Enjoyed overnight stay. Got a good price and wasn’t sure what to expect. Butnabsoutkey needn’t have worried. We thought location was great- if getting the bus from airport there is a stop right opposite. Check in easy. Good sized twin room on third floor. We were in a corner room and Non noise from other rooms. Some noise from outside as next to a busy road. Room clean. Bathroom in good order and shower quite powerful. Didn’t have food so unable to comment on that. Happily stored our bags for the day after checkout. Staff polite and helpful. Would stay again if visiting Alicante

I have seen many cities in Spain and stayed in many different hotels, but this was one of the worst hotels I could have chosen. I always do a lot of research and check comments from different places, but now I can understand that you can't count on comments too much.
The bathroom and toilet are old and there is always a bad smell in the bathroom, the curtains in the rooms have burns and holes and are dirty. The elevator is not enough and one day out of two elevators, only one of them worked. For a 10-story building with so many passengers, it is ridiculous. No matter how much I say about the poor quality of the breakfast, I will say nothing. All 5 mornings that I ate breakfast, either I myself or someone else had to remind the staff to refill the bacon or egg dishes or something else. The orange juice is written as fresh but it is not fresh.
The restaurant staff was really bad, very rude and surly. The breakfast plates were small palte and not food plates. Just a section for cutting and toasting bread. The tea bags were extremely tasteless and not from reputable brands. There were no fried sausages or fried eggs, even the boiled eggs were in the cold section and not kept warm. The food in the hot section was also very cold. Coffe machine doesn't work og should be waiting long time.I really do not recommend this place.#This hotel is not 4-star standard at all. Maybe 2-star.

I came to this hotel for my anniversary with my partner and the service from the hotel staff was just amazing! The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast had a huge variety and was delicious, and the location was pretty central. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel close enough to all the amenities, very reasonable price, clean, friendly staff. It's not a five star hotel so don't expect it to be. Breakfast was included in our stay but I wouldn't pay extra for it as there are so many places close by to go with better views. We would stay there again

Everything about the stay should have been perfect . The lady in the reception was a wonder of service mindedness. The location is smack in the loop for all the sights and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the harbour, right across the street from the central market building . Close by is the parking garage which comes with a price deduction if staying at the hotel. The not so good part is the room. Although spacious and nice it is way too warm in the night. We hade to sleep without blankets and even then it was too warm. Temperature is regulated centrally so not possible to adjust per room. At least not in our room. Outside noice is quite annoying since the soundproofing in the windows is sub par. It did settle down after 3 a.m. The sound and the heat made the night sadly quite uncomfortable. I don’t think we will stay here again unless maybe we can get a room away from the street where we can open a window.

After 1 year living in Alicante, we can confidently agree that this is the best restaurant around.. and that's a difficult call to make since there are so many wonderful restaurants around!! Make a reservation for a more formal dinner or sit downstairs for the casual experience.. no booking required ?

Fantastic restaurant, we hired the private dining room for a double stag party (around 30 of us). The service was superb-the waiters were extremely attentive and food and drinks were served promptly. The food was plentiful, with many options available to cater for any appetite. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
