotel with mostly renovated rooms. Food was included with our stay, with breakfast better than dinner servings. Bar and cafeteria were very loud
This hotel is perfectly adequate for the price you pay. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was fine. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach.

Absolutely brilliant hotel I’m lost for words, it’s run like clockwork, so clean and fresh , brilliant staff , nothing is too much trouble, the food is outstanding everything was superb, I even had a Sunday dinner today , the entertainment is good too , lovely pool area ,just fab ,will definitely be back
We stayed half board which suited our needs - the buffet selection for breakfast and evening meal was first class!! The hotel was well placed for the ***** as well as the old town ( which is charming) There is also an excellent public transport system which enabled us to visit Altea & Denia which are both beautiful We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm !
Nice clean hotel, staff are friendly. The only thing I would fault is the kids entertainment isn't very clear. It's on a board in the reception, but sometimes it's held at different locations
We stayed here for a week with friends. We have all travelled extensively in Europe and we all can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in
The kids club I feel was a little boring for the younger children, didn't appear to be any activities set up or toys out. Lots of kids seen on the computer games but nothing really with younger kids
Great choices and theme evenings were a great welcome. Ice cream whippy machine for the kids which went down as a great treat. Welcomed with a smile into the restaurant every evening

The pools on the resort were freezing! It was more like an ice bath! As a family we were unable to use the pools for this reason
Great pools, Bars , drink choice amazing and good zoo was amazing as was water park Everything we could have wanted for a family holiday
Water Park is brilliant so glad this was included as the hotel pools arnt very big
Food and drinks being included on all inclusive at the water park is great (upstairs bar only) , my little girl did the mermaid experience and loved it - well worth it - they was brilliant with her and the photos are so sweet
Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were especially impressed with the girls who ran the kids club who were so warm and friendly with the kids, always smiling and laughing and so patient with them

Their language, shouting and leering at any passing female was absolutely awful and I know many guests avoided the area and the pool cafe certainly lost business
Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep
Amazing stat The hotel was stunning. I loved the pools and it was not over busy either. The staff were spot on and ready to help. I loved the snack bar also. The bed was so big and comfy. Gym was not too bad 👌❤️
Amazing hotel Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms were beautiful, large and well kept. Facilities were amazing and it's a great location too. We will definitely be back!
Good for families with children. Good swimming pools, entertainment and close to many parks like Terra Mítica. Time well spent, I recommend it. Wifi and parking is paid.
Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly

The water slides and foam parties went down well with the grandkids and the swim up bar in the pool was well stocked, kids enjoyed the entertainment and the games room wasn't too bad
This brings me to the pool area which was absolutely fantastic… splash area for the little ones, medium slides for kids, jacuzzi, large pool area, and the big flumes for the big kids
Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides
Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. Looking forward to going back there
The kids never got bored of this! Daytime entertainment around the pool was good, but on an evening was very repetitive. The surrounding area was very quiet, with a small beach only a 5min walk away
Glasses are not permitted around the pool area, so they ask for a 1€ deposit per cup which you get back once they are returned

Though the queues for the bar could get long, so I recommend getting two drinks at once (top tip) Especially a vodka with the lemonade slushy, very tasty! The Waterpark was good fun and there are plenty of life guards on duty
I love halloween so it’s definitely a good place to go in October because they decorate the hotel well and there’s lots of halloween and activities and you can tell they put a lot of effort into the halloween show
The entertainment team is definitely the best part of the holiday, I came with my younger cousins and other family and even though me and one of my cousins are teenagers they still involved us in a lot
We stayed the week before halloween so there was some halloween theme entertainment which everyone loved especially the halloween show and the black party after it - Manel even got up and danced with us which we all found funny
The food wasn’t the best but it is worth what you pay - it can just get a bit old but I managed to find something i like still and I don’t mind having the same things at times
There wasn’t much entertainment in the day however, but every time Harrison was working the day there was always something going on

But it was clean, tidy, staff were nice and kids club/water park was great to keep the kids entertained. Pool is just very cold as the sun doesnt get to it. Sun is off the sunbeds for approx
The layout of the hotel is a little confusing at first but you will get used to it after a day or two. Overall staff are very friendly and helpful. If we return to Benidorm I would happily stay at this hotel again
This is a great hotel for young children, loads of stuff to do. It is very difficult to find your way around the hotel, the layout is very strange
Plenty of lifts though but choosing the right one for the location was the task. Food was nice and always plenty of options. Pool bar didnt open until 11am so you couldn't get a soft drink until then which was annoying

Excellent! The hotel is clean and very comfortable. Very good breakfast and dinner, with quality products. There's a bus stop right at the hotel entrance that takes you to the city in 30 minutes
Although the open bathroom design was a minor drawback, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel and suggest making advance requests, as they were promptly fulfilled
Restaurant staff were excellent, obliging, polite and welcoming. The food was very good and thete was always a wide selection of dishes. The rooms were clean and the view was interesting
We loved the simple yet tasteful decoration, however their main asset is the staff, consistently nice, knowledgable and ready to help
I was running the marathon in Valencia and needed to keep my diet plain and clean, for anyone else doing something similar in the future I would say that the breakfast and the dinner are sufficient to correct carb load if that's what you need to do
This is an excellently appointed hotel, close to the beach (although not quite there), but not your usual Mediterranean beach hotel, much classier

A great touch was your room card provided you could load money onto it on arrival, which gives you 10% off at the hotel bars and the pool bar—a nice bonus for guests who like to unwind on-site
The hotel facilities are quite good, but the breakfast is the same every day, which is a bit disappointing. Everything else is OK.
Spotlessly clean, friendly & helpful staff. Stayed with Breakfast & Dinner which was lovely. Drinks very reasonably priced. Only downside is the pool area isn't very big so need to get there early for sunbeds
The hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel
All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were well looked after at the pool area by Mai, who couldn't have been more fun or nicer, which really made the holiday shine
They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it

Staff are welcoming and extremely helpful, location is less than a minute walk to the beach. Intelligent layout with elevators off reception with dining room one side and bar and pool the other
It is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and without a doubt has the most amazing views right on the sea front. We were upgraded to a suite as a birthday treat and given a bottle of Cava and cakes
The hotel team were incredibly compassionate and professional. It’s rare to experience such genuine care and flexibility these days, and it says a lot about the people behind this hotel
I’ll definitely choose RH Bayren Parc when I’m able to travel again, not only for its great location, but also for the exceptional customer service

Great hostel, friendly service, beautiful location, nice swimming pool area. Everything is perfect. Just make sure you have irons and ironing tables. That seems silly but very important to those who need it.
The hotel was great, kind staff clean and cosy room and great breakfast
The bes was very large and comfortable, great views of Albir and Altea from the balcony. Plus the room was lovely and warm. The breakfast had plenty of choice and overall was very good
I called the reception and they said, if I wanted to use it, they had to bring a key to open it and they couldn't do it right away because they were short staffed. Why not just use 1234 and tell visitors to change it
Actually chose the wrong hotel, however its not too far from Albir centre, a bit of a hill to climb on your return journey, but over all ok

Our room was lovely and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. The pool whilst small is cool and fresh which is what you need
Every afternoon, there is tea, fresh orange juice, jugs of iced water, a bucket of ice and some afternoon sweet treats in the reception area. They have a great bar area which is cool and comfortable seating
The rooms are large, the bathroom – the same, the pool is excellent and we had the room with a balcony and facing the Mediterranean Sea, so it was absolutely superb
