At check-in, I specifically requested a quiet room as I was traveling with a child. Despite this, we were given a room on the first floor, overlooking the parking area, directly above the restaurant.
There were no proper blankets in the room, only thin throws, and the bathroom was dirty.
The most serious issue, however, was the noise. The music in the restaurant was playing until 1:00 a.m., accompanied by shouting from intoxicated guests. I repeatedly complained to the reception and asked to be moved to another room with my child, but all my requests were ignored.
The reception staff repeatedly misled me, saying that the music would stop at 11:00 p.m., then at 12:00 a.m., but in reality it continued for half the night.
Food: alot of choices, recommended to come early for your food as it could get really busy and queues when you get in later
Staff are all friendly and helpful
Hotel is 5 mins walk to the beach with a variety of access on different side streets.. spoilt for choices for food just outside the hotel, aswell as supermarkets..
