just wanted to say what an amazing time we had at your hotel
Third visit - this time was 14 till 21st November,
Love the rooms , bar area and especially the indoor pool.
We have missed out on the roof pool, always closed when we have stayed, hopefully on our next visit we will be able to use it .
No 10 bus right outside ...
Staff are so friendly and special mention to bar man with funky glasses and restaurant female manager. But all staff are so professional and excellent customer service,
The restaurant is excellent quality food, great variety.
My only requests would be fresh orange juice at breakfast , with spain having excellent fruit, its a shame as the drink out of the machines is awful,
Also maybe in the winter months the indoor pool could open earlier.
Overall love your hotel and will definitely book again, we always book direct with you 😊

Lovely hotel with really high standards of cleanliness in a quieter part of benidorm. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable.

The hotel had a lovely feel about it. Homely. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival.
The bedroom was furnished well. Bed was gorgeous.and the bathroom had all we needed.
Breakfast was amazing.
Just a couple of points. With breakfast I was looking for baked beans. I eventually found them next to the porridge. Every other hotel has them where the cooked breakfast bar is..
Lastly, some tiles are missing in the indoor pools. Thanks a lovely stay and be back again.

Nice room with veranda. Breakfast room was very crowded and difficult to find a place to sit.

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day. Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff were very nice.

Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

Lovely pool. Cooked breakfast was quite cold , hot plates not doing job of keeping food warm , therefore omelettes were the best choice

Amazing stat
The hotel was stunning.
I loved the pools and it was not over busy either.
The staff were spot on and ready to help.
I loved the snack bar also.
The bed was so big and comfy.
Gym was not too bad 👌❤️

All staff very good. Nice clean rooms, entertainment team great with kids, pool area good, especially kids pool.good selection of snacks at pool bar. only downside, breakfasts weren't hot, & food for kids was limited.The food was definitely aimed at the Spanish guests, Also 20 min walk to beach .overall good holiday.
