Honestly this place was ok. The food was a bit boring but my stay was only 6 days, what made me so unhappy was the staff especially one that worked at the bar near the swimming pool She was so rude to foreigners it was horrible

On arrival we were given passes to amusement parks and the waterpark,of which were closed to the public which was a big disappointment as we had children with us ,there was an indoor spa with pools which was absolutely packed,because of the covid situation no thought was put into the control of people that totally overwhelmed the place ,came out after 5 minutes as I did not feel safe,also...

Did not know that the restaurants were not open at all for dinner until very late or not at all. In speaking with the nice waiter who spoke english - explained it.

Wonderful hotel!! Second year running to this lovely hotel.. great service, very clean, ideal location with the beach out the front.. the staff are hard working, friendly and helpful and even opened breakfast early due to an early flight.. there is nothing not to like! Hotel should only 3* Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs cold , no freshly baked rolls, Spanish ham very poor quality. Menu in the restaurant very limited. Waitress in the restaurant was rude and not able to speak English. In the reception was no place to seat at all. Generally hotel is dated and in need of full refurbishment.

Property was very clean and tidy, good breakfast offerings and staff very friendly, particularly on checkout with a luggage room available and the hotel arranged a taxi for us.

Really close to everything you can get around on foot big problem the cleanliness of the place frankly its leaves something to be desired very small bathroom not very comfortable bed and a lot of people a little racist inside it is a vacation spot for families so who say family say child and who says child well says neighborhood problem unfortunately

Well located, you can walk to the beach, Mercadona and Aldi nearby as well. Some equipment should however renew but it remains correct. We had a good stay in this residence, the children especially enjoyed the swimming pool.
