The hotel is pretty good and the pools are nice. However, the room quality is absolutely POOR. The rooms are way to small and for the price I paid I would expect more room then 2 beds only for a family of 4! This hotel disappointed me

Honestly this place was ok.
The food was a bit boring but my stay was only 6 days, what made me so unhappy was the staff especially one that worked at the bar near the swimming pool
She was so rude to foreigners it was horrible

Lovely place for families with big swimming pool and animations.. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good location near the Water park and Park of other kids activities

Staff doesnt show the minimum effort to try to understand and communicate with foreign people, the rooms are a completely different thing from what the pictures show, it wasnt clean at all, very small room and disgusting overall.

We’ve been uncomfy for several reasons: bad attention at the reception desk with poor staff and very slow for the quantity of people; you cannot be relaxed even having lunch due to the waves of people coming and going and shouting. The food was not good in contrast with the price. I felt so cheated when I discover the “spa”. Four small jacuzzis to enjoy only 15 min…. This is not a spa. Everything was not as we expected. Sorry.

My wife and I invited our second granddaughter to this hotel for two nights for her 7th birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience with the help of the amazingly professional entertainers. The
life size mascots, the food and the selection of the many swimming pools so beautifully designed added to this adventure for her. The live shows so full of artistic quality were a fantastic treat for kids and adults. The only adjustment I feel that could be improved is that the food wasn't warm enough, some dishes were lukewarm.

On arrival we were given passes to amusement parks and the waterpark,of which were closed to the public which was a big disappointment as we had children with us ,there was an indoor spa with pools which was absolutely packed,because of the covid situation no thought was put into the control of people that totally overwhelmed the place ,came out after 5 minutes as I did not feel safe,also the food in the hotel was of a low standard.
