In a nice position, close to the sea front and few restaurants. On site parking, check in was easy, staff were polite, the hotel itself looks a bit tired, there is no swimming pool but the sea is so close by and with a gentle sloping seabed is very safe to swim and our stay was good.

The location, room and especially the staff were great. Really hard to find any fault. The internet was a bit sluggish and hair dryer would of been nice. Apart from that really loved it and Benicasim.

Excellent, staff couldn't be more friendly the room was clean and spacious. Best nights sleep I've had so far on my journey

A voyage back into the 70-80's.the good thing about this hotel is its location. 2 mins walk to the beach, 2 mins walk to the seaside walk and bars/restaurants and 10mins walk from city centre.
I would only ask them to improve the beds.

We liked it here! Kind of old-fashioned (where else do you still get a real room key), not too expensive hotel with very friendly staff and good breakfast. View from room 406. Close to the beautiful beach. Free parking available at the hotel. Lovely garden.

Gem of a hotel, 2 minute walk from the gorgeous beach and restaurants. Rooms basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean with air con. Staff superb, so helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely continental breakfast, great choice of cereal, pastries, breads, meats, cheese, etc. Don’t let this little gem of a hotel pass you by.....

I had the pleasure of meeting the boss and that said everything.
I did not want to use credit card because of bad experience.
He accepted but as I came to book he told me in a rude and agressive manner that he had changed his mind. The fact that I lost time and because of the festival I had problem with accomodation was not his problem.
I hope he receives help when he needs it.
