Receptionists: 6/10. Two or three employees are unfriendly.
The cleaning is terrible; they do it as quickly as they can, without realizing what really needs to be cleaned. You have to call the reception staff several times to get them to listen to your requests.
Service from the other restaurant and bar staff: Excellent. 11/10. Everyone is very kind and professional.

However, it would be great if the rooms were cleaned more thoroughly, especially when it comes to dusting.
Also, the staff could be more welcoming, particularly in the bar and spa areas
Consider coming again
What a shame about all this because the reception staff were very good, waiting staff in the dining room and bar staff were fantastic, and so polite and friendly.
We do not like to complain, but the maintenence of our room lets the hotel down.
Having said this, we would stay again.
